It’s a 3 star hotel at best. I wouldn’t stay there again. The location is decent, breakfast was okay. It doesn’t have night stands just a box covering the outlets on the floor. Lights off in hallways, no channel guide, charged me $3 for a plastic room key. If you want something on the cheaper end, I didn’t see bugs, if you go in porch and look left you can see water.

Stay hotel is on Soi 10 is 5 min walk to Central Festival the large shopping center and food court. It is centrally located to all the \"bar/entertainment\" districts, Soi 6, Soi Bukhao and So1 13-13/3 are all within about 1/2 mile. Surprisingly, Soi 10 was very quiet at night which I appreciated.The hotel was very clean, Ac worked great, bed was firm but comfortable, good shower. The price makes it a great value. I didn't eat in the restaurant but drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Good security with key card activating elevator. Will definitely stay again given prices I've paid visiting Pattaya in the last 20 years. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient and had an adequate understanding of English.

The staff were not very pleasant, and the city overall was disappointing. There was often an unpleasant odor in the streets, and the nightlife scene was overwhelming, with many adult entertainment establishments and escorts. Pattaya is not a family-friendly destination, as areas like Walking Street are highly explicit, with people openly promoting adult services and activities unsuitable for children.

Exceptional quality for money hotel with hotel desk staff who don’t invade your privacy or ask you questions however they are extremely helpful , roof top pool is fantastic with sun at all hours of the day , the beds are comfortable and hot water constantly runs perfectly.

It’s a nice hotel and I enjoyed staying here. The only thing I didn’t like was that the big building across the street is vacant and it looked a little scary. It’s in the crowded area of the city but this street is too quiet and there aren’t many shops and restaurants. But again, overall it’s a nice hotel.

Good hotel! Will come again. Large rooms and in quieter part of Pattaya. One small concern was after staying for 10 days I asked for a late check out and they only gave me 30 minutes extra or pay an extra half room charge for 1 hour late check out I requested. A little off putting. But I will be back. PS: cleaning crew ladies were the sweetest and very nice.

What makes this hotel stand out is the service. It is a relatively new hotel (compared to adjacent properties), and it provides good value. However, there are several (small) mistakes in their design: for example, the sink in the bathroom drains very slowly (due to the nice-looking but very small, flat drain opening), the light in the bathroom is quite dim (for shaving); the TV is too small to watch from the bed [I stayed in a suite]. Nevertheless, these small inconveniences are overcome by the staff. Whenever I have a request, the service is carried promptly and efficiently. Its location provides a quiet sleep but is convenient to many attractions; and the value is excellent. I would stay here again [ I stayed in late September 2024].

Overall, I love this hotel and would definitely stay here again if internet access via laptop is not needed.
PROS:
1. In-room secure safe deposit box;
2. Quiet area despite being located in the center of Pattaya and very close to the beach;
3. Good aircon;
4. Reliable Wifi (when connecting from phones);
5. Rooftop pool and gym;
6. Spacious room with great lighting options;
7. Balcony with table and chairs;
8. Can tap and pay using NFC contactless digital wallet payments;
9. Many powerpoints throughout the room;
10. Helpful staff; lovely housekeeping;
11. Nice modern bathroom with spacious shower and strong bidet pressure.
CONS:
1. Balcony door handle is loose and doesn't lock, which creates a security risk;
2. Many case bearing moths all around the room;
3. Staff rarely greets guests as they enter hotel;
4. Older model laptops have much difficultly staying connected to WiFi network due to network login configuration requirements. Extremely annoying and likely to prevent me from returning here;
5. Bathroom mirror/lighting not ideal for shaving/makeup.

Property is older and could use some updating. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. Friendly staff, quick check in and nice big lobby area. I stayed on the 6th floor in an apartment room. Lots of space and no issues. I would stay here again.

Our room was a 'suite' of good size and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Not so good; the room housekeeping rudely talking very loudly (shouting) to each other while cleaning the room, in a way I've never experienced before, and a minor point, the Internet could be improved. Altogether, definitely recommend.

Hotel was in a central location, beach road, 2nd road 3 min walk, tree town 5 minute walk, central 10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent, loved the Asian dishes. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and a good place to cool off. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
