This was by far the best DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. A huge thank you to Safire and Ulas for their outstanding hospitality - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From their warm welcome to accommodating my late check-out, everything was handled with such care.

It would have been great if the check in desk could have informed a bit more about the facilities in the hotel. I did not realise the hotel is directly linked to the shopping mall and you can access this through the hotel lift. I only found this out by reading the description of the buttons on the elevator.

I loved this hotel, and highly recommend. Stayed here for work for a few days mid week, and found my stay comfortable and pleasant. Firstly the reception staff speak a good level of English and were incredibly helpful with planning our return to Ataturk airport, and found all staff I interacted with to be fantastic. This is a new hotel so decor and rooms are wonderful, great size, pleasing design and ultimate comfort. Breakfast fantastic too - highly recommend the waffle stand.

Not at the best standards I have stayed at better Hilton Hotels : we arrived at the hotel and we're quickly checked in by the friendly staff we had a queen room was on okay size the room was clean everything was nice but the AC was terrible really slow on the 35° temperature there is a shopping mall next to the hotel which is handy there you will find KFC McDonald's and all the top for top fast food chains . But here is the catch the hotel is located at the Asian side of Istanbul which is very very very far we didn't realise we never saw one tourist all the tourists are on the other side of the river so please avoid do not stay at this side of Istanbul Umranyie. It nearly cost us £150 for six days on taxies and ferry rides. We always had to catch a ferry boat to get to the other side because no taxi driver will go to the other side because of the traffic which was really tiring as we are a little child with us so please avoid going to the Asian side of Istanbul and stay at Downtown Istanbul

Alcohol list is the room but no alcohol is served! They kindly ask for soft drinks. The fridge was empty. They serve for the global warming. Religious mentality is dominant. The newspapers available to read are 2. Mainline fundamentalist media product and another paper for adverts. No other voices. They do not respect to ideas other than theirs. TV channels also same. I wonder how Hilton accepted their brand to be used. The hotel refused to give an invoice. They asked me to get an invoice from expedia. Unbelievable, I paid my extra in Turkey but they wrote the invoice to expedia. No logic. I cannot legalise my expenditures of this business trip because there is no legal invoice in hand. I shall not advise myself the same hotel again.

Mooi hotel, schoon en goed zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Maar het ontbijt is ver onder niveau, ronduit slecht. Producten zijn niet vers, de koffie is niet te drinken. Beter om in het winkelcentrum onder het hotel te ontbijten.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meine Frau und Tochter gebucht wegen der Sicherheit des Hotels.Da es eine security am eingang gibt.Meine Frau und Tochter haben mir berichtet das das Personal sehr freundlich war und immer wieder nachgefragt haben was ihnen fehle oder was sie noch machen könnten.An dieser stelle mein großer Dank an die Hotel Leitung.Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht und alle Hygiene standarts erfüllt.Das Hotel liegt direkt neben den Metro und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der näheIch.kann jedem mit gutem gewissen empfehlen dieses Hotel zu besuchen.Vielen Dank und auf wiedersehen.
