Great hotel, They just put brand new mattress beds in every room so I extended my stay from one week to almost a month. Good value, got a grocery store, a convenient store, a pharmacy and a produce shop a Barber 💈 and two ATM machines across the street. The staff is super friendly and Mojdeh was very kind and spoke Farsi and English. The Turkish breakfast is good same with the meatball plate. They could use more diversity in menu food items. Also a couple of chairs to sit on for the disabled outside would be nice. Outside of that no other input! Love the comfy mattress and the staff they all deserve a raise! Good bunch of people.

Good hotel

Friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms were cleans and functional, of good standard for Istanbul. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice and restaurant staff not very attentive. Location within easy walking for restaurants, Malls and Metro, but this is not a tourist area so be prepared to only find menus in Turkish.

AC system wasn’t working in this hotel. But stuff were hiding it and making people to live without the AC in their rooms. Everytime when i called about the AC problem they were telling the same thing “hotel has central system and it’s a n heat now” what??? This means i have to stay in hot room? This was my worst hotel experience in Istanbul ever.

Nice hotel, very large lobby. Good breakfast. Very clean. Nice balcony with the room, however it needed cleaning and the plants were all dying up there through lack of water. Good shopping mall nearby, metro is a short walk but otherwise this is not a great location. Room service finishes at 10pm which was frustrating after a long drive. Good hotel overall and it suited our needs.

Don’t believe there add. No indoor swimming pools

Booked this hotel because it advertises 2 indoor swimming pools and 2 out door pools. When I went to book in I was told that they only have one outdoor pool and it was closed. I cancelled my booking and did not stay there. How can they mislead there customers like this. 😡

Bad location, highly overpriced

Hotel is well furnished newly build but the location is awful. If you don’t drive or a local resident, it’s useless only for local business trips it can be useful rather than that it’s not a good place to stay.

When I first booked this hotel, my expectation was just cleanliness and a gym presence. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was an exceptionally professional and pleasant staff. Everyone including front desk, housekeeping and waiters , they all make you feel you are home. Great experience we had . Next time , I just wish they will improve the breakfast ( lunch and dinner menu and taste was great ) and the gym ( which is in the apartment complex ).

Good hotel next to industrial district

This hotel is by Mr. Trump of Turkey, Mr Agaoglu, however this is not one of 5-star Trump hotels. I chose this hotel because it was closest to an industrial district, where I had an appointment in the morning, a key factor given the traffic in Istanbul. Otherwise, this hotel is away from most points of interest and you may have better options elsewhere if you are on leisure trip. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel can be a good choice for business travelers. My single most disappointment, hence my 3-star rating, was because the fitness center/healtclub was open only between 7:30 am to 9 pm. Hello? We are business travelers/professionals and we do have work during daytime. We need time to take shower after fitness hours and before work hours. Who would use the fitness center during daytime?

Great for Business on the Asian Side

Great for business if you have work to do on the Asian Side of Istanbul. Not too much around in terms of walking distance other than the shopping mall Buyaka. They hotel staff was very helpful and directed me to a ferries that take you across to the European side for 4 Lira! Its about 30 Lira for a cab to get you there initially but beats driving through Istanbul traffic. Only downside was the room was facing a fairly busy street making it noisy at night.

Overall, great place to stay at a great price.

we got to this hotel because my sons insisted on having a pool. That's all nice and fine, but the hotel is in the middle of absolute nowhere, it took ages for the taxi driver to find it, it is an abolute American/Standard hotels island in the middle of everyday, lower-middle class Istanbul. Nothing of special interest anywhere around, or even fairly close. The hotel itself is absolutely fine, clean, well managed, nicely arranged, etc., but the rooms we were given had their windows to the street, and the street is a busy (at time, very busy) istanbul commercial street. So it became noisy already by 7am, and the noise was such that double glazing couldn't silence. Plus, you don't really want to open the curtains, because there's absolutely no view outside. So it's basically a closed, noisy, very nice and clean and american-looking box.
The swimming pool and all health facilities are not in the same builiding, nor exculsively for hotel guests' use -- rather, they are in the middle of a very large apparently \"normla\" (not touristic) high-end enclave of semi-high-rises, basically, an enclosed, secured, residential area. So you need to walk out of the hotel and in between thos residential bldgs to get to the health centre and no one there knows english, nor are there towels etc.
in short, if all you're looking for in Istanbul is a medium sized, standard american/corporate hotel with pool and health facilities, this is your hotel. If not, I really do suggest you look elsewher

Downsides: Pool is outside the main building. Otelin konumu gayet güzel. Metro ve alışveriş merkezine yakın. Etrafında market ve yemek yiyecek yerler 5-10 dk yürüme mesafesi ve arabayla 2 dklık. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın üstünde ama seçenek çok fazla yok bana göre. Bir de kahvaltının erken başlayıp erken başlaması pek iyi değil bence. Ama odalar gayet güzel modern tam olarak demesem de ortalamanın üstünde, yatak rahat ve yalıtım gayet güzeldi. Kaldığım oda da ışıklandırma sistemin de bir düzensizlik vardı. Tekrar gelir miyim büyük ihtimalle evet.

Konakladığım en güzel otellerdendi.Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgililer fakat asık suratlı olmaları otelin güzelliğine gölge düşürüyor.Bir tebessüm çok şey değiştirir.Bayan görevli yoktu ama olsa belki artı yönde daha farklı olabilirdi.Dış trafiğin sesi odada duyulmuyordu.İzalasyon harika.Birde odada su ikramı yoktu.Küçük bir ayrıntı ama hoş değil.Odadaki değerli eşya kasası da bozuktu.Genel olarak tercih edilinebilecek bir otel.Teşekkürler.
