Everything in the room was broken: the bed, the wardrobe, the chandelier, the nightstand, the window. There were also lighting issues. Only one lightbulb worked in the sconce, and even that only flickered once. There were signs of a flood on the ceiling. Until 3 a.m., I could hear screaming and loud door slamming outside the door. No one made any comments. I wanted to rest comfortably, but it didn't happen.

Hotel property is in the terrifying condition. Mold, dirty walls with fallen pieces of plaster. Some rooms are not so bad, but the first one they’ve gave to me was total disaster. On the other hand, it pretty close to any kind of shops and seashore.

There was a mistake, I booked a big double room for single use, but the hotel received info about a single room reservation. The single room is not comfortable at all, it is approximately 6 sq meters big, and I do not find a toilet in a shower very attractive. There was a fridge but no plugin in the wall. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. It was reasonably clean, since it is old it might not appear so.

Good value for money

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and surrounding dates. I was in one of the basement rooms, the room was a good size for single person occupancy, the bathroom was small and there was nowhere for the shower head to attach to the wall but for £35 a night it was really good value for money. Where this was in the basement there was a slight odour coming up from the drains but I didn’t spent much time in the room so this wasn’t an issue for me personally. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, I would recommend staying here to others as the location is really good and overall I’d say this was brilliant value for money. The only problem I had was the WiFi in the room wasn’t good, it worked on one side of the room but not the other, but again this wasn’t a big issue as my friends were in the hotel also and it was nice to have a bit of a internet detox whilst I was in Istanbul. The room was heated and considering how cold the city was this made for a good nights sleep, the bed was comfy and the blinds kept the light out really well.

The sheets and pillow cases torn and dirty, the room was also very dusty, on arrival. The room had a kettle but no cups, had to ask for one. It stated when I booked that bottled water would be available, not so. I was very disappointed with the service and hotel.

The images and the information provided on the site is not correct. Just one person could speak English and he was not there anytime. Wifi connection was poor. My reservation was a single room with twin bed but he wanted to send me to a small room with a single bed and so many other problems!

Beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamak lazım, temizlik olarak kötüydü, lavaboda sabun dahi yoktu ven banyo ve tuvalette başkasına ait saçlar mevcuttu. Bir de yatağa girdiğim de boynumda ve sırtımda çok fazla da olmasa kaşıntılar başladı. Odanızın anahtarı eski iç oda kilitlerinden o sebeple oda da kendimi pek güvende hissedemedim, değerli bir eşyanızı odanızda bırakmanızı da tavsiye etmem. Fiyat performans bir yer diyemeyeceğim, biraz daha verip daha iyi bir yerde kalınabilir, zira ederinin üzerinde bir fiyata kaldım.

Beşiktaş çarşıya yakın küçük şirin sakin bir butik otel çarşıya yakın olmasına rağmen çok sessiz sakin bir sokakta,fiyatlar beşiktaş ve çevresine göre çok çok uygun 1 günlük konaklama yaptık evimizde gibiydik,personeller çok güler yüzlü her konuda bize yardımcı oldular,çay kahve ikramları için ayrıca çok teşekkürler,otel girişineki ışıklandırma çok hoşuma gitti bunuda belirtmek isterim :))sabah uyandığınızda terasta bir kahve için derim..:))

Duş almak isterseniz klozete oturarak alabilirsiniz çünkü başka çareniz yok banyo tuvalet toplamda 1 m2. İş yeri sahibi çok ince düşünceli, duşunuzu aldınız yorgunsunuz odanıza kadar yürümeyin diye duşa kabinin yanına yatağınızı koymuş. Odanızın içinde bina ısıtması için kombi var. Havasızlık ve rutubet anlatılmaz yaşanır.

Værelserne ligner ikke billederne, de er i virkelig dårlig stand med mug på væggene på badeværelset. Personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk overhovedet til trods for at der stor dette på deres hjemmeside.
Billigt hotel men jeg ville ikke komme der igen.

tek başıma 102 noda konakladım. yatağın sol tarafı ve baş kısmı kırıktı. klima kapanmıyordu ancak şalteri indirince kapanıyordu. tv çalışmıyordu. kabloyu kontrol edin diyordu ama ne yaptıysam olmadı. tuvalet temizdi ancak rutubet vardı. odada terlik saç kurutma makinası yoktu. banyoda başkasının duş jeli vardı şampuan olarak. oda alt kattaydı. gardırop içi çok ağır derecede ayakkabılık gibi kokuyordu. konumu güzel yerde bir gecelik konaklama için beklenti yüksek tutulmadan gidilmesi gerekir. banloda böcek olduğu söylenmiş ama ben böcek vs. görmedim. tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. memnun kalmadım

Oda da rutubet koksundan uyunmuyor. Banyoda bir sürü böcek vardı. Kartal heykelinin yanında yatın daha iyi.

ÇOKKK kötü otel

Kesinlikle çok kötü bir tecrübe oldu verdiğimiz parayı da kesinlikle hak etmedi hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel , odamızın fotoğrafını çektim ahır bile daha iyiydi.

Sheets had stain, floor was nasty, you could feel the steel in the matresses, a lot of furniture was damaged or broken and even the shower head wasnt functioning Wouldnt reccomend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uzak durun, tavsiye etmem!

Leş gibi bir yerdi. Oda en alt katta, durumu kötü, kokudan durulmuyor. Temizlik desen, o ayrı bir rezalet.
Zaten geldiğimizde odanı temizlememiştiler bile.
Hayatımda böyle berbat bir otel görmedim.

Vasatın daha da vasatı

Hayatımda daha kötü bir otel görmedim. 1 saat bile duramadan çıktık odada iğrenç bir koku vardı. Oda belirtilmemesne rağmen penceresiz ve yer altındaydı. Kalmadığımız otelin parasını ödedik resmen iğrençti. Hatırlamak bile istemiyorum.

Het hotel is werkelijk vreselijk slecht, is bijna niet te vinden, zelfs voor de taxichauffeur niet. De kamer was in een kelder de verwarming kon niet uit dus bloedheet. Het was redelijk schoon echter de douchekop was stuk alsmede het doorspoelen van het toilet. Bed was daarentegen wel goed. Ben s,nachts om 2 uur aangekomen en om 08.30 weer vertrokken. Personeel is uiterst onvriendelijk. Eens maar nooit meer CIJFER EEN 2

Mir hat an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen:
Hotel in einer Sackgasse.
Sehr laut man konnte kaum schlafen unter dem Schlafzimmer direkt eine Bar.Für Partypeople zu empfelen,sonst mit Kindern meiden.Lieber ein wenig Geld in die Hand nehmen und ein besseres Hotel nehmen.

Rezervasyon yaptırdıktan sonra mesajla teyit almaları güzeldi. Oda gerçekten temizdi.Güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı karşılama oldu. Lokasyon merkezi. Tek sıkıntı otopark olmaması. Sadece biraz indirim olması iyi olurdu. Umarım hep bu şekilde odalar temiz ve bakımlı olur

Besiktasta bulunabilecek en iyi butik otel

Cift olarak konakladik. Besiktasta eglence mekanlarina yakin olmasi burayi secmemizdeki en buyuk nedendi fakat gelince her seyinden memnun kaldik. Eglence mekanlarina yakin olmasina ragmen bulundugu yer cok sessiz. Bu konforu bu fiyata baska bir yerde bulmak neredeyse imkansiz. Temiz guvenilir bir aile isletmesi. Guler yuz gormek temiz bir yerde konaklamak ve sanki evinizdeymis gibi hissetmek istiyorsaniz gonul rahatligiyla secebilirsiniz.

Beşiktaşta konaklanabilecek en temiz ve konforlu butik otel. Ailece geldik ve çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve bizi çok sıcak karşıladılar. Odamız çok güzel ışık alıyordu ve temizdi. Akşamları ortak terastaki kahve ikramı tatlydıı. Beşiktaşa her geldiğimde kesinlikle burada konaklayacağım. Görüşmek üzere :)

Gördüğünüz ve görebileceğiniz malesef en kötü yer. 1 gece için 40€ ödedik eşimle ama verdikleri hizmet 10€ bile etmez. Resimlerde ne kadar vasat olduğu görünmüyor duş odanın içinde. İstanbulda hafif yüksek şiddetli bi deprem olsa anında yıkılır hiç bir tadilat olmamış balkon betonlarından ayrılmış anlatılamayacak kadar kötü..
