Rooms were tiny and smelly with air condition not well regulated always,pictures of gym spa etc advertised was not in the premises. They had nothing but cake bread cheese and fruits for breakfast and was mostly same daily and not fresh.. electricity went off one midnight and it ruined my sleep. Overall experience was terrible and amount paid is totally not worth it so I wonder the people giving them the reviews.

Nişantaşı’nda gerçekleştireceğimiz bir buluşma için, konum avantajı nedeniyle bu oteli tercih ettim. The Stay'e adım attığım andan itibaren personelin (güvenlik - bellboy - resepsiyon) güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımıyla karşılaştım.

Odanın genişliği ve otelin merkezi konumu beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Ancak, odadaki halılarda bazı lekeler göze çarpıyordu; bu detayın artık yenilenme zamanı geldiğini düşünüyorum.

Bunun dışında, 1 gecelik konaklamam süresince herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Bu bölgede tekrar işim olursa, hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğim otellerden biri olacaktır.

This property was a bit disappointing and didn’t fully meet expectations. The photos on Expedia looked fantastic, so we booked a room with a terrace. However, the terrace rooms are located on the 7th floor, and the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor. This meant the doorman had to carry our luggage up about 30 stairs, which felt inconvenient and unnecessarily difficult for him.

Additionally, the ceiling height on these stairs felt uncomfortably low, and there was even a section where we had to duck to avoid hitting our heads — and I'm not especially tall.

The street entrance of the hotel is attractive, but we were surprised to find no lobby on the first floor and a rather strange wall separating the two elevators. This, combined with a lack of a welcoming atmosphere, didn’t leave a great first impression.

We were also disappointed that no upgrades were offered, despite being eligible. Instead, the front desk seemed more focused on promoting imitation bags and rugs, which felt out of place in a hotel setting.

On a positive note, our room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had a noticeable carpet stain right in the center, which detracted from the overall experience.

Overall, while the hotel has some positives, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Excellent Service in an Upscale Neighbourhood

The service at this hotel is superb. From the security downstairs all the way to the managers. The little touches are what make the difference in showing how they care - like drinks on check in and check out, and having fresh flowers in the reception area. Rooms are nice enough, I would have liked a tub in the shower but I understand space is a challenge. Toiletries are nice. Mini bar is well stocked. I missed having an outdoor area to enjoy the view. The hotel is on a street with high-end shopping and there's a mall nearby. There's also a large beautiful park nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the Bosphorus but we did it slowly since we don't mind walking.

This is my second time at the Stay. I love the location, friendly staff and low key luxury. It’s truly a boutique hotel-so don’t expect a big flashy lobby or lots of amenities- but so much attention to detail and great service. I was traveling alone for a medical procedure and I felt very cared for and pampered. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job everyday- special thanks to Nour, Hatijah and their supervisor Tuna. The doormen are all so friendly and helpful often noticing me approach with heavy bags and running to help or offer to deliver to my room so I could keep going.
The location is perfect because you are in a very clean, safe and walkable neighborhood with tons of boutiques, cafes and restaurants but still only a short taxi ride to the important sights (visited the Basilica cisterns for the first time and highly recommend). I was lucky it was a holiday so traffic was light. From the Stay I walked 30 minutes to Taxim and then another 30 down Istiklali St to Galata Tower and then the Pera district with great views of the Bosphorus.
I loved my room with street view and small balcony but if you are a light sleeper, a back facing room might be quieter.
Great city, great people, great hotel. Hope to be back!

Worth to mention it's the best location spot

This property's location could not be better! There are so many shops and restaurants within blocks of this hotel that make it easy and convenient when looking for something to do either after getting dropped off from a tour or if you have one or more days to explore Nisantasi. I also really enjoyed the fact that there is a grocery store up the block and around the corner from the hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, for those reasons, this hotel is highly recommended!
