I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were okay, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The room was far below standard—it smelled strongly of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. The duvet covers were ripped, bed had cigarette burnt mark, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty, which was unacceptable. The entire place is in desperate need of renovation. For the price, it was not worth it at all. I wouldn’t even give this place one star, despite the misleading positive reviews on Google. Avoid if you can!

I called the hotel before travel to confirm that I need a no smoking room but the hotel gave me a room terribly smelling with smoke. When I talked to the reception they said this is the only available room. The room was so dirty, walls full of halls, air conditioner is not working and you can hear so weird voices coming from the neighbouring rooms. It felt like sleeping in the street. If you are on a holiday break and need some rest, do not go there.

I loved this hotel so much for me it's very suitable for anyone searching for a quiet simple and clean stay with a very good price, the staff are sooo friendly and helpful even if sometimes they didn't understand me but they were trying to do there best for helping me, the area is so quiet it's near to BEYLERBEYİ bus station (13 mins walking) and Burhaniye metrobus station (8 mins walking), the breakfast is good even it's the same everyday but i loved it, overall i definitely will go there again

Stayed here with family as we were attending our sons wedding. We definitely received the short straw with our room as our shower was broken, water dripped through our ceiling when the room above used their shower and it wasn’t as clean as it could be. Also we were there for five nights and the room wasn’t cleaned or the towels changed. We tried to ask but no one at the hotel spoke any English. The other two rooms we booked were ‘ok’. Breakfast was lovely.

Wir waren im Zimmer angekommen und stellten sofort den dreckigen Zustand fest. Es befanden sich alte Rasierklingen in Schränken, die weder am Griff noch von innen und außen gereinigt wurden. Die Zimmernachbar sind permanent zu hören, zum Teil befinden dich sehr unangenehme Herren mit Damen im Hotel. Definitiv nicht familienfreundlich. Man hat uns gefragt, ob wir vllt das Zlmmer reinigen wollen würden. Sowas ist Bestandteil des Preises und wir waren überrascht, dass man uns überhaup so etwas fragt. Aus der Decke und den Wandfliesen tropft Wasser, welches sich am Boden des Badezimmers dann ansammelt. Die Möbel sind alt und staubig und zum Teil durch Zigarettenasche beschädigt.

Nos alojamos 2 veces. La primera habitacion estaba definitivamente mejor que la segunda. Las habitaciones estan limpias, hay servicio de limpieza todos los dias, el desayuno es standard, el personal es amigable. Resepsiyondaki Onur Bey’in olağanüstü zarif otel giriş işleminden sonra, sorunum olduğunda da çözmeye hazır bir otel anlayışıyla karşılaşmak; insana huzur veriyor. İşlerimi bitince, temiz ve sessiz odamda, keyifli bir akşamdan sonra derin uykumu aldım. Kahvaltı dahil her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Herkese öneririm bu şık butik oteli.

Gayet Temiz ve şirin bir otel, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Metrobüs yürüme mesafesinde çok yakın. Zaten 15 temmuz şehitler köprüsünün hemen anadolu yakası ayağında her yere yakın. Çıkışta bir çay içtiniz 2 kahve içtiniz diye peşinizden otoparka koşan da yok. Bizim içeceklerimiz vardı onları ödeyelim diye sorunca zaten çay kahve bizde ikramdır diyolar. Memnun kalmadım diyen çok şanssız bir günündedir. Yoksa burası bu rakamlara oldukça ideal bir yer.
