Awfull, waste of money, we all got ill after the s

We arrived at the hotel after 10 hours drive, paid £50 for food because we was hungry, we was told it will take 30 min, food arrived too late over an hour late, it was cold and some of the order was missing so we have to wait for another hour. We wish we was not eating that food we all got food poison, my little one didn't ate so he was fine.
On the booking it say air conditioning available but only in the living room area we had 2 bedrooms none of the rooms had air-conditioning, it was too hot to sleep as outside temperature was over 35 at night. Avoid, not worth the money.

The hotel is close to SAW Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. Its 5 minutes in a taxi, not walking distance. It is NOT close to IST Airport (the other Istanbul airport on the European side). It is easy to get Uber here, there are bus stops near the hotel. It is located in working class suburb. There are plenty of shops, restaurants on the street. Further down is a big shopping mall with clothes stores, fashion stuff etc.

The hotel is fairly basic. No business centre, gym, pool. There is a front desk and breakfast area. Reception was helpful & efficient. English is spoken. Breakfast is cold buffet with tea and juice. There is free Wi-Fi, I found this good for work use.

I had an apartment which was spacious and comfortable with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with single beds a single bed in the living room area. There is a kitchenette but no cooking equipment (nor crockery, cutlery) I borrowed cutlery from breakfast to eat in my room! There is a kettle. There is a shower room - no bath. Bathroom sundries are provided.

The bed is comfortable, the mattress firm, linen and towels were clean & fresh every day. The room was quiet, I slept well. Some reviews said the air conditioning being a problem. I stayed 7 days in March 2023 - the air conditioning worked fine. The room was serviced daily and kept clean.

This is a value priced hotel which offers a good service and a good standard of “no-frills” accommodation. I will happily stay at this hotel again

Nice little place at very affordable rate. Only stayed 1 night because my flight was rescheduled. The room was huge compared to other more expensive places i have stayed. They man working the front desk when i arrived gave 5 star service! He went above and beyond to try to get me a new PCR test, even later at night. And helped me order food.. I wish the customer service at the airlines was half of what this gentleman's was..

Hotel is ok but the there was no one to help to take our luggage and the entrance is very far from the main road cz we were having 4 luggages and when i asked about the trolley there was no trolley in the hotel very strange that they didn’t have trolley in the hotel to carry luggage..Hotel is okey rooms was ok not very Good not very bad it was fine we just stay for 5 hours cz we were having layover and it is just 5 min far from sabiha airport.

Disgusting roach hotel. It looked like it was a hotel people would bring women to for a good time and leave. The room was dirty and smelled. The walls were not sound proof. We could hear everything the couples were doing all night and it was very disturbing. This place is definitely not a hotel you can stay with your family. I can honestly say this was the dirtiest, unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed in.

We are very happy :) with our stay in Airport Residence Hotel. We made the booking an hour before our arrival. Nevertheless our check-in was smooth and simple. The night time receptionist, as well as the morning offered to us a great customer service experience. The 1 room/apartment was very clean. There is air conditioning, fridge and stove. The views are nice. It is hard to realize is an 8th floor. Our reservation included breakfast, that we had in our room. The hotel is very near the airport ( a short ride by taxi, approx 16 to 20 Turkish lira, 2.5 Euros).
The location is great, near a beautiful mosque. There are a few stores around including Migros, Happy, Bin as well as chemist, burger king , domino pizza etc. The hospital is not far and there are buses at the front door.
One more thing to say is that we enjoyed of a nice privacy a!though the staff was always ready to help. In two words thank you TUNCAY and BULUT, for making our stay a wonderful experience! :) :) :)

I was at this hotel during a quick stopover. Hotel was exactly what I needed. Good shower, free Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The gentleman at reception was really very helpful. Distance to airport is excellent and cost of a taxi is roughly 15 Lira in each direction.

Terrible experience. The breakfast has no diversity and has very low quality. The reception is not responsible at all. The internet was not connected most of the time and we should call reception three to four times to make it work. The bathroom was so uncomfortable and dirty. The toilet door was broken. The bathroom ceiling leaked water!! We were four people in the room but they provided two towels and glasses and toilettes, and we had to call them every time for more towels. The electric kettle was also broken.

I liked the price and the close proximity to the airport. I only had a 10 hour layover. There is a nice Shesha bar close walking distance.

Close to airport- this property is conveniently located about five minutes away from Istanbul sub Chien Airport. The property is a little rundown but the room was clean. I paid a lower rate and I got two rooms and a kitchenette. The bed was adequate but no more than adequate. Breakfast was free and quite good.

Each unit has a small kitchen and living area. It's very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but adequate. We stayed there as it was about a 10 minute drive from the SAW airport. The staff was VERY helpful and fluent in English. Plenty of hot water on a cold day. Rooms were warm too. Only problem was getting Wifi in the bedroom as inconsistent, but no problem in the living area. We'd stay there again.

The hotel is close to the airport, it's almost a 5 minutes drive. The rooms are actually apartments on their own, they are spacious and they consist of a kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Finally, the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. It's a comfortable place to stay for the night if you have a flight the other day.

The address wasnt familiar to the taxi driver so he had to call the hotel, later when we arrived we found the reciptionist outside waiting for us, this was so kind of him! He gentley guided us to our room and informed us about all the important information that we need and the next day he ordered a taxi to help me and also gave us aome tips for touristic places. I would recommended it for a short stay beside the airport.

Very resonably priced hotel close to airport

This was all we required for an overnight stay as 5 mins taxi drive to airport. Staff went out of there way to make us comfortable and provided great tips with orfering food in for our meals. We received an up grade of room which was ideal for our needs to repack at the end of a long trip. Breakfast was included free and provided early before we left for airport.
Close to restuaraunts and groceries store.

Good hotel for the airport.

This hotel was a short taxi ride to the smaller airport on the other side of Istanbul. The room was clean and the staff were fantastic. My big complaint was the AC. The location is a bit hard to find (which was not an issue to me) but the AC was not strong enough to come close to cooling the room in June. We had to open the windows. That helped cool us off but then the street noise kept us awake. If the AC was good I could easily give this hotel 4 stars.

Ils ont mis des serviettes pour deux personnes dans une chambre prévue pour quatre. Quand j'ai appelé, ils ont dit qu'ils allaient les apporter, mais personne n'est venu. The Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At – Not Even Worth One Euro

This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free – in fact, I’d rather sleep on the street than spend another minute in this disgusting place.

The entire hotel is filthy beyond belief. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there’s an unbearable smell lingering everywhere. You literally feel gross just being there.

It’s also incredibly noisy – walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Don’t expect to get any sleep.

Absolutely nothing about this place is worth even one euro. It’s a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs.

This hotel should be shut down for health and safety reasons.

Uçuşlarımız arasında aile ile konaklamak için tercih ettik. Genel anlamda oda temizdi, bazı çarşaflarda lekeler vardı. Odalar çok bakımlı değil. Fakat kısa süreli konaklama için uygun. Otelden ayrılırken merdivenleri kullanmak istedik. Yangın merdiveninden inerken merdivenin eski eşyaları koymak için bir alan olarak kullanıldığını gördük. Yani acil bir durum olduğunda yaygın merdiveninden tahliye mümkün değil.
