It was clean, cozy and modern. The staff top to bottom were exceptional. They would fold my clothes that i tossed from the night before when they made up the room. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. You share a parking lot with Honeys so it’s easy to tell drivers where to take you. I will definitely stay here again. top notch top to bottom. Great location to the night bazaar 3 minutes but just far enough it’s peaceful.

I had an okay stay at Acqua Hotel. This hotel has an excellent, almost unbeatable location for solo travelers focused on the Pattaya nightlife. It's literally a one-minute walk (via a side alley) to Tree Town, a minute to a 7-Eleven and laundry spots, a 5-minute walk to Central Pattaya Mall, and just a short walk to Beach Road.
Highlights: The hotel boasts a great gym, pool, sauna, and rooftop bar. The water pressure and shower heads were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent on the first day.
Things to Note: I stayed in Building 2, which overlooked Tree Town. While this is convenient, the noise from the nightlife is extreme and lasts until 4 AM. The room felt very small—the King bed took up most of the space, leading to a couple of bumped shins! The balcony is tiny, barely fitting one person, which was difficult as a smoker traveling with a guest. The bathroom had a slight smell from the water when first turned on (though it quickly cleared up), and the shower door leaked onto the floor. Also, on the second morning, the breakfast food was cold despite arriving only an hour after the buffet opened.
Verdict: A great choice for solo travelers looking to be in the center of the action and who don't mind the late-night noise. Families or those who prioritize a quiet, spacious room should look elsewhere.

We had standard room that was a little small, although it had a balcony which was a nice surprise. Our room was faced into inner yard so there was no views but I believe it was quieter of the street noises then the rooms facing the front. The walls are like paper so you could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms but fortunately people kept pretty quiet at nights. Room was clean, the air con worked well and went to cold fast after entering. The room had small fridge, tea kettle, safe and hair dryer. The toilet worked well and shower pressure was really good. Also had hot water. Pool area had about 25 sun beds and the pool was clean and nice size. There weren't too many people in it during the day so you could easily find a free spot. But FYI the sun doesn't shine into the pool area after 4pm. The pool bar had drinks for 200baht and beer 90baht. Sauna was small and little outdated but warm enough for a Finnish sauna experience. Breakfast had variables of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastry, juices, coffees, cereal, toast. The warm buffet had sausages and 5-7 different Thai foods that changed almost daily. Also there was an egg station where you could order eggs as you prefer. All the staff that we encountered were super friendly and polite. The location is very good - it's near the beach, Central shopping centre, market areas and all the nightlife. I'd say walking distance to everything. Nearest 7eleven behind the left corner on the opposite street to the hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. Gym wasn't the best. The sauna was lovely but had some broken floor boards and I could've got hurt. The are is great and everything was walking distance. There was a scooter taxi right outside too. The room was lovely except the light in the bathroom was very dim. Needs more brightness to see what you need to see. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Did lost a key and was charged 300bht for the card. I stayed 9 days and they sent me a plate of fruit as a thank you which was nice. Might stay here again, although, superior room wasn't really superior but average. Also, wardrobe door wouldn't shut.

Aqcua hotel for 4 nights in Pattaya was great. Location is perfect if your looking for action, lots of bars, restaurants,massage parlors, and shopping areas within a 10 min walk. Roof top pool was great when you want to relax. Staff were all very friendly, and kept good security if you have friends over. Breakfast buffet was good as well.

Located right in the middle of the action! Great breakfast buffet. You could find a better price for breakfast nearby, but the breakfast at the hotel is more of a luxury experience with attendants ready to serve, omelets made to order, and a variety of fine breakfast options. Overall price is excellent for it’s location. The pool facade looked in need of repair, but I enjoyed swimming in it anyway.

The staff here are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and they are all willing to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
For wheelchair users, access to the hotel is up a fairly steep sequence of ramps, but there’s nearly always someone on hand willing to assist. Other than that, it’s a comfortable hotel and for me, it’s the staff that make this place so welcoming and accommodating. This is my second stay, and once again wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. If I come back to Pattaya, this would be my first choice of hotel. Thank you Acqua Hotel for being so accommodating and welcoming once again!

The location is right near the night life and a short walk from the beach too. Staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are simple but comfortable and there’s a nice rooftop bar/pool area.

The staff are amazing. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the team and provided a lovely welcome drink. They took us through the check in process and escorted us to the room. The room is very comfortable, as was the bed, with a handy outside balcony. The higher the room the better the view over the city. Was aware of the noise from the nearby bars, but if you ensure the balcony door is closed it was never too loud to interrupt sleep. Location is fantastic, plenty of food and drink options available. Short walk to 2nd road and the Baht bus and a little more to Beach road. Breakfast is well worth getting up for. But it is the staff are where this hotel really excels. Highly recommend.

The place was great especially for the solo traveler! Location for solo traveler was on point! Everything you need was incredibly convenient, laundry,7/11,food, central mall, good sports bar when not in lockdown and other things. Room was small but nice, modern and masculine... The best was the staff, very helpful nice and attentive! The Ladies at the front desk were very pretty and all class. The older front desk Lady with the very pretty eyes will have a lasting impression on me because of her kindness to me and her exquisite class! I wondered if she was single lol kidding.... The place is great for having guests, very discreet... The price is decent. I wanted to stay there but my only gripe was the view outside my window of the adjoining building was pretty depressing and it was getting to me soo I had to leave... I would stay there again definitely, pending a room with a better view... Acqua is a great stay!

Good location but rooms are small. Make sure you get a room in the main building because if you are in the Annex building you will hear the noise from Tree Town till 2 AM every night. Overall the hotel is good, the staff is very nice except for the LB manager, he is not really friendly.
This was my 2nd stay here and will come back if the price is right.

Tiny tiny room. You literally cannot put more than one big suitcase. I had to stack one on top of another. The room could have been in better shape utilising the space. The cleaning service was terrible as the room was still dirty after they have “cleaned”.

The location is pretty convenient for the local attractions however the sewage smell is unbearable!

Unfortunately, a disappointing 5 nights stay. The staff were friendly though.

Great location for moving around pattaya's nightlife and everything it has to offer. I Stayed in an executive deluxe suite which was nice and the room size was adequate for my needs. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar were great.
The roof top pool was nice with a friendly atmosphere. Bar drinks were reasonably priced and bar food was quite good. I would return on my next visit, provided the executive deluxe rooms are available and at a similar rate.

There are two buildings to this property. The north and south towers. The north tower is right next to a newly erected Thai outdoor karaoke bar that does not close until 5am so beware if you are in the north tower it will loud. The south tower was fine. The rooms are very small but have everything that you need. The rooms have a weird layout as the bathroom window is connected ot the balcony and you have to close a large shade for privacy. The highlight of the property is the rooftop area which has a pool and a lounge area. The breakfast was well worth it I was impressed with that. The breakfast had a wide range of variety Thai and foreign food. Reception was above average especially Pang Pond was great in working out a small issue we had. Overall I would not recommend the hotel there are better places that have better value near by and you don't have to worry about the obnoxious noise next door.

Good neighborhood, friendly staff, good rooms. All in all, good hotel for the price and compares even good to some more luxurious hotels that I stayed at. Yes, rooms are a bit on the small side, but not that small for me. Try to get the room on higher floors with lots of ambient lights.
Shower having a view of balcony and outside is amazing and nice touch! Oh and don't forget to try the gym and pool at rooftop.

A Hidden Secret

Whether your in town to relax or to get amongst the nightlife this Hotel and its locality offers great options for all. One of the best rooftop pool setups with great views day and night with great background music being played. Awesome breakfast and staff that you cannot fault.
