I was not always happy.

My stay was fairly good but the hotel owners still have a lot to work on their communication, either employing people that can speak the English major language or they polish themselves on the language. (English/French). Finally, try and be nice to visitors.

We loved this hotel! Thought the staff were excellent. Two things maybe: 1) felt linens should be changed during stay 2) first morning we requested a diet soda for our daughter during breakfast ... no problem; second morning we requested the same and was told there were no diet sodas. Because of this unavailability we did not eat in your restaurant other than the first night (we were able to get her one during this meal) during our 6 night stay.

Bad smell

Interior design was nuce but unfortunately the was a bad smell in the rooms and all over the hotel the AC was fixed on heater no windows in the room could not sleep because it was very hot I could not breathe bad smell thank goodness I booked only for one night

Great hotel.

Could not fault any aspect of the stay. Check in was seamless. Room was obviously well kept and spotless when I arrived. It was kept that way while I stayed. Breakfast was great. The spa has great facilities including a hamam. I will stay there again.

It’s not strictly a hotel issue, nor one that concerned me, but there isn’t a lot to do near the hotel. There are some malls but it is a 15-20 minute walk.

The first day, when I arrived to check out they said there is no room available and please come back after two hours! This happened while I already reserved a room for July 1st and paid for it via expedia. I got very disappointed. I also checked out one day earlier. The room cleaning was terrible! They only cleaned the first day!!! and at the end they charged me 40 turkish lira for cleaning and room service!!!!

I have a request from Expedia to please refund me for this hotel. I'm not satisfied with this hotel at all.

Le personnel ke parle pas toujours anglais, et n'est pas toujours très aimable. Par exemple la personne du restaurant n'a pas voulu nous faire 2 factures séparées et s'est agacé. Et l'hôtesse du spa ne parlait pas anglais non plus. Pour une chaîne internationale c'est négligé. Et le Wifi est très mauvais

Otelde genel olarak rahat ettik. Ancak oda oldukça soğuktu, klimayı açtım. Oda daha da soğudu resepsiyondan klimaların henüz (Ekim 11-12'si olmasına rağmen) merkezi ayarlarını yapılmadığı sıcak modunda çalışmadığı söylendi, biraz beklerseniz odanız ısınacaktde. Klimayı açtığınız için soğudu dediler. Sorunuz devam ederse tekrar arayın ben teknik servisle bir görüşeyim dedi. Tabii, beklediğimiz halde odamız ısınmadı ben de tekrar resepsiyonu aradım ve biz dışarıdayken odamıza bir küçük ısıtıcı bırakmışlar iş gördü, oda biraz ısındı en azından sorunumuz çözüldü Çalışanların yaklaşımı çözümcüldü genel olarak memnunum ama İstanbul gibi bir şehirde Ekim'in 11-12'sinde bana göre klima ayarlarını yapılmış olması gerekirdi.

otel genel olarak iyi sadece bize penceresi açılmayan oda verdiler ve içeride havasızlıktan bayıldık, bunun dışında spası çok iyi masaj güzeldi. Genel temizlik iyi. Çalışanlar nazik. Yemekleri beğenmedim sanki beklemiş yemeklerdi, sabah kahvaltısı orta düzey. Gideceklere tavsiyem akşam ve öğle yemeğini dışarıda yemeleri ve kendilerine penceresi açılır oda istemeleri.

Was mir noch in keinem Hotel der Welt passiert ist.
Als wir nach 8 Stunden Stadttour zu unserem Zimmer kamen, war die Tür ganz weit offen. Die Reinigungskraft hatte die Tür offen vergessen und unser Zimmertür war ca.8 Stunden lang offen.

Echt coole und nette Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr hilfsbereit sind. Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist leider sehr miserabel und der Flur im oberen Stockwerk sowie beim Zimmereingang riecht stark nach Zigarette.

Frühstück ist ganz in Ordnung und bietet das nötigste.

Temiz ve güzel

Penceresi açılan oda istemiştik ancak açılmayan odaya yerleştirildik. Havalandırma olmasına rağmen rahat edemedik ve gece taksi isteyip ayrılmak durumunda kaldık.

Bunun dışında her şey iyiydi, kaliteli bir otel.

Temizlik sorunu.

Memnun kaldığım oda servisinden talebime hızlı bir şekilde karşılık almış olmak. Memnun kalmadığım banyoda kirli yüz havlusu mevcuttu ve yatak çarşafı temiz değildi. Temizlik için vakit bulunmaması gibi bir şey söz konusu değildi girişim akşam 7 civarındaydı. Mecbur kalmazsam bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.
