Very clean modern room layout, friendly staff members and AC was nice a cold after a hot day of walking.

Location is prime if you want to be close to Tree Town area and Soi Buakhao road. The shuttle service to Central Pattaya is awesome. Laundry services and massage areas are very conveniently close.

Breakfast is good. Don't make that mistake like me and missing that the egg and bacon goodies are on the outside of the area.

I've stayed in multiple hotels and I must say this one is a must.

If you like peace and quiet when you sleep, this may not be the best choice. At night you will hear music and the bass. At the morning, if your room is the OPPOSITE side of the pool than you will hear non-stop of roasters crying. I don’t mean just an hour of each day but for HOURS each day. If there is sunlight it will cry forever. On the last day, for some reason it started crying at 3:30 AM. It was pitch black and yet it cried all night until I checked out at 12pm. However the room was big and clean, staff was wonderful. If it wasn’t for the roaster crying everyday it would be an easy 5. The hotel and the property was clean and well maintained just outside the hotel is a different story.

This is a great hotel in my opinion. The staff here is AMAZING. The rooms are clean and quiet. This hotel has one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, that was a big plus for me. Close to everything you might need. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Located in a very walkable area. Higly recomend this place

Location in the center of action but my room was quiet. No loud bars disturbing my sleep. Nor did cleaning staff disturb me. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were good quality. I felt very much at home. This was my fourth time staying at Hotel Amber and I plan to return.

Close to everything. No complaints on the hotel other than the whole time I was there the pool was being renovated and we were not given that detail ahead of our arrival, had I known in advance would have definitely chosen an alternate hotel.

Hotel amber is a good hotel. But don't buy the insurance hotel.com they are rude and don't try to help you if you have a problem. Only try to find a way to avoid covering your claim.

ver the years, I’ve been lucky to have stayed hundreds of nights at some amazing hotels in North America, Asia, Caribbean etc.

While Hotel Amber does not categorize itself as a 5-Star hotel, it TRULY IS!

This absolutely is a top tier resort. Breakfast is fabulous as is the swimming pool area. The rooms are large and quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

What makes it even more luxurious is the integrity and care of every single member working within the property.

Everyone including the front desk personnel, dining room, pool area and house keeping staff are not only exceptional at their jobs, but EVERYONE is so kind and patient.

In addition, the room rate is so low in comparison to others in the city, Hotel Amber is an absolute ‘hidden’ gem!

Note: it’s incredibly quiet and safe especially when considering that within a short 45 second walk out of the front of the hotel you’re in the midst of Soi Buakhao.

I will miss Hotel Amber and all of the wonderful people there

I truly appreciate the centrality of this location, as it's conveniently close to everything. The street boasts exceptional dining and delightful coffee options. The hotel also offers in-house massages, a fantastic addition after a long flight. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the attention to detail from the front desk to the cleaning team exceeds all expectations. This hotel feels like a home away from home; secure, comfortable, and welcoming.

Undergone a tasteful refit and looks pretty tidy throughout.

Some younger guest's were just too gobby and noisy. Did not like the smell of cannabis in the evenings so checked out earlier than expected...

This is a great hotel, stayed there a few times now. Normally no problems but unfortunately this time the internet access was quite flaky as was the television service. Also there were a lot less tv channels available this time around. Neither is a massive issue, but seemed unfixable.

This a very good hotel. Clean, modern, great breakfast buffet. However it is spoiled as it allows smoking in the pool area. Very difficult to not have smoke being blown all over you. Such a shame because otherwise is a top hotel.

Noisy neighbours

The hotel was excellent in all ways but one. My room was located on the south side of the property, every night there was loud music from some bars on Soi Bukhao, from 9pm until 3am. My sleep was interrupted every night. Do not hesitate to stay at the hotel but try to get a room on the north side, facing towards Chon Buri and Bangkok.

I recently stayed at Hotel Amber Pattaya, and I must say, it was far beyond what I expected! From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the modern and stylish ambiance of the hotel.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially loved the balcony, which provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring Pattaya.

One of the highlights was the beautiful pool area—a serene oasis in the heart of the city. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a refreshing swim, it was the perfect way to relax. The on-site fitness center was also a great addition for those who like to stay active during their travels.

The location is fantastic—close to shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Getting around was easy, and the hotel’s convenient location made exploring Pattaya effortless.

Overall, Hotel Amber exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, modern amenities, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for travelers. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Pattaya!

Super dejligt hotel. Super rent og pænt med fine faciliteter. Personalet er intet mindre end fuldstændig fantastiske (især personalet omkring poolbaren) Man føler sig virkelig velkommen og værdsat under opholdet.
Eneste lilleissue er, at der er begrænset med liggestole ved poolen og at solen ved poolen ikke fremme så længe i løbet af dagen, men det er jo ikke rigtig noget hotellet kan gøre noget ved.. Vil til enhver tid anbefale Hotel Amber til de som ønsker et højt serviceniveau og en god central placering i forholdsvis rolige omgivelser.
