Room Door was Broken, No Hot water, Lift is not working properly, No room service for cleaning. Cleaning was not up to the standards. Night receptionist doesn’t understand English at all. Some of the lights were not working in the room. Had a worst ever experience. Please don’t look at the reviews in hotels.com they all are fake.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given was extremely small — barely enough space for our luggage. Thankfully, the young woman at the front desk was kind and understanding, and she moved us to another room on the main floor.

Unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the window (which was quite large and led directly to a public walking path) wouldn’t close or lock properly. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, this made us feel very unsafe. We brought our concerns to the front desk right away and were told it would be fixed that day.

We were gone for about nine hours, but when we returned, nothing had been done — the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the window still wouldn’t close. When we brought it up again, we were told it would be fixed the next day. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable staying even one night longer, given the safety issue, so we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense.

I reached out to the hotel immediately that night to explain what happened and request a refund. It took them two days to respond, and their only reply was that they would “work on getting it fixed.” By that time, our stay was already over, and despite following up again, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

This place is a joke. Don’t fall for fake reviews those are probably owner’s friends.
The rooms don’t look like what they advertised at all.
Rooms were filthy, uncleaned, spider webs on the corner of the walls, black mold in bathroom, dirty and stained sheets.
The staff were loud and smoking weed throughout the nights.
No Air conditioning , I asked the receptionist to fix it he said he will take look at it but he never did.
One of the staff just opened the door without knocking and was trying to come in while i was still in the room so if you’re a woman or going there with your family be very careful this place is not safe for you.

Unsure of how to feel about this

Room was not clean at all. The shower had pink moisture in it. There was a cabinet with dirty dishes in it. The towels didn’t look clean, neither were the slippers they provided. The bathroom was in disarray also.

The view however is spectacular.

I have nothing bad to say about this property except that it is marketed incorrectly. This is not a 5-star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving. Should I give it a 1-star review for incorrect advertisement? Maybe. But I cut 2-stars for just that. Anyway, the rooms are really small and so is the bathroom. The bathroom smelled initially, and the smell didn't go away for a couple of days. I stayed there 5 days and the bathroom was the worst experience. The toilet and the shower were cramed. There was hardly any space to walk around the bed in the bedroom. Also, this is not a non-smoking hotel. There is smoke everywhere. Even one of the receptionist was smoking.

Sıfır ilgi, gece gürültüden uyunmadı. Araba park sorunu var, yer bulmanız imkansız olacak araçla gelirseniz. Ancak 20 dk yürüme mesafesindeki İspark’a koyarsınız o da size gecelik 400 lt minimum maliyet çıkarır. Halbuki bize var denmişti otopark hizmeti.

Reinste Katastrophe ich rate jeden davon ab diese Unterkunft zu buchen, denn die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern.
Hygiene ist ein Fremdwort. Kein warmes Wasser, auf dem Flur riecht es extrem nach Zigaretten. Zimmer sind nicht abschliessbar. Lass die finger vin und nehmt bisschen mehr geld in die hand und bucht ein echtes Hotel

Odaya girişte hayal kırıklığına uğradım, sabun (katı ya da sıvı) yoktu, sıvı sabun kutusu boştu. Duş jeli ile elimi yıkadım. Banyo yıpranmıştı (kırık dolap, tavan rutubetten yıpranmış, ıslak zemin derz araları simsiyah) kirliydi ve gider kokusu vardı. Sadece bir tane boy havlusu vardı, el yüz için ufak havlu yoktu. Bunlar zorunlu kısımlar. Ayrıca artık neredeyse tüm otellerde standart olan en az bir küçük su yoktu. O kadar hayal kırıklığına uğradım ki, açık ara en kötü konaklama deneyimlerinden birini yaşadım. Hala mutsuzum. Saydığım eksikliklerin hepsini fotoğrafladım, ilk fırsatta kamu otoritelerine şikayet edeceğim. Kesinlikle denetlenmesi gerek. Bir çift sözüm de hotels.com a. Bu tesisin organik yüksek puan alması benim deneyimime bakıldığında imkansıza yakın. Bu kadar yüksek puan nasıl alıyor, puanlama algoritmanızın robotik puanlamaya karşı güvenli olduğundan emin misiniz? En yüksek ouan temizlik için verilmiş ama temizlik ile uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Fiyatı ne kadar ucuz olursa olsun, hatta bedava bile olsa asla tekrar kalmayacağım bir otel.

Die Zimmer sind sehr unhygienisch und werden nicht gereinigt. Auch unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, daher mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das \"gereinigte\" Zimmer war ebenfalls in einem unsauberen Zustand. Die Zimmer sind alt und entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Im Hotel übernachten überwiegend Frauen, die höchstwahrscheinlich dem Rotlichtmilieu angehören. Dies geht zumindest aus Ihrem Verhalten hervor. Bitte stellen Sie sich daher auf die Umstände ein !!!! Die Männer sind überwiegend nachts erschienen, daher hatten wir während unserem Aufenthalt überwiegend schlaflose Nächte. Nachts kam es oft zu lauten Auseinandersetzungen zwischen den Damen und Ihren Kunden. Auch wurde nachts oft laute Musik abgespielt oder sich in lautem Ton unterhalten. Im Hotel übernachten kaum Familien oder Paare. Meiden Sie dieses Hotel, wenn möglich. Unser Zimmer wurde während eines 6-tägigen Aufenthaltes kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Auch auf Anforderung ist dies nicht geschehen. Bitte meiden Sie diese Unterkunft zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit.

ALLE Bettlacken waren dreckig. Handtücher waren mit Lippenstift beschmiert.
An der Decke und an den Wänden waren kuriose Flecken.
Wir haben mehrmals um Reinigungen gebeten- erfolglos.
Es wird im gesamten Haus geraucht, sodass man schon morgens mit diesem Gestank geweckt wird. Nie wieder.
