Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. let me say that the location is pretty good as it is close to Besiktas square and easy access to the bosporous where many bars and restaurants are. But the actual hotel is a complete mess.
After spending almost my entire stay there we had checked under the bed to see an unhealthy amount of dust and a load of trash underneath. when I say this is DISGUSTING I mean used sanitary pads, empty cans, cigarettes and used vapes all piled underneath the bed. That’s only a little part of the problem too as the mattress has hairs in it along with black mould inside the shower and the fridge also had hairs and stains inside.
The staff were also pretty useless other than 1 or 1 of them. We only had our room cleaned once in the space of A WEEK and it was only cleaned upon request. We also had issues where our key cards didn’t unlock our door (thankfully they actually fixed that) and then one day our door wouldn’t lock at all and we were told we had to wait an hour for the receptionist to come back and fix it. With no confidence I contacted them on Whatsapp to get that fixed.
We also had to request toilet paper which one night after requesting it, it wasn’t even given to us as most of the staff seem more interested in their phones than actually working.
Overall a horrible experience with clearly very lazy workers and I don’t think they employ any cleaners.
