It was a great stay. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable (believe me, I am very picky). The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect - close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation. The WiFi was very reliable and fast, so I could have several online work-related meetings without any issues.

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable.
I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items.
It seemed a little sparse to me.
The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes.
I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this.
The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass.
How disappointing!

Great spot to base yourself.

Hotel was just what we needed.
Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

Thing I liked:
1) The staff is the most valuable thing this hotel has.
2) The location to me was great but some taxies refuse to drive you back there because of the traffic so they will ask for extra money well usually most taxi drivers will ask for extra
3) Places very close to the hotel location: there are many coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and parks all around the place 3-7 min. Walk and the bosphorus is 7-10 min. Away also on foot.

the only two things I didn’t like are:
A. I really missed the microwave for fast heating
B. Some hotel guests were complaining about the cold so they changed the whole hotel AC system into heat (even if you have it on cold) which made me sweat all the time and I couldn’t sleep well in the last 4-5 nights plus the heat gave me headache and lack of sleep, my wife also told me that she felt the heat too although she feel cold easily.
The response of the staff was quick and very friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t help me on that, they suggested for me to open the windows but if i did there will be no privacy at all, the same scenario will happen if I close the curtains it will block the wind. On the other hand the number of guests wanted the heat cannot be ignored so I lived with the heat until the last (4-5) nights until my check-out.

This is how I see about the hotel and I really appreciate the hotel staff all of them were amazing, cooperative and, friendly never felt unsafe with my two years old daughter running

The place was great and comfortable. I just do feel that there should be more lighting in the room. I wish we got a sea view room, that would have made things great.
I also do feel that cleaning the room should be available 24 hours at the cost being charged per night. I also feel that unlimited water should also be provided to the guests like other hotels. Overall had a great time. The area is really nice. The rooms are spacious nd the cleanliness was good overall

Amazing!

If it was possible I would give the hotel 10 stars. Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing staff!!! The person on reception in the late afternoon was exceptionally helpful! My baby was running fever, he found a doctor who came within 1 hour, he helped to sort out the booking when we had to stay one extra night. Overall great experience with this hotel.

The receptionist couldn’t extend the check out time by 1 hour even though I requested it in the morning, she kept arguing and arguing which to me was completely unnecessary, Istanbul is a crowded area and sometimes it takes longer to commute but she wouldn’t understand this.
Very frustrating and disappointing to have to argue when u are on vacation, honestly it ruined the whole experience and it wasn’t worth it, the bed was not comfortable and the room is small.

Great property. Our room (Jr Suite) was spacious, clean and comfortable (living area, bedroom area, kitchen). If I had to pick on something, it would be helpful to have a lamp on the desk. It was a bit dark working from it as other sources of light were far. The layout of the room was well thought out. There was even a walk in closet! Staff was amazing! Yaprak at the front desk speaks perfect English and is super sweet and helpful. She helped me to set up a covid test (nurses came to the hotel!). Results were ready in about 10 hours. The other front desk guy was also very helpful and set up a cab for us.
Breakfast was not included in the price but it was available in the cafe downstairs and was delicious (organic high quality cheese, eggs, cukes and tomatoes). The restaurant options were poor around the hotel. We had to walk for 15-20 min to find one. There are coffee shops and a supermarket very close by. It’s not a touristic area, no souvenir shops around. Some high end stores are close by.

I went twice to this place, it is very convenient, large apartments, great location, and staff is very helpful!

The location has everything you need around it, walk 200m right and left and you will realize how the neighborhood is very convenient. Also, it is walking distance from Rumeli Caddesi, if you wanna do some quality shopping.

Highly recommended and definitely staying here when I go back to Istanbul.

I was blown away by the size of this room. The enormous closet was nice for stowing away luggage, and keeping it from cluttering the bedroom. The working and lounge areas are appreciated, as well. It was very clean. The price was surprisingly modest, and it's in a great location. My friends live in a very posh apartment of Besiktas, and this was a short walk away. Very happy to find this!

Clean, spacious, central and great value for money. In less than 5 min walking there are great cafes and resturants.

As other people have stated previously the apartments are placed on a steep road, after a long day of walking around in Istanbul its not ideal.

The AC worked without a problem, the internet was sometimes really slow, but it worked. The staff are friendly and helpful and i was able to call them to get the room one day earlier than what i had booked.
would recomend!

The place was very nice, friendly staff (with little English skills) and nice installations although the area around the stairs smells funny. The area around was very nice a short walking distance to the ferry and IST buses to the airport as well as to a trendy bar/restaurant scene. It also has easy access to the buses that take you to the big hits at Sultanahmet. Only a heads up: and this is not related to the hotel but to the general safety of visitors, coming back at night after a pizza and some beers, a random stranger approach me 300m from the hotel and punch my face breaking my glasses and almost my nose. I ended up in the hospital checking if everything was ok. Normally I would say the area is great and it seemed pretty safe, but be careful, you are still in Turkey and you might have a false sense of security in a country where young males need to show their bravado by showing stupid and chauvinistic displays of testosterone (as a fair note, the guys from the bar in front of where I was hit (a bar call \"Craft Beer\") were very nice and helped me getting clean from all the blood and calling an ambulance for me; go for a beer there, they deserve the good press).

I have been using this hotel for a long time. The last time I stopped in it at the end of April. and I have a few negative reviews. At that time it was hot and we opened the window, and as a result, we killed mosquitoes-. , very large mosquitoes for half a night. 5 pieces we killed in total together with a representative of the hotel.
in the bathroom there are no dressing gowns, there is no washcloth, but before that it was always available.
but what's left as always is very good - it's a sympathetic, friendly staff and a good hotel location.

I had a wonderful experience until I checked out.

They were charging me 800TL for a slight mark on their kitchen sink...which was due to their own design weakness...we eventually settled for 400 TL

The hotel is close to shopping and transportation, the staff was amazing. I would stay again, only things that could be improved are the bed are uncomfortable but I got use to it after a few days and only one English channel. The rooms are very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Overall it's nice and price is reasonable except for that breakfast it's not at all up to any expectations so do not promise yourself a nice turkish breakfast it's very poor And yes will stay there again but plan breakfast someplace else.

Booked a suite on the 6th floor for 7 nights with BF and WIFI included !!

+ Positives;

Check on arrival was seamless, staff was really helpful and friendly.. microwave was provided as I had a 2 year old along.. Kitchenette was a real life saver.. room was really spacious ..location was fab and the concierge would call in a cab within a minute.. Breakfast was fab even though they charged us 15 TL for a meneemen.. reception staff booked us a fab dinner cruise for 50 Euro per head.. grocery store just 50 meters away..

Hotel is on a steep uphill so walking back from the market / Migros may be challenging.
No restaurant on site serving lunch / dinner
No english tv channels other than BBC news

We loved our stay, friendly staff, safe neighbourhood, child friendly .. i would go back any day.. real value for money..

don't be surprised by hassle/poor customer service

They hassled us at checkin about the price and wanted us to pay an extra €20 a night. I felt uncomfortable about that. We didnt end up paying it, but I'm sure a lot of people do. We were especially looking forward to the full bath, but when we turned it on a black dirty substance shot out of the jets. They insisted it was the cities fault, and that it wasnt their fault. But when they finally changed our room after I insisted, the bath worked great, proving it was not the cities but their fault. You would also think that they would provide some sort of a recompense for the nasty bath experience, but they didn't do anything which is a why in writing this.

We stayed there for 5 days and really enjoyed our time in Housez suits & apartments. The room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and nice. Every question or request was answered with smile and willingness to help. There is a supermarket just round a corner which made the self catering really easy. We would definitely recommend it.

Minus a fancy lobby this hotel deserves a five star rating in every aspect. Rooms are extremely comfortable with attention to all the details (giving you tooth brush, razor, bath sponge, sewing kit, etc) Sofa bed which my daughter used was very comfortable. Our room even had a beautiful view of Bosphorous and was very quiet. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. Area is safe and quiet with grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants right next to it. The staff went out of their way to be helpful even getting me food from the nearby when i was sick one day. In short, really great value for the money paid.

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

Room was clean, comfortable and cozy with views of the sea. Bazaar and cafes nearby so plenty to choose from for your palate. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast downstairs at the Rani Cafe is organic and delicious with an amazing variety of organic cheeses. Short walk to ferry, tram and bus station. Taxi also available but the walk to the tram station is scenic. Overall its a lovely hotel and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was very quite, the reception is helpful.... but they would make you sometime pay for your (coffee) free breakfast! (don't sign any paper during your free breakfast).

The king size beds are small and the pillows aren't that comfortable!
