Location was excellent. Many options for dining, shopping. Attention to detail was impeccable. Customer service was beyond excellent. Food at the hotel was on the pricey end, but the service was truly impeccable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Hotel decor was immaculate. Spa services were great. Overall the hotel stay was beyond our expectations and more. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stay was generally nice especially the pool and gym. The staff could have been more helpful - at one point i asked if they could call a cab and they told me to use uber - fair enough - but the address doesnt come up - taxi's cant find the location and then the concierge gives incorrect or incomplete info. Also tried to book a restaurant and they just never tot back to me on two occasions. Probably not a 5 star, def a 4-star.

The hotel facilities are rooms and very nice, also the spa service and staff is amazing. However, and it’s a pity, friendliness and kindness of reception staff is very poor. It was like two worlds, hotel itself pretty nice but during check in the athnosphere was like checking in a 2 star hotel in Istanbul downtown. For such nice hotel and high price the experience should be complete, they need to train or change the staff at reception to be at the same level of the rest of the hotel. I might come back but got a “sweet and sour” feeling.

The Address is marvelous. Beautifully designed, with very professional staff and great service. The rooms are well designed and bright and immaculately clean, with very comfortable beds and bedding and large bathrooms. The location is convenient, right next to EMAAR Square shopping mall with lots of great stores and restaurants, easy access by taxi to the rest of the city and easy connections to the airports.

Hotel rooms and food are very nice. But the situation with parking we awful as we had to pay $25 dollars for valet parking. As a guest at the hotel I expect my car valet parking to be free in a five stars hotel. And additionally, the staff didn’t provide information upon arrival about extra charge for valet parking service. And ask to pay while checking out.

I've visited Istanbul many times, but this was my first time staying outside the busy city center — and it turned out to be a great decision. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient: just minutes away from the main attractions, yet far enough to avoid the gridlocked traffic of the city. The hotel itself is truly state-of-the-art, from the beautifully designed rooms to the excellent amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly — I can honestly say they felt more like friends by the end of our stay. This will absolutely be my first choice next time I visit Istanbul

Imagine that you're staying at the Four Seasons but you're not paying Four Seasons pricing. We loved the hotel and the staff who were so professional and polite. It was beautifully appointed and we loved that it was attached to the Emarr shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

The Address Istanbul is an excellent property right next to the Emaar Mall. There are plenty of dining options in the mall - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are extremely well decorated - the only comment I had was the dispenser shower gel / shampoo. Extremely accommodating and helpful room service and front desk staff

Luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and a Great price. Beds were comfortable and staff at the hotel were very accommodating. I definitely recommend adding breakfast on at booking if not the hotel charges $55 euro per person which is extremely expensive.

Amazing. Superb service and excellent customer service. Staff going above and beyond. Nothing was any trouble. Room cleaning staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. 5 nights were wonderful. Delicious breakfast for all tastes. All staff made you feel special. Great location (Asia side) with a huge Emaar shopping centre for either retail therapy or just window shopping. Huge food court.

It cost over 2500 Turkish Lira to travel to airport ( about an hour if you choose to pay toll fee), otherwise could take much longer. The staff handles the issues not very professional and management team not on the ball. Room Price is good, that is only good thing.I would not choose this hotel again.

This hotel is probably the best hotel in Istanbul in my opinion. From the second you arrive, you are greeted by friendly staff who are always smiling. They take your luggage to your room while you are getting checked in. The smell of the hotel is very nice and everything looks modern throughout the hotel and will not disappoint.

I came to Istanbul with my wife for my birthday and also our anniversary and the hotel really made it memorable. They gave us a free upgrade room along with cake on the day we arrived and also cake on my bday. The best service I have ever experienced.

The hotel may be on the more expensive side but trust me it is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. Also the hotel is right next door to the Emaar Squar mall which is very convenient for shopping and for food. I highly recommend this hotel for all tourist for an amazing time!!!!
