i used to stay here years ago and always had good results and the location is the best however this trip the room i got needs a major upgrade/ old worn out furniture/ walls stained and need repaint/ very limited dishware with only one hot plate for the kitchen/ was not worth 100$ a night

Only negative is only 3 elevators for 27 floors and over 1000 rooms. So stay on a low floor hahaha

The unique thing about the property is that it is in central Pattaya. The things I did not like or that were not up to international standards are as follows.
1. Bathroom floor tile was loose and made noice when you stepped on it.
2. TV did not work properly, had to get someone to come and fix it.
3. Room was dirty and when the cleaners cleaned it I had to still call and have it cleaned again. The dust caused me to have sinus problems.
4. The desk was kind enough to meet me at early morning hour to checkin. However the other host were not friendly and seemed to \"be bothered\" by my request for service.
5. Filipina lady at counter was not pleasant and was quite matter of factly with customers. I would not recommend this particular property management company for this facility. I have stayed here two previous times with great service but not at this VTsix company. We had to move rooms 3 times. 1st time AC was very loud, 2nd room offered was no sea view as I paid for sea view. 3rd room was no view and I was charged 300. THB extra per day for no view!!! I would recommend Honey as the best property manager here.

Shower pressure on the hot side was pathetic. If you didn’t mind a cool or cold shower, the pressure was good. Was told they couldn’t get a plumber for over a week.

One of the insanely small elevators wasn’t working, leaving long waits for travel up/down. Very busy building and two 6-8 person elevators couldn’t keep up.

I just want to say I enjoyed great service from them once again. Jane and Notti(sp) were very nice and made sure I was happy. They got me the room I wanted from last time. I have referred my friends to stay with them on their next visit also. Great location between beach and Second road, right next to the mall and downstairs there is restaurants, massages, and laundry places. Overall a great place to stay.

I always stay at View Talay 6 when I come to pattaya. There are different companies to choose with rooms and this one is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the rooms that I actually wanted to book was sold out so once I arrived I asked if one would be available at a later date. They allowed me to switch rooms once open without hassle and really enjoyed the Royal Suit. Housekeeping cleans everyday and the room was very spacious. The Hot tub wasnt working correctly but other than that perfect room. Location is one of the best in Pattaya in my opinion and have food, shops, and massage places downstairs. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Had a overall good stay. First moving in my room i wasnt all the way pleased, but i understood rooms were highly booked. Room was ok but worn down and a few things didnt work. Went back to office after 2 days and Jane took care of me and git me a better room. I was definitely pleased with this room for the rest of my stay. The room cleaners were great also. So great customer service from Jane. She definitely turned me into a pleased customer.

The towels plus sheets, bedding were old, few utensils the furniture was stained and patio furniture was literally coming undone!

This is a great place to stay with nice sea views and a great sunset. Room was cleaned everyday at a time i specified.
Towels and bedding was clean and toiletries on arrival was a pleasant surprise .
Their reception is always there for help if required and the pool looked clean but i didnt use it.

THIS IS NOT a hotel, it is a managed condo,is HUGE 17 floors about 300+ units, can get a little congested at times and noisy on weekends because of the party goers.
First floor, there are at least 4 laundry services, 3 cafes w/ restaurants, 2 convenience stores, 2 massage sites (no soapy), 5-6 condo rental outfits that rent units in the building.
centrally located 100%, 250 steps from the beach and 120 steps from the best shopping mall in Pattaya, 150 and some across the street in the back end to soy Bhuckao(party central and beer bars)
Internet; 100%, the best i ever had IN THAILAND and I have coming here for over 15 years, had 3 devices hooked up, no problem
Pool 100%, huge pool for laps and gets sun (lots of pools do not get sun)clean and well maintained
room 100%, got a studio, roomy, kitchenette, comfortable bathroom, and HOT water instant.
Balcony 100%, roomy and had a small table that would sit 4 comfortably

Friendly and professional staff will take care of you during your stay. They keep the units in good clean condition with everything you will need for your stay. Spacious studios with spacious furnished balconies. I recommend you use this agent for View Talay 6 as I have had very bad experience with other ones.
About the property itself, it is centrally located and generally well-managed. It has a large pool and there are places to eat and salons in the building. A well-priced alternative to hotels.

View Talay 6 is well located next to Central Festival Shopping Centre with baht bus access in both directions.
Check-in was problematic with an overbooking issue that was resolved eventually.
The room was of good size and clean with the exception of the mouldy shower that I cleaned myself. The king bed was comfortable and kitchen easy to use.
Large tv was good except for a lack oif sound. This issue was not resolved despite repeated tequests to fix.
The balcony has a great sea view and was a good spot for breakfast.

I've stayed at View Talay 6 a number of times. I like it because of its proximity to Beach Roaf and CentralFestival shopping centre (right next door). If you want Walking Street you'd probably use the 10 Baht busses (pick-up trucks with benches) which are constantly on Beach Road.
Rooms are decorated differently as they're rented out by different letting agencies. They're spacious and reasonably priced.
But do be warned - for the first time ever after staying at this place over a course le of years, I really struggled to sleep because of the loud music from local bars. I was on the 20th floor. I wasn't getting to bed much before 2am but music was blasting until about 4;30-5am. I've never experienced this at View Talay6 before. Different rooms, different levels of sound insulation.

Good Hotel, Bad Room
Hotel is nice. Everything was good except my room. Furniture was old, bathroom was old and I little bugs in my rooms. No cable so no English channels at all. View was great, receptionist was great, room cleaners were great just the up keep of the room was bad. My bed was far from tv. Dumb setup. Overall I did like the hotel it's just my room was not good. I went to a friend's room who here also and his room was good. So again only disappointed with the room. Might stay again but only with a better room.

The stay here was ok. Check in was very easy and the staff very friendly. It is a perfect location to all shops, food, beach, and walking street.

The room was a little rundown. But the view was amazing! AC was excellent and there is a ceiling fan also so it was very comfortable. Except for the bed. Lumpy and thin. But the view! You can see the beach in Pattaya and from the 20th floor I could see the ocean in Jomtien as well. The room had a few dimmers and lots of lighting options. But the wifi was slow. Consistent, but very slow. Great location right next door to Central Festival. But there was no exit to Beach Road. You could only exit the building at 2nd Road. And the street is a LONG walk from your room. I'd stay there again if I didn't need wifi and wasn't looking for 5 star amenities.
