Great suites for solo traveller or a couple. Far enough away from the party areas that it's quiet but a quick ride or a 25 minute walk to where the action is. 7-11's are close by (aren't they always on Thailand!). Comfortable beds, clean room with daily servicing. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was ok overall. The parking situation was a bit confusing, and the first front desk staff member we spoke with wasn’t very friendly during check-in, possibly due to some difficulty finding our second booking. The walls are thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from our neighbors, including construction starting around 6 a.m., which made it hard to sleep. The hotel is a bit farther from the beach, but we didn’t mind since the area was less busy with traffic. Also worth noting: the room is checked before checkout is confirmed.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights during late November and early December. The weather was excellent, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive, and I would like to share a detailed review to help future guests.

Room & Housekeeping
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team is outstanding; they consistently keep the room fresh and tidy throughout your stay.

Facilities
The gym and swimming pool are acceptable and serve their purpose, though they are not exceptional. The hotel also has a small shop, which is convenient if you need to buy essentials quickly. There is also a massage service and a salon available on-site.

Location & Accessibility
The location is decent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Transportation is very easy, as the hotel provides convenient access for getting in and out.

Food & Breakfast
The breakfast selection is good, with a variety of options to start your day.

Family-Friendly Environment
The hotel is very suitable for families and children. However, because many families stay here, it can be a little noisy at times.

Staff
The staff are excellent; friendly, attentive, and always trying their best to help with anything you need.

Renewal is for giving better services not reverse

I have been this hotel several times, but this time I got a little disappointed. After renewal, There is not any Drawer or table to put your Staffs and Luggage. Before I was putting my Medications and Test Machines and other things in drawers to be easy to access them but this time has to keep them in luggage and it was headache Also I had to put the open luggage on the floor and bend for picking up my staffs and clothes. Also washing the dishes that you used to heat foods in microwave is impossible without messing arund. I never will return.

Of the hotels I've stayed at in Thailand this is my favourite so far. Firstly, the bed is actually comfortable. The staff are very friendly. There are bowls and plates in the room with a kitchen sink. There is an appartment sized fridge.

My only complain is the bedding gives me a very mild rash that goes away very quickly in the morning. I assume the sheets are not rinsed quite as well as they should be and I am sensitive to the detergent they use. This probably won't be an issue for most people.

Other than that I am very happy with this hotel. I've stayed here almost 2 months now.

Definitely recommended.

Hotel staff was arguing with me over one towel. I requested another towel because coffee had spilled on it and the staff member showed up at my room asking to see the towel…. Are you serious? She could tell I was getting frustrated and said “please give me one towel now” and she finally gave it to me. It was 1210 and I was rushing to checkout and got 3 reminders.? Good room but bathroom was too small, they had 2 single mattres next to each other instead of a large single mattress which wasn't very comfortable. They had a good gym, nice swimming pool and a good buffet breakfast. Staff were very polite. There was a store and couple of other shops in the area that was a big help if you wanted something. the attitude of staff at the reception was terrible if you book Expedia they look down on you and want so much detail when they already have money and information and this place parking is TERRIBLE. My advice there are many options in Pattaya I would not stay again, also in rooms NO TV IN BEDROOM, would rather have in bedroom than in another room so you can not watch from bed.

The accommodation was nice . The reception staff were friendly and helpful . The place is a bit far from the beach but I often walked it although there’s a busy crossroads that you need to negotiate and it would be very hard if you were elderly . Sadly twice the cleaning staff forgot to leave me any towels so I had to go chase them . WiFi was a bit weak at times but I had data so it wasn’t a big problem

Quick cheap stay

You get what you pay for with this one.
It’s good for a quick (cheap) stop over in Pattaya.
Check in is a lengthy process, the bed is a little on the harder side, the walls/windows are very thin and in need of a serious deep clean.
If you’re looking for comfort, I’d suggest looking for something with a higher price point.
But if you just want something cheap for a long weekend, this hotel will suite just fine.

The staff at the Grass is very friendly and helpful. For the price, I think the complex is a great deal. The following are my honest observations.
The complex appears to relatively new but shows wear and tear from all the scuffs on the doors and stains on the backspash in the kitchen. As noted in previous reviews, the bed is very hard and not very comfortable(comfortable is subjective...)
If you want to take a songtaew to walking street or second road, you'll have to wait around 15 minutes as empty songtaews fly by you. I ended up using a motor bike taxi half the time.

Overall my experience was bad. The only good thing was the room had everything you would expect in an apartment - dishes, microwave, kettle, etc. Also if you are in the second building there is a lot of privacy.

The bad overwhelmed the good. Check in and check out was so slow, thin walls, they put me in the room near the elevator even though I checked in around 2pm and other rooms were ready. While the rooms have everything, they are too small for everything. I had to squeeze into the bathroom, seriously. The attitude of some of the night staff was not good.

Room wasn't cleaned until 6pm daily even though I was out by about noon. One other thing, it's in an area that isn't always easy to get back to late at night, even though it's on the tuk tuk line. Also, the bed was too firm for my American back.

I would not stay there again.

Absolut top. Dieses Hotel, besser gesagt die Angestellten hier. Einfach ein unglaublich herzlicher Empfang und das zieht sich durch bis zum Schluss. Höflich, hilfsbereit, machen tolle Arbeit. Das Zimmer war immer sauber, ordentlich, alles aufgefüllt. Und das zu einem unglaublichen Preis.
Das Essen in Buffet Form hat für jeden was passendes bereit. Alles was man will. Sowohl warm als auch kalt Speisen. Nur das Gym war sehr klein und schlecht ausgestattet aber im Urlaub sehe ich darüber hinweg. Tolles Mitarbeiter. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage. 2km von der Stadt Mitte entfernt. Perfekt.

Das einscheäcken war super das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend das Frühstück war auch gut die hatten eine sauna die im Preis inbegriffen war .das einzige das ich bemängeln muss die Sauna war nicht dem Standard nach installiert der ofen hing nur an zwei schrauben schräg runter dadurch konnten sie den ofen auch nicht mit steinen füllen so das mann beim aufggus das wasser über die Spiralen giesen musste was sehr gefärlich war .

저희는 총 8일 숙박했는데요
비행기 연착으로 저녁 늦게나 도착했어요 영어가 능숙하지 않은 절 배려도 많이 해주시고 저희 아이들을 일하시는분들이 많이 이뻐라해주셔서 아이들이 외출하고 돌아올때마다 이모 삼촌들 환대에 늘 행복해했어요 귀국날에도 여행이 끝나는 아쉬움보단 이모삼촌들을 못보는걸 다 아쉬워할정도였어요 실내는 깔끔했고 청소도 수영장도 아이들 놀기 적당하고 좋았어요 다만 구글쪽에 소음이 있다는 리뷰는 지리적 특성상 어쩔수없는듯해요! 도로쪽이고 방문기간이 신년에 걸쳐져 있어서 경찰이나 축제 소음이 있었어요 저희는 다음에도 파타야 방문시에도 여기오자고 약속했어요
