1) Room practically had no wifi. You had to stand close to hallway for any signal. They could not address it even after multiple complaints.
2) Laundry room had 1 working washing machine, no dryer
3) Street parking only
4) Might be a Brand/Design thing but I don’t understand 20 step climb to reservation desk. There should be easy roll in from street level.

Otherwise good price for descent comfort

No maintenance, no clean

The hotel is clearly intended to be a modern day business chic hotel. The design of the premises is good. Sadly that's where it ends. Rooms are not properly maintained, not very clean, towels were stained and torn. There was literally a hole on the wall the size of my fist with the insides showing. There was no place to hang hand towels. No tissues inside the room. It doesn't even have an internal phone line, you have to call the reception on an outside line. The door did not have a physical lock, only an electronic button not sure if it really locks or not.

I had put a good review before but wish i could take it off now, the reception staff are the worst very rude. Never using this hotel again, kettle never worked. When you call reception for anything be prepared to call back 190 times. No cleaners to clean your room and no fresh towels. I wouldnt recommend this place not worth it try and avoid

I enjoyed my stay. Overall the hotel is comfortably an quiet. Breakfast is lovely but it would be even better to have different options each day. Staffs sre helpful.

I’m a regular visitor to this hotel. Affordable price for good quality. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to Arpaslan, hazarbey & all other staff members that I don’t know the name, but I appreciate the respectful communication- the brasserie staff as well. I will definitely come back.

they didn't clean my room even i had asked during 2 days to clean my room during my stay 3 dingts,

there was no hot water on my last day,

there was not working air conditioner, room 403

there was problems with internet, WiFi,

I asked room service to give me wine bottle-opener, they didn't give me, telling that they have only one bottle-opener and can not give it to me,

I all the time stay in Cityloft 161 during my business trips last 4 years, it was my last stay,

This is my third time using this hotel and I can tell you its a very clean hotel, professional staff and great value for your money, rooms are very spacious and location is nice and quiet in a clean neighborhood.

Even though it says parking is available, parking is very limited and it’s off the street. The Wi-Fi im was very weak, on and off all day and night. Breakfast is 200 TL. Other than that the hotel is clean and has a big kitchen area with microwave, fridge and sofa. So it’s good if you staying longer and bringing in food. The only thing, I didn’t like about the room, the bed is to low to the ground, the small toilet area and the TV facing away from bed and into the living room.

Katlarda sigara kokusu vardı büyük ihtimalle odalarda içiliyor ve koltuğun üzerinde sigaradan dolayı yırtık vardı. Nevresimlerde leke vardı. Belki nervesimi değiştiren kişinindir bilmiyorum ama malesef girer girmez yatakta bir saç vardı, çarşaflar ya ütülü değildi ya da yatak ortaya doğru çok çökük olduğu için kırışık duruyordu. Yatakta saç var diyince sağ olsunlar gelip yeniden nevresim taktılar.
Bunun dışında telefonda kahvaltıyı ayrıca satın alıyorum bunun yerine sahur var mı dediğimiz tabi dediler ama gelen kahvaltıyla sahur içeriği farklıymış ama ücreti aynı oldu ve malesef gelen peynir kokuyordu. Sabah saati olduğu için sıcaklar çıkmıyor dediler. eğer sahur varsa sıcaklarda çalışacak vardiyalı bir arkadaşın olması lazım ya sa telefonda bana sahur yok deseydiniz ben de ona göre başka bir plan yapabilirdim.
Odamız biraz küçüktü ama fiyatına göre çok kullanışlıydı, çarşaf konusunda oldukça temizdi aslında ama bir kere tiksinince malesef öyle devam etti manzarası güzeldi. çalışanlar da genel olarak yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı daha güler yüzlü olabililerdi belki yine de iyilerdi

Bize ilk verilen odaya gittik oda gerçekten çok kötü kokuyordu. Yani hem duman hem idrar hem alkol karmaşık bir koku vardı odada ve tüm mobilyalar çok deformasyona uğramıştı

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara da satış esnasında sunduğunuz kaliteyi keşke buraya ulaştığımızda da deneyimle bilseydik gerçekten hayal kırıklığı olduğunu belirttik
Tabii ki de onlar herhangi bir şey yapamadı
Ancak ikinci gün geçtiğimiz otel bizi biraz daha memnun etti

Otele girdiğim gece bana verilen odada havlu yoktu ve temizlik yetersizdi. Gece çok rüzgar vardı ve tavan penceresinden soğuk hava geliyordu. Klimayı açtım çalışmadı. Petekler zaten keza bozuktu sabaha kadar üşüdüm. Sabaha dışarı çıkarken sorunların yazılı olduğu bir kâğıt verdim. Akşam döndüğümde saat 22 ye kadar hiç bir şey yapmadıklarını söylediler kâğıdı kaybetmişler. Odayı değiştirdiler ve daha düşük standartta odaya aldılar. Aynı problemleri yine yaşadım klima petekler vs. Yine değiştirdiler bu sefer lavabonun bataryası suyu açarken havaya kalktı ve aynı ısınma sorunları. Sabah müdür ile görüştüm beni bir üst klasman odaya aldı sağolsun kalan günlerimde rahat ettim fakat manzarası için gitmiş olduğum tatilim tam bir fiyasko oldu çünkü iyi olan oda lobby katındaydı… koltuklarda sigara yanıkları yastığın biri ince diğeri kalın gerçekten çok kötü. Manzarası için gitmeyi düşünmeyin bile. Tekrardan konaklamayı düşünmediğim ve asla önermeyeceğim bir otel. 2 yıldız vermemin tek sebebi ise müdür beyin yapıcı tavrı ve yardımcı olmaya çalışması oldu.

Cumartesi girişli bugün çıkışlı city loft 161 de konakladık ve sürekli müşterisiyiz fakat bu sefer hijyen eksikliği bariz belliydi. Normalde de aşırı hijyenik temiz bir yer değil ama konumundan dolayı tercih etmek durumunda kalıyordum. Fakat kullanılmış kondom çöpü buldum yatağın kenarında her yer saç ve kokuyor özellikle koltuklar. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum

Ama bölgede çok fazla inşaat var. Bu nedenle balkon kapısı açık uyudugunuzda(havasızlık var biraz) çok fazla inşaat sesi geliyor. Otel çalışanları çok saygılı ve düzgünlerdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.
