Some of the staff was nice. The hotel is a very bad hotel I do not recommend! I put do not disturb and they disturb me I ask for clean , they didn’t clean I wanted to cancel but was already paid and they couldn’t cancel. I really regret. It’s noisy, my toilet was smelling but the worse was me being disturbed and the clean not being done.

Dont book this hotel ...Just simply dont do it.

This was terrible hotel. tiny room and nosiy with busy street couldn't sleep any night the noise was just too much. This hotel did not even have iron for clothing. Bathrooms was so small you couldn't trun around have back out. If you wa t comfort and relaxation dont book this hotel.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was also very clean and nice with daily room cleaning.
the walking distance surroundings of the hotels road is literally just car repair shops and mannequin shops.. but taksim square is a short 7 minute taxi drive. the breakfast is quite limited and small seating area but not bad at all for the price.
the rooms are also said to be sound proofed however they are far from it. the sizing of the rooms on expedia says 377sqft however it does seem as if it is smaller than that. overall was a very nice stay as the issues mentioned above wasn’t a big issue for us and we would definitely return

I recently stayed at The Hubi Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is quite good, not too far from the Main Street, making it convenient to explore the local area. However, there were several aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired.

Firstly, the hotel itself is quite small. The breakfast area, located at the back of the reception, had barely enough seats for guests, making it a cramped and uncomfortable dining experience. Additionally, the housekeeping service was subpar. Rather than making the beds, they simply provided us with new towels each day. To make matters worse, we were charged for a towel because it was stained, which I found to be completely ridiculous.

The room we stayed in was a triple room, and it was also quite cramped. It barely had enough space for three people to move around comfortably, which made our stay less enjoyable.

The spa facilities were also disappointing. Instead of a spacious, relaxing area, the spa consisted of just one small room for the sauna and another for the Turkish sauna. This lack of amenities was a letdown, especially considering the hotel's advertising.

Overall, I would not recommend The Hubi Hotel for a long stay. It might be acceptable for a night or two if you need a place close to the Main Street, but for a more comfortable and accommodating experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Clean and nice hotel, staff proficiency in english was low so difficult to communicate. Hotel is in a very difficult to access location and you must walk through a very busy uphill road with no sidewalks to reach the main road.

Three points to consider when booking

Three points to consider when booking this place:

1. Air conditioning: We had two adjacent rooms in 7th floor. While air conditioning system in common areas were functioning well, for aome reason the rooms were hot even though we had set the thermostat to 16 C. So we would sweat in the rooms and it would make it annoying.
What made it more wierd was that the weather outside was not that bad.
This is the only thing that might keep me from booking the same place again in the future.

2. Location: you need to be aware that istanbul is a city on many hills. So while Taksim square is about 15 minutes away, it is a super steep route there. Imagine that the area itself is on the hillside.
We consider ourselves walking lovers, but it was not very easy and we had to take taxis for short distances just to avoid steeps when were tired.
You are not in a leveled area.

Also, just keep in mind that the main street is not a modern and eye-soothing one (if that is something that matters to you). It has many repair shops and mannequin selling stores. There is technically no sidewalk in the street. We didn't feel endangered as long as we commuted through alleys with good lighting. Even so, not lively like Taksim.

3.Breakfast: adequate, but could be boring. Several types of cheese. Only two hot items per day which one day were fries and onion rings! No toaster. The variety could improve.
A bit non-friendly for people with potential for constipation.

Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Only issue we had was returning to our sheets being changed with a tennis ball sized coffee stain on them. We asked for the bed to be changed again and were told that housekeeping had gone home, they gave us fresh sheets and we eventually changed them ourselves. Not a massive issue, but not something to expect from a 4* Hotel.

Room was nice, but also had other issues with holes in towels and bed sheets across our 4 night stay.

On the whole, if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel then this will do for you. Small details need to be improved for it really be considered 4 star.

the location is very central within a walking distance to Osmanbey station and taksim square , the staff was super nice and helpful , cleanness level was over the top, and the price was really affordable

The hotel is very beautiful, very clean, new and modern, and the staff were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, although it is very close to Taksim square, the road is very uphill, so it is very difficult to access the main road. We should have taken a taxi or maybe I would have used more than 200 stairs to reach the main street and this is the only drawback of this hotel.

Hotel limpio y com buena ubicacion a tan solo unos 10 minutos en taxi de Taksim. Das Hotel ist wunderbar auch die angestellten sehr herzlich, nur ist der standort für uns sehr schwierig weil ein Taxi zu krieg war schwierig und U Bahn ist sehr steil oben und eher weit. Umgebung eher unsicher.

We were totally happy about our stay in The Hubi. We have been here with our family for 5 days and we enjoyed it.
The staff is friendly and welcoming and does not hesitate to help no matter how small it is and around which time. For instance we wanted to ask one little thing and called the 24h open reception but caused by a technical problem we could not hear the staff. We did not know about the issue and simply thought we would ask tomorrow for it again. But couple minutes later an older mister knocked on our door and excused for the inconvenience caused by the technical problem and provided an answer to our question.

The rooms and the furniture are in a good condition and relatively new. The decoration is nice and AC and other appliances are working well.
The whole house is clean and the staff is doing a good job but I came across some minor things like little stains that just needed a bit more attention while cleaning, were still there after housekeeping cleaned our rooms. Also the sound-insulation is not the best but was ok.

I can completely recommend the hotel to anyone searching for a place in Sisli or in Istanbul. The only limitation I have to make is maybe for families with small kids due to the location and the traffic in front of the hotel. Since there is limited pavements and cars driving down the hill do not take much care of the people walking at the roadside. If you children are older, carefully and are used to much traffic, one can ignore this fact.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Allerdings sind die Reinigungskräfte nicht bemüht die Zimmer ordentlich zu säubern. Es wird sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Unser WC war noch schmutzig vom vorherigen Gast. Trotz zwei mal beschweren wurde es nicht gereinigt und wir mussten es letztendlich selbst machen.
