It was a bit tricky to find, and there is a steep hill to climb to get to the main street but other than that, the location is great. Seems quite safe, not far to the bus or metro. Grocery nearby.
The breakfast isn't great. Not a fan of salad and salami for breakfast.
The room was a good size, I like the bed and having a mini-fridge. There was also a kitchen with sink, cooktop but absolutely no dishes or anything to cook with. I was allowed to bring a few things up from breakfast.

Nice and kindly with bad condition

We've been recepted kindly and the room was spacious. Also, the bathroom was clean. But, there is layer of dust on wooden kabin, table and furnitures. And finally, something forced us to change the hotel was being noisy and busy, some how that we had to turn on the TV to ignore baby screaming and knocking on the floor by upper room.

I was given a really nice room and the receptionist when i checked in was super lovely. Its in an area not far from taksim so its convenient if you get the bus to or from the airport. Its near a metro station, supermarkets and the posh area of istanbul.

All in all we had a convenient stay at Park by Clovers hotel. We enjoyed spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean and aromatic lobby.
I only wish staff would speak English a bit better so the communication could be easier. However, we watched world cup games in the lobby, we were served with complimentary tea, and we received some useful tips on restaurants from reception.

They lied about their poor internet service. Kept telling me its fixed, switch me to another router that was no better, switched me to another room and still no service. The deception and delay kept me hanging for the 5 days I spent there. As an IT professional on remote assignment, not having internet access was devastating and I almost lost my job. I asked to be allowed to check into another hotel where I can get internet access, they did not care.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bus station were close to the hotel so you can easily go anywhere. One comment: The road to the hotel was steep so it would be a little hard for old people to go up and down the road especially with your luggage. Other than that everything were perfect 🙂.

Location is great.. close to shishli nice market and also close to Taksim.

Matress was horible I had back pain starting from first night.
My neighbor snoring sounded was very loud as he was staying in the same room! I complained to the reception and they said they cant offer another room and they asked me to handle it as it was his last night!

Also sometimes I smell smoking inside the room eventjough I saw lots of signs that it is not allowed in the hotel.

Staff was nice though .. I dont think I will come back again bcz of the matress and the sound-proofing problem

The place exceeds my expectation for my need. Location is great for transportation and some restaurants for urgent needs.
Near by all logistics fir business travellers and families also. I was alone but did not see any otroblem to get a family in. Only the road is a steep a or special need wheel users if not companion. And i think the extremely helpfil staff can work it.

Breakfast is not very good as it doesnt offer lots of varieties. Staying at the first floor is a little bit noisy because windows are under the main street and close to the reception area. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and smiling all the time. Our room had a small kitchen but unforunately there were no plates or pans to use (we didn't need them but I believe if we asked the hotel staff would've provided). The location is great, 10-15 mins walking to taksim or osmanbey metro station, while there is a bus station just next to the hotel (3 min walking).

This place is a hidden gem in istanbul. It was extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff menebers were approable, professional, and helpful. They gave us tips on how we could navigate around istanbul and enjoy our trip. One important factor that they should improve is the breakfast. It was not very appetizing. The coffee machine needed to be serviced bc it wasn't working properly and the good quality was overall low. They should definitly add some fruits and warm soup for the guests and reduce items that are too salty. Also, they should label the food for costumers with food allergies. Although the breakfast wasn't great, i would still 100% chose this place next time i visit istanbul because it's sooo clean and comfortable!!!

More a guesthouse than an actual hotel.

This hotel is in a bad location that even taxi drivers fail to know where the hotel is. I, along with other hotel visitors, had found that we were in a taxi for 1-2hours trying to find it.

There is not a proper reception, service is not great.

Mattress on the bed keeps moving around.

Strong smell of smoke in the room meant I couldn’t sleep at night. Even though it was meant to be a non-smoking room, you can tell people have smoked in there.

Nice hotel located in a not so great area. Very friendly and helpful staff, I had constant problems with the Internet connection and the cigarette smoke. For a non smoking hotel, they allow people to smoke in a designated area on each floor, with open door, which is useless. Also, I didn’t enjoy their breakfast buffet.

On day 2 of my arrival, my personal towel was taken by the hotel staff. They first said that they didnt take it. Then they found it in the dirty towels basket.
What was even worse is that they said they will wash it and return it but that was the last i saw of my towel. I waited 4 days and ended up buying a new towel. When i checked out, the boy (Tolga) in reception said the towel had been washed and left in my room. I was quite sceptical because i wouldn't be surprised if they put my towel in the wrong room.
Overall, the hotel was basic my stay was not pleasant.

Although the hotel had friendly reception and was totally neat and clean, however, there were several problems:
1. the fridge didn't work well and had a lot of frost, it means it had not been cleaned for a very long time. And I didn't have any ice for my beverage and I couldn't use the fridge itself to make it cool ! I attached a photo of fridge's condition.
2. The breakfast was very simple and had less quality compared to the hotels in the same range
3. the bed was awful! it was really noisy and not comfortable at all
4. the WiFi in the room was very slow and I couldn't even use it for simple voice call which is not demanding at all

I really enjoyed my stay at Park by Clover.When I travel, I usually take a $75-100 a night hotel, but in searching last minute for a room in Istanbul, I came across Park by Clover for half the price I usually pay.
Location: the location is excellent - halfway between Taksim and Sisli - it is just a few minutes' walk on a wide sidewalk to get to Taksim, or just a couple of dollars (not more than 2) for a taxi. I was getting treatment at Acibadem, and each day I paid 15 lira ($3, including generous tip) to taxi it to the hospital. In the afternoons, I would walk back to the hotel, shopping and eating along the way. The area is good, close to the Army museum and loads of shopping... I got a haircut with styling, and pedicure, for around $20 at the place near the top of the hill.
Room: the rooms are in excellent condition - either the hotel is new or has been refurbished recently. There are not a lot of frills, but you do get shampoo, soap, conditioner, body wash, and towels. My towels were washed daily. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, and coffee pot with tea and coffee. 2 free waters a day, or buy 1.5 litres from the small store just 20 feet up the hill for 2 lira.
Breakfast: It is very simple, and free. Great coffee machine (and they will make you coffee any time), juices, soup (put mint, red pepper, and lemon juice), sliced meats, fries, boiled eggs, olives, breaks and cereal.
Most importantly, perhaps, I felt very safe at this hotel.

It’s a clean nice place for a short trip. Everything was good except for the size of the room. I mostly enjoyed the cleanliness and the nice aroma. It seemed that it was built recently. I also really liked that the guy who was in the reception knew English very well. One thing that I rarely seen in Istanbul. And I have been there a few times.

I don't know why this hotel has received such good rating so far. I did not have a good experience as the bathroom was so smelly. The most annoying thing was that every time I come back to the hotel after a day out, I discovered that the cleaners had left the windows open and the my room had so many flies. I couldn't chase out the flies, so I had to kill them in order to be able to fall asleep. It was so disgusting. The positive things are that the staff were very polite and professional and the hotel was located well near the famous Nisantasi neighborhood.

Great COMPLETELY NEW hotel in excellent location

This hotel is completely new as in not rebuilt or renovated. It is centrally located in Sisli area close to Taksim (15 minute walk) and also close to Osmabey Metro Station (5 minute walk). The hotel itself has pleasant and friendly English speaking front desk and is extremely clean. Breakfast is included in the rate and so is free wifi. Breakfast included all the various options like cerals, breads, boiled eggs, fries, cheeses, jams, etc.. ALso had a coffee making machine with all the options, a turkish tea serving and some orange juice (though not fresh but refreshing).
If you're driving to the hotel, like I did, then just remember that the hotel does not offer parking, however there is a parking garage nearby (1 nin) with which the hotel have a reduced daily rate arrangement..
We booked a triple room but were upgraded to a suite with a small kitchenette.

Odaya su olarak sadece küçük iki adet su bırakılmıştı, bir gece için bile yeterli değildi. Oda giriş kat ve yola baktığı için camı açtığınız anda yoldan geçen herkese ile göz göze gelirsiniz. Camı açarsanız ise gece boyu bir gürültüye maruz kalırsınız. Kahvaltı ise çeşit az, kahvaltı salonu otelin kapasitesi için çok küçük ve geç kalırsanız da bitmiş ve yenilenmeye ürünler ile aç kalabilirsiniz. En düzenli verilen hizmet ise (otele göre) size 11:30 da arayıp 12:00 da check-out yapacağınızı hatırlatmaları.
