The room was a good size and has a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. There was no soap to wash the dishes. You can request soap for the clothes washer. We used it and our socks came out with black marks on them. The hotel is close to a huge mall with a grocery store if you need anything. Transportation is close by

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a bit out of the way for all the attractions but there is a bus stop locally and a train station about 10-15 mins walk so accessible if you want to be a bit out of the centre, the hotel was clean and spacious and great for a comfortable relaxing stay. the loung area was nice and it was separate from the bedroom giving you a more home vibe than a hotel which was nice. the terrace was lovely and has some amazing views. i would come back to this hotel if i was in this area again

All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city.
My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic.
The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized.
If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend the Antwell.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Room Quality: The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Amenities: The room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a large flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom with high-end toiletries. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me.
Service: The staff at were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Public transportation is also easily accessible, which made getting around a breeze.

I like the staff they were very helpful and friendly. Also the house keeping staff are very active. The suite was nicely equipped with all fascilities even the path room accessories was there. I think the Breakfast can be better if they expand the variety of foods. I recommend this property for families specially when they have a car.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are big and clean; I had two comments, first, I booked the room for 4 persons and they confirmed the extra bed, however, while checking in they told us that no more extra bed available! They sort it out by bringing a mattress! Second, they don’t have adaptors for the power sockets and if you don’t have one then you can’t charge your mobile and laptop and if you really need it then they will sell it to you by 300 TL! The breakfast is really good, the food is amazing.

I stayed here before so I decided to stay here again i arrived after a long drive tge security at the gate wouldn’t allow me to park until i give him my room number which i cant get until i check in then he ask me to go park in a dark corner away from the hotel when i asked him to park infront of the hotel he said no then i tried to follow his instructions he still want me to go park at the very end i got mad and went to lobby to complain he chased me like a criminal the lobby solved the problem and apparently he kept giving me a dirty look together with the hotel manager she seemed very rude i will not stay here again

The price and the amenities are unbeatable, the staff made me feel like I'm amongst my greatest friends, uncompromising service and helpfulness, the location is great close to Rmaar,and Uskudar so in 5 min I'm on the boat to the blue mosque or grand bazaar, I'm really impressed i think you will be too

Konum olarak tüm yolların kesiştiği bir noktada olduğu için istediğiniz yere rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz. Emaar sqaure avm’ye yürüme mesafesi. Ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut ve çok geniş. Otoparktan direk asansörle odanıza çıkabiliyorsunuz. Çok güzel bir terası mevcut. Odalar gayet temiz ve ferah. Çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi. Özellik Onur beye ilgi ve alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. İstanbula tekrar gidersem bu otelde kalırım.

Stayed on the 5th floor and was still a lot of noise from the roads at either side of the hotel. Ask for a higher room if possible. Some staff really helpful, others not so much and felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but food overall is expensive and of poor quality, stay away from room service, usually cold, greasy and arrives to your room uncovered.

Excellent hotel and service

Stayed 2 nights and as other reviews have said, was a really nice hotel with excellent service. I booked the superior suite for 2 adults and 2 children where the living room had 2 single beds so plenty of space.

There was a slight hiccup at check-in (which was early morning after a late night flight) due to the number of beds but this was resolved well.

The platters of fruit was unexpected and a very nice touch.

I found out the gym only opens at 11 which was later than expected so couldn't make use of it. However, they did offer to keep it open later.

The library and terrace were very nice and quiet when needing to work.

Emaar mall was a 5 minute walk away and there was a nice restaurant up the hill as well.

The car parking at the hotel was also useful as we hired a car.

Overall excellent stay with great service from Tarik, Arda and Uleen.

We loved Antwell suites

The stay was amazing . Hotel was clean, nice, and suitable . Ulgen ,cem, darukhan, Arda, ilayda made our stay so good. Along with other staff ( don’t know everyone’s name ). They were professional , kind , always smiling and ready to forget . They started to feel like family . They were always quick to answer any inquiries , get anything we need right away . Sometimes if would feel like the phone did not even ring and they would answer !!! So fast . They were always smiling and kind. They went out of their way to help with taxi, food, places to eat and great suggestions . They work so hard I never saw them standing around . They were always doing something or helping someone even after midnight ! Thank you so much guys . Hotel itself structurally is amazing as well close to a mall and a few grocery stores. Till we meet again .

The property is excellent when it comes to accessibility to all malls and the European side. You will need a car as Metro is not close. best of all is Emaar mall is 3 min walking distance. this is the 3rd time i stayed at this hotel and i love it. Also car parking is free and very convenient as you will park in the garage and take the elevetor to your room , so it is steps to your room.

The hotel is new , staff is very friendly and trying always to help and take the extra step. Just the house keeping service was not good. They don’t clean the room as they are suppose to.
The hotel is 30 min drive from all sight seeing and shopping. Emaar mall is 5 min walk from hotel. I will go there again - it’s is a good experience wirh my family.

New hotel and very clean. Quite central and you can walk to the Emaar shopping mall. Restaurant service was perfect with their choices of food and drinks. An affordable and well priced hotel.

The downside: on my check out day I went downstairs with my luggage and asked the guys at the front desk to book a taxi for me to the airport. They told me to wait and they’d do it ASAP. 30 minutes later one of them at the front desk came to ask me where I was going. I kept my cool and I told him the International airport. It took them 30 minutes to book a taxi for me. They were attending to other people who came after me and just left me there. I could have missed my flight with the crazy traffic in Istanbul. They two guys joked about it with themselves and I didn’t find it funny. Please book your taxis yourself and don’t wait for the front desk guys to do it. Good service should always be when you check in, when you are a guest and when you are checking out. They were negligent with me when I wanted to leave and go to the airport.

Even though I reserved a room with a queen bed, they gave me a room with a single bed. When I asked about it they said they can’t do anything until the next day. I had to extend my trip for one more day but they didn’t offer any promotions or discounts to make up for the day which I had to sleep on a single bed.
They don’t really care about customer satisfaction.

We had a wonderful stay at Antwell. It's a new hotel with all the amenities you're looking for. Including a kitchenette, washer/dryer in the room. It has a garden terrace, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Tolga helped me on multiple occasions. He was excellent, polite, courteous, and efficient with everything I needed. The hotel is really clean and modern. I will definitely stay again.

Odaları teniz konforluydu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği azdı. Biten yiyeceklerin temini yapılmaması sonradan kahvaltıya katılan biz gibi kişiler için iyi olmadı. Kahvaltı yapılırken ise temizlik elemanın makineyi açıp bulunduğumuz yeri süpürmesi de toz içinde kahvaltı yapmamıza sebep oldu.
