The property is incredible!!! Pool and restaurants were great. The sea and land shuttles were a great asset to our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful but lacking at front desk.
If rooms were updated property would be perfect. Our room was large but needed some love. Bathroom especially.
All in all a great place to stay when in Istanbul

Very nice property however personalization needs to be picked up as when the hotel is busy they don’t know what they’re doing, and also at the breakfast lounge a woman waitier sighed agresivly which was very rude and unprofessional.

One thing that we didn't agree with but understand the hotels position is that of male and female segregations when it came to the saunas/steam room facilities. For a 5 star hotel international hotel when you can't share the facilities and experience with your wife or husband is not acceptable. It actually becomes a negative experience.

It’s a beautiful and nice place to stay in Istanbul the have a gorgeous backyard where you can sit for tea or lunch admiring the Bosphorus strait…

Everything was perfection thank you again for all the team they are very caring …the breakfast team are excellent …the concierge the housekeepers perfection clean . Money does (sometimes) buy (temporary) happiness

The internet will tell you that the Four Seasons Bosphorus is the best hotel in Istanbul. It is. Full stop.

I enjoy bouncing around hotels when I’m in a new city to experience different neighborhoods. I recommend this in Istanbul especially as the traffic is horrific and the neighborhoods are distinct and walkable within each. In any case, I believe I have a better ability to evaluate the Four Seasons having stayed at 3 other 5-star hotels.

The neighborhood is around the university and that young people are teeming the bars is fantastic. There also aren’t thousands of restaurant callers because the restaurants here do brisk business.

The hotel can arrange for a private boat leaving from its own dock. Worth every penny as a ‘when-will-I-ever-be-on-the-Bosphorus-again?’ experience.

Usual Four seasons standard: beautiful hotel, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, amazing BVLGARI toiletries, comfortable bed, quiet air con/ heating. If you are choosing the room that doesn't have Bosphorus view or garden view then be prepared for the noise of traffic, basic rooms are located near a very busy street including ambulance noises and some boy racers at night. Use the spa, its the cleanest and the best I have experienced so far in Istanbul. Would stay again , but would choose a different room location.

By colder weather, the indoor pool and spa is one of the most beautiful anywhere. And of course the amazing Four Seasons service. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Istanbul.

Hotel service could not be any better ,with great views of the Bosphorus.
The room service was impressively cheaper than expected without reducing the quality or standard of food
Every staff member from the moment you enter until you leave is attentative and really makes you feel welcome
I have to say a special mention to one of the doormen I think his name was Adan who when we were leaving in our taxi to the airport went out of his way to get 3 bottles of water 2 for us and 1 for the taxi driver which made the drivers day ! It was the little gestures that the staff paid attention to that made it far superior to other hotels
The only reason why we didn’t give 10/10 our was the spa !
1. Temperature of the pool 26-28 so pretty cold if you want to relax in the awesome spa, then the jacuzzi in comparison was extremely hot at 38 degrees which would have been fine if the pool was a lot warmer
2. The prices for treatment in the spa are way too high in comparison to the rest of turkeys 5* Hammams and Spa they charge in Euro prices equivalent/ higher than other European countrie an take advantage of type of clientele they have who are willing to pay those extortionate prices however the treatment unfortunately although great were not any better or spectacular than other places charging a fraction of the price ( you don’t mind paying for something that’s better eg.the hotel and service is amazing so worth paying extra but the treatments are no different to elsewhere )

Staying at Four Seasons Bosphorus is a nice and pleasant experience. You might be in a hard position to divide your time to go out and discover Istanbul or stay in and enjoy Four Seasons.
You can really enjoy yourself in Four Seasons whatever preferences that you might have; room with view, spa & pool, restaurants, yard & sea, ...
The only thing that really annoyed us was the security procedure at the hotel entrance. We never understood what to do; go through full security check? (reaction: Please not you sir!) or ignore everything and simply walk in&out (then why security-men almost block the entry!!). Oooohhh!!! confusing and uncomfortable.

Great hotel and staff. They had a wedding 3 out of 5 nights we were at the hotel. They closed down restaurants, walkways, outdoor areas, etc for the wedding with no notice to those staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to try the Turkish hotel restaurant but it was closed from 4pm onwards on a Thursday for a wedding. We also experienced 3-5 power outages in our room daily. The longest outage lasted 30 minutes and we had no running water during that time. Besides that, the facilities were nice and the staff was very nice.

I have stayed in a four seasons hotel before, but This four seasons hotel is a Beautifully well set, overlooking the Bosphorus strait. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. We were spoilt with a choice of onsite restsurants depending on whatever took our fancy. The spa facility was pricy, but worth every penny.

Initially I was assigned to a room that was very noisy close to the main street. Once I complained the next morning ,
I was assigned to a new gvery quit room.

With no further time to go shopping, I inquired about the Turkish delights they had at the front desk, and the lady at the front desk y sent them as a complimentary gift to my room!!!!

I adore Istanbul and the four seasons simly enhances your stay making it very enjoyable complimented with amazing views of the Bosporus.

I strongly recommend staying at this hotel !! great service and amazing views of the Bosphorus.

What else can you ask for in one of the most amazing cities in the world???
