Room was good, big and bright. Bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Tried changing them but they were all the same.
Breakfast dishes were always cold, eggs cold etc. also limited choices and repetitive.
Internet was good at times but then intermittent.
Maintenance jobs meant noise around pool. Pool could have been cleaned more often.

Polite, helpful staff. Room was always cleaned and made ready for us. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices? Fruit and coffee were good. Pool towels always available. We asked for a particular room location and the reception staff did their best to accommodate us.
Only problem we encountered was that the pillows were too hard! I woke up with a sore neck and head every morning. 🙁

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the room's poor cleanliness and amenities. The early check-in fee was outrageous, charging me nearly half the nightly rate for a relatively short 5-hour early arrival. The condition of the bedding was terrible, with stained sheets, pillowcases, and blankets that gave off a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to sweat and feces. The lack of a chair for working added to my frustration. The breakfast menu is quite limited. I was denied breakfast for the day I checked in although I paid an early check-in fee. I won’t stay at this place again.

The location was really good not too far from soi bukeo and plenty of bars and nightlife but you don’t hear any noise because of the hotel location and the staff where really helpful and friendly and polite but on the downside on arrival in the room and unpacking my suitcase the only storage for clothes where shelves and when I ran my hands over the shelves they were caked in dust and the rooms are old and outdated but I still can’t accept dust it’s as if they only clean the floors plenty of hot water for showers it’s a shame because apart from the maid service it’s a good hotel

Second holiday at the Vouge. First time I stayed in King room, it was fabulous. This time I tried the mini suite, even better. Great location, close to dining, shopping and Entertainment. Breakfast has both western and eastern options. The staff here are probably the most friendly team in Pattaya. Bellman, front desk staff, housekeepers, common space cleaners, cafe severs and bartenders, breakfast buffet attendants, egg station lady, security guard in parking lot are true business professionals. Thank you Vouge for a great stay. See ya’ll again.

This is the second time I stayed at this venue and I like it.
However, I had two experiences with no hot water for the shower, but within 5 to 10 minutes, somebody was in the room and restored the hot water within 10 15 minutes
Could’ve done with a new kettle, although it was nice and clean, but it didn’t make contact with the base very well to boil the water.
I never mentioned it to them. It was just my challenge to get the kettle to working.

The custom is good and the bed is hard

An excellent stay here. Large very clean room. 2 pools. There is a 3rd pool, but its been closed a long time for maintenance. The staff make the hotel. So friendly. Superb training. Always a welcome smile. So helpful. Would definately stay again. Quiet rooms, very little noise. Hotel sits back from the main street, so very quiet. 1 minute walk are you have all the bars etc.

This is my second time staying in Vogue this year. As always, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient/busy area, but yet the room is very quiet. I hardly hearing any noise from the street. Definitely recommend this hotel. Will for sure stay in this hotel next time I come to Pattaya

Excellent budget accommodation. Hotel offers everything you need. Room service and restaurant from 11am to 9pm.breakfast buffet. Clean and well sized rooms. Walkable to food and entertainment. 7/11 5 minutes walk. The staff here are amazing. Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here again. Great location. Nice bathroom, obviously just been updated. Water flow ok bit not great. Rainfall shower head needed cleaning. Room decor and furniture could be better and many shelves have dangerous sharp edges. Big fridge in room (junior suite) and big balcony. 2 chairs but no table!
Room cleaning service faultless and lovely friendly reception staff. This hotel is my current favourite. Location is just off the beaten track so noise from local bars and clubs is not an issue.
