Very disorganized. The property is in the middle of nowhere. There’s a huge mall but nothing else to see or do. The reservations staff is very confused. He kept calling me about my reservation only to figure out that they had all the information. They called me about 6 to 8 times. Also people into the room all the time. Even if you put the do not disturb sign on, they still disturb you. I would never stay in this property again.

I had to make three different reservations. I’m attending an event that included two nights accommodation, but I arrived one night before and staying two nights. After when I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all three reservations. Eventually I was able to, but they were so disorganized they couldn’t figure it out for the longest time. They called me at least six times telling me I had to check out of my room. Very disorganized staff despite me having all of the information about the reservations I was very disappointed with the reception staff

The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom smelled like sewage, we only stayed for one night, but it looked like that room wasn't used a lot because of the bad smell as soon as we got the water running. It was the only bad thing about our stay, the rest was nice and the staff were very friendly

Stayed overnight as a stopover as we were driving south the next day. We book a club room with lounge access for snacks and light refreshments. But we arrived just after 20:00 and the lounge was already closed. So the receptionist very kindly organise free meals to be sent to our room. The air conditioning was not work, so an engineer was called at 22:30 and promptly came to fix it.

Very nice and high standards. Breakfast is great and you will have access to top gym and health club.
Wi-fi is not that good, but that is what I found everywhere in Turkey. Location is far from Europ side and tourist attractions. There is good shopping mall attached to the hotel if you fancy designer clothes.

The TV Wasn’t working. I asked the receptionist to repair but she answered that the batteries of the remote are dead. I asked for new batteries but she said that she run out tonight. I asked for a replacement and she asked to go down and get it. She couldn’t send it up to the room. This is not professional.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is near Sabiha airport, and because of that i choose it.
The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast wasn't as i expected. The price for that area is very exipenssive, so i think that the next time i will go to other hotel. If you need shoping , there is a big mall near the hotel.

The check inn was great. Ayesha she was very helpful and she provided the room needed. The room service was great variety of choices from the menu. Prices very good.

The bellboy Service is very BAD. Waited over 1 hour for the bellboy. They were not in hurry to let us out of the room.

sympathy and condolences for my self to stay in this hotel where the reception staff very impolite and ignorance and where the rooms and bathrooms are dirty (i have pictures). and when i told them about it they said that rooms already been cleaned insted of sending some body to check it up.
i have booked 4 room, and got three of them two hours after my arrival and the reception guy wanted me to pay for the forth room until i showed him my reservation where it says its paid.

every thing was bad except the location. i wish another hotel brand take over this hotel to make it as one of the best in istanbul.

by the way im a SPG platinum member, but unfortunately i booked in this hotel because of its location near SAW airport and near the mall and the playgrounds for the kids. ITS IS A MISTAKE AND NEVER DO IT AGAIN IN ANY CROWNE PLAZA AROUND THE WORLD

Very clean rooms and facilities. Perfect location in the middle of a Mega shopping plaza, everything you need is a few steps away.. you could literally spend a full week without having to leave the premises.

Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful.

This hotel is great if you need to experience the Viaport Outlet Mall and the surrounding area. Its only a 7 minutes drive to Sabiha Gokhan's Airport which is a great thing due to high traffic that you may experience in Istanbul!

This hotel is a short taxi ride from SAW airport. It has a corridor access to a large shopping center with various restraunts and cafes. It is a perfect overnight stay from the airport. However if you are visiting istanbul this is a wrong choice as it is very far from all the attractions the city offers. It has great friendly staff, superior accommodations and everything a five star hotel offers along with excellent breakfast buffet including an omelet bar.
