We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The service was too class. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked food. The manager in particular, Kubra was very attentive and ensured we were all happy. Zeynel was also very kind and served us non stop as was Nesra too. We couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Rooms were clean and modern and a short walk to beautiful Ortakoy. Kubra asked us every morning if we were happy and needed anything. An amazing hotel which we recommend and excellent location.

We arrived and were not allowed to shorten our stay. The restaurant refused us due to our baby and insulted our attire, despite our high-end fashion. The room wasn’t spotless, the gym was closed (which would have made us choose another hotel), and the area felt unsafe and noisy. However, the reception staff was kind.

My second time and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was impressively fast and reliable, which made my experience stress-free and efficient.

A special thank you to the bellboy, as well as Sinan and Ernest, who truly stood out with their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at any time. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.

Great hotel. Great staff. Clean. Modern amenities. Enjoyed a lot. But i had some small problems. Room Doors have a spring system that automatically closes the doors. Good. But so strong that it makes too much noise. A teenager group made my two nights out of four really unbearable. They kept getting in n out of group member rooms after midnight for hours and my complains to reception for two nights in a row were unanswered. Nonetheless, i would gladly stay here again. Nice location. Very close to bus stops and grocery stores.

I can only say that the hotel is beautiful because of its location and the view. The rooms are standard, the corridors are very narrow. The reason I gave it two stars is that my wife and I didn't get to have dinner here while enjoying the view. Apparently, the hotel doesn't accept babies! We stayed with a five month old baby, so what were we supposed to do? We were in no mood to leave the baby! I do not recommend it to families with babies.

Hotel is very good, maybe they can share some recomendations to guests before traveling like to have enough cash because taxis and some attractions charge up to 20% extra for paying with credit card. If you get a taxi from airport be sure to check meter in 0s. Careful with exchange houses they abuse on the rate. Maybe a list of precautions can be shared by the hotel.

It is in a very busy location. There is nice cafe under the hotel. The staff is very kind but although a paid for a room for three people, the third bad was not prepared. I asked the bellboy to send someone to make the bad, he said someone will come shortly. Noone came for half an hour and we left. We called the reception on our way back and finally it got made.

Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy has to be one of the best places to stay within a fair price range.
The location, quality of rooms and fittings, the customer service and the amenities were perfect.
Literally have 2 coffee shops at the front door and short walk to restaurants and ferry.

Perfectly located

The hotel is perfectly located in the city, close to charming waterfront restaurants and nestled among the many small streets. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, and we slept very well in the beds. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the bridge. This is also where breakfast is served, and the waiter Yalgin makes sure you have everything you need.

The atmosphere and the feeling of the lobby when you entered was very nice, very innovative and very beautifully designed. Our stay in Istanbul was our choice thanks to its location. Even though we stayed at the hotel for a short time, the Front Office team became like our friends. We thank them for their friendliness. In the evenings, you can walk from the hotel to the beach for a short time, spend time on the beach, and have a nice time at the cafe under the hotel before returning to your room. We liked all these facilities very much.

Everything was so beautiful. As someone who loves making memories, I definitely had a stay that I will remember. It was perfect, from the welcome to the rooms. Our breakfast was very diverse and delicious. There was even a store under the hotel where we could buy Turkish delight as a gift on our way back to our country.

The atmosphere of the hotel was enough to warm me up the moment I checked in. Since I travel with my children, I am usually careful to book clean hotels. The cleanliness and smell of the room was always very nice. The air conditioner was working smoothly and we did not even feel cold in the cold weather. Our bed was very comfortable. You should definitely choose the restaurant on the terrace in the evening.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the ferry station. 45 min away fro the airport. It has 2 coffee shops in the reception area level and 2 fantastic restaurants in the roof tops. Customer service manager Seda was very attentive and super helpful. Most of the staff speak great English. The hotel also has spa facility but I found that extremely expensive. The room was spacious and clean. It was cleaned daily. Great overall service from all staffs. breakfast was great too. We loved the roof top restaurant. Food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Not a 5-star experience as we hoped for. None helped us with the bags, front desk service was not super, they were uninformed, inattentive and not eager to assist. They also met us when we came with a bit of a lousy attitude and told us that we looked very tired. Spa was great, super service and friendly staff, not the greatest spa comfort and atmosphere but definitely happy with the visit there anyway. We did the Turkish spa treatment. Great view from the roof too restaurant. Beautiful and spacious hotel room. Beds in the rooms were super comfortable. bathroom was great. However there was a light in the room that couldn’t be shut off so we had to sleep with that light on.

The hotel and our room was quiet clean. Only we had some problems with the several mosquitos inside the room. Unfortunately hotel could not provide any mosquito repellent instrument during our stay. Also we could not watch the Football match Europe Cup from our regular TRT 1 channel. And the last thing was car parking i paid 1400 TL for 2 days staying. Which was the first time i paid fee for my car to the hotel i was staying.

Lovely Stay with Courteous Staff

This is a brand new hotel- the rooms were very clean and the restaurants/bars on the rooftop are gorgeously decorated with stunning views and delicious food. The staff was all very courteous and helpful, particularly the food servers! This was our first time visiting Istanbul and we found this area to be a nice base although it is very lively at night so be prepared for noise (we used an app on our phone to sleep so didn’t find it a problem). For the price, we felt this hotel was absolutely a fantastic value for the money and has a wonderful one week stay!
