Booked this hotel, unaware that our 4 nights were during Eid al Adha so we were a little concerned about having to spend more time than we planned in a hotel. We should not have worried as, not only were the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, all hotel facilities were great too. We were able to take advantage of generous holiday discounts at the spa and enjoyed amazing treatments and massages. Food was delicious and it was wonderful to relax and eat by the pool. Staff could not have been more helpful and they ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay, arranging our transfers and generally being very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The Hotel was clean and welcoming the only problem was that the air con was broken regardless of the temperature set it blew out hot air meaning the room was 25 degrees, unfortunately this was not mentioned at check in only when I called down to reception did they say to turn it off and open a window. Apart from that a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel with special mention for Ahmet who is exceptional. Our flight were early and we reached the hotel at 9.00. Without asking for any possibility of an early checkout, Ahmet made us feel very easy and to our surprise gave us our cards to the room.

Business hotel in the Kartal-Maltepe-SG Airport close to freeway and Metro with restaurants within walkable distance. Very safe and nice neighborhood. You can reach the seafront in 15 min (car) and the Prince's Islands (30 min ferry) or the Bosphorus in 1/2 hour (Metro)
Of course, if you visit Istanbul for the first time, this is not the place to be due to location but a nice hotel overall for business with parking and 24 hrs room service and late night cafe close by.

Hard to beat for the price!

We stayed here due to it's proximity to SAW Airport (the smaller of the two main Istanbul airports). Although it's not as close as I believed it to be - traffic can be bad (even at 6 in the morning), and the lines at the airport are often very long (just to enter the airport itself) - so plan accordingly. Hotel was very nice (and cheap). Didn't make use of the pool or breakfast because we were only there for about 6 hours. Two staff members were on duty - and check-in was pretty smooth.

This is my usual go to hotel in Istanbul as it offers large rooms, and great spa services.
However on this stay during the winter season, they turn on central heating in the whole hotel at 25C and you cannot switch it off in your room, which made the stay uncomfortable and couldn't sleep during the night even with the window open. I do no recommend this hotel during the winter season, unless you don't mind the heat

No the best night sleep

Only one night on business trip. Arriving too late too tired to complain at reception.

One of the questions during check-in, “Smoking or non smoking ?” absolutely pointless as the room stank to cigarette. Water poodle on the floor, small holes in the bedding... not a great welcome.

Also location of your room is key. The room I was given face a beautiful Mosque at the back unfortunately calling for morning prays will wake you up at sunrise. The windows are not sound proof.

Great location & Superb Service

This is our 2nd stay at the same hotel, and I would go nowhere else next time. First stay, they have allowed us to check-in as early as 9am and their wifi was great. They also offer shuttle to the nearest airport (SAW). Second stay, we have been upgraded to a suit with no extra cost, it just made our day. They didn't make a big thing out of it, just spontaneously the gentleman at the reception put us in a dream room! The staff are extremely helpful, they offer help with anything (advice, directions, luggage) and they are not like the usual type who expects tip! Genuinely helpful.

Good facilities, Handy for the airport

With an early flight and Sabina Gocken an unknown quantity,we decided to stay close to the airport for a night. Check-in was efficient and friendly and room (double+roll-away) just what we had asked for. Whilst designated as non-smoking, though, it had clearly accommodated smokers in the past, with a strong residual whiff in the air. O.K. for one night or I would have asked to move. Air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit and it was not a hot day by local standards. Nice shower. Snack lunch in lobby floor restaurant was bland but reasonable value for this sort of place. Afternoon by the pool pleasant and fairly quiet (the highway noise is omnipresent but unobtrusive) although they enforce the requirement to wear a blue rubber smurf hat if you want a dip. Highlight was dinner on the roof-top restaurant's terrace. Above average food at average price with a good view across to the Princes Islands.The commercial/industrial nature of the area means you'll see nothing in the way of historic landmarks but there's plenty to watch. Prompt efficient check-out at 6.30 a.m. and taxi arrived 2 minutes after it was summoned.Not a destination in itself but convenient enough that I'd use it again.

The Hotel is brand new and of very high standards. Rooms are modern and large and the Hotel has all the needed facilities. 10 minute walk from the metro and 20 minute in a taxi to the airport (SG). Takes around 50 - 60 minutes on public transport into the old city, which is acceptable considering how large Istanbul is.

Sorry for the Hotel

At the \"Reservation Details\" was mentioned \"breakfast buffet\", through the Hotels.com web page, due to the hotel stuff misunderstanding they told me that I have not that right. The people at the reception realized their mistake the next day, after the breakfast has finished, too late. That caused me and my family not having breakfast for three persons which costs about 60 USD. Also I had to find some other place for breakfast after my check out.

Additionally, is out of any mind for a 5 star hotel to limit the amenities for it's clients due to several wedding celebrations all week-end long.

Though, the swimming pool was not available after 3 p.m., the roof bar restaurant was engaged for another wedding and the worst thing was that you couldn't sleep because of the too much noise from the live music in the pool and in the garden until 00:30 in the morning, even with closed windows.

Since the hotel decide to host such events, the administration ought not have other clients at the same time.

How about someone who has to sleep early (10:00, 11:00 p.m.), in order to catch his early morning plane or trip? Or a businessman coming back from a conference or whatever and has to take some rest, or to enjoy a drink/dinner at the roof restaurant?
Then, they should change the name of the hotel from \"Titanic Business Hotel\" to \"Titanic WEDDING Hotel\"
It's a pity because it's an excellent hotel with nice an clean rooms and outstanding services and premises.

The room and overall hotel facilities were fantastic. Everything is very new, clean, and well planned out. There is a nice pool, the best workout facilities I've seen in Istanbul, and even a squash court. The staff was very professional and gave great service.

The only critique I'd give is that the night we stayed (a Saturday night) there was a wedding around the pool so the pool was closed to other guests starting at 4pm.

We'd also advise that guests try the dinner buffet downstairs over the restaurant on the roof, unless you just want the atmosphere, which is very nice there. We thought that the food upstairs was okay but not really a good value compared to the price. We didn't get a chance to eat dinner at the downstairs buffet but the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Hotel is mostly used for conferences and people visiting nearby companies. I have stayed here many times for the last 6 months for work. Perfectly good hotel, up to normal international standards. Not much around the hotel, and its nowhere near the tourist areas. Only real complaint is that the rooms are often much too hot, and the choice on the room service menu is limited.

Terribly expensive for the surrounding area. Limited English Language skills by staff members. Staff does not make it easy to use any of the ammenities. Absolutely NOTHING in the surrounding area to see or do. You are not allowed to bring any food or drink what so ever --for any reason-- into the hotel. Going price of a single beer = $12 USD. Food is fine, which is good because there is NOTHING in the area to walk to or choose from.

Hotel ist super, obwohl es schon etwas älter ist. Personal ist sehr nett.

Aber, es gibt auch Negatives...! Es gibt z.B. keine Parkplätze, man muss schauen, wie man sein Auto parkt. Die ständigen Hochzeiten dort sind nervig. Dann gibt es null Parkplätze und es ist sehr laut. Es wird lange gefeiert.

Die Location des Hotels ist echt nicht gut, aber für einen kurzen Halt auf der Durchreise absolut ausreichend.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Titanic Kartal. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Der Service insgesamt wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert.

Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Es war deutlich sichtbar nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Im Badezimmer fand ich Haare vom vorherigen Gast, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Bettwäsche hatte auffällige Flecken, was das Schlafgefühl alles andere als angenehm machte.

Für ein Hotel, das sich selbst im Business-Segment ansiedelt, erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Sauberkeit, Professionalität und Kundenorientierung. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

konaklama genel anlamda çok iyiydi fakat konakladığımız 2+2 total dört günde hemen hemen her akşam odaya yemek söyledik ve sabahları da kahvaltı söyledik tabii tepsi ile geliyor ya da tekerlekli masayla geliyor sonra biz yemeği yiyoruz sonra kapının önüne bırakıyoruz haliyle kapının önünden alınmıyor, yani kat servisi sıfır, öğlen bir gibi bırakıp gidiyoruz akşam 11:12’de bir geliyoruz tepsiler işte masalar kapının önünde duruyor sabah kahvaltıda yedigimiz omlet kalıntılar kokmuş arıyoruz resepsiyona rica ediyoruz ya da oda servisini arıyoruz rica ediyoruz aldırıyoruz atıyorum iki tane tepsi varsa biri alınmış diğeri kalmış. Bu konuda çok zayıflar. Odada mini bar ışıklı bir camlı bir buzdolabı: normalde içinde gömülüyor olduğu dolap ahşap dolap kapağı olmalı ama yok kırılmış muhtemelen ve odayı devamlı ışık altında tutuyor geceleri önüne yastıkla kapatmak zorunda kaldık her gece aman ışıktan dolayı uykumuz kaçmasın diye. İlk gün klima çalışmıyordu ya ben çalıştığını zannediyordum ama oda sıcaklığı 25°’nin altına düşmüyordu, ikinci günü rica ettim gelip yaptılar.
Temizlik konusunda çok iyiler ve çok yardımcılar ama olanaklar konusu biraz sorunluydu. Gürültü yoktu sakin bir otel. Havuz temiz fakat 3. gün havuza girdiğimizde havuza kıyafetle giyilen bir misafir oldu bence uyarılmalıdır ya da müsaade edilmemeliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili en azından yüz yüze geldiğiniz zaman. Yemekler çok lezzetli. İçecekler oldukça pahalı özellikle alkol kalite ve fiyat açısından/sevilen şarap..

Otelin odaları oldukça geniş ve ferah, konum olarak da gayet güzel bir noktada. Karşılama ve resepsiyon hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Ancak bazı noktaların geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Oda temizliği konusunda biraz daha özenli olunmalı; özellikle buzdolabının içi yeterince temiz değildi.

Ayrıca resepsiyon tarafından önerilen Murat Alçınkaya Kuaför ne yazık ki tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otel misafiri olduğumuz için %25 indirim yapılacağı belirtilmişti ancak indirim uygulanmadığı gibi, alınan hizmet de oldukça vasattı. Elbette bu otelin doğrudan sorumluluğunda değil, fakat misafirlere böyle bir yerin tavsiye edilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Benzer şikayetleri başka misafirlerden de duyduk, bu nedenle gelecekte başka konukların mağdur olmaması adına bu önerinin gözden geçirilmesi faydalı olabilir.

Daha önce farklı Titanic otellerinde de konaklama deneyimim oldu. Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi başarılı olsa da bu tesiste mutfak lezzetlerinin geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Yine de genel anlamda keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, ufak dokunuşlarla çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunulabileceğine inanıyorum.
