Rooms need modernising, especially bathrooms. TV was not working, took 2 days to resolve.
Staff were not helpful until a stronger stance was taken, after which they were more helpful.
The breakfast buffet was limited and same everyday, I would not recommend the breakfast or take the guest for breakfast.
The roof top pool and pool bar was nice.

I had paid for two persons while booking. On 8.10.24 while my second occupant accompanied me to restaurant they refused to serve her saying that ‘she is not registered while checking in ‘ Her ID was with them since the afternoon of 7.10.24 and they could have well finished formalities and entered in the system. As a courtesy to the guest staying for a long duration, they could have served the breakfast and finished the formailities of entering the details later on. They had miserably failed in both causing me huge embarrassment. The electric kettle also takes inordinately long time to heat . Housekeeping should do vaccum cleaning on carpet but they do a simple brooming that too like an eyewash. While complaining they appeared to be angry due to their lack of English language. It was a terrible experience of stay

Overall I would try somewhere else for the money. Air con was just about blowing cool air. Rome and corridors looking tired. Shower had good pressure. Overpriced for Phuket IMO.

Great location and lovely staff. This is a nice hotel just a bit past its prime. The welcome presentation was strange. Turn in your plastic door card when you leave or face a major fine if you lose it. Be careful in the bathroom--the 2 inch down step can be painful if it's forgotten when exiting.

The staff is great. Always very helpful and friendly. Some minor issues that they did fix were a safety box that wasn’t working, the A/C unit that was functioning poorly. Both items were remedied after I brought it to their attention.

Beautiful hotel, just didn't like that you have to drop off room key when leaving hotel, and then have to pick it up when you enter back into hotel. And if you bring a guest in, they have to check in with ID at front desk and be 20 years old and up.

Online photos don’t do it justice. Yup, an old hotel, but well maintained and that’s the key. Buffet is quite okay. Something for everyone and great for this level of hotel. The standout is the pool/spa/sauna/gym area. Deep enough pool and long enough for fitness. Great shelters spa. Sufficient gym etc. Rooms spotless and well equipped. Daily room service. Superb location. Don’t overlook this gem. Inviting reception area. Staff very helpful.

Location was great for me as I wanted to see the central areas of Pattaya. Staff were generally friendly. Room was big. My only comment is that the place feels old. Everything need updating. For the same price in Bangkok I can stay at a clean new(ish) hotel.

Comfortable and Affordable

Comfortable and affordable hotel in Pattaya. Location was great and central, enjoyed Wizard brewery next door. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The staff were amazing very friendly and caring, the cleaning facilities were amazing so clean always approached with a smile every corner you turn.. everything was local didn’t use much transport, had the night market 5min walk, a factory outlet across the rd, Hilton buffet 10min walk and the central big shopping centre 5min walk also.. beach 3min walk… loved everything about the area…
The only downfall if they had the pool area extended coz it closed at 7pm😩

Brilliant - until checkout!

This hotel was brilliant, especially the wonderful staff at reception. The only challenge was at check-out (and this has nothing to do with the staff, as I expect they were simply abiding by the hotel 'rules') At the point of checkout they sent the security guard to check the state of my room (which is fine, as some people could leave costly damage & mess). He sent a picture of my towel from the bathroom, which incidentally I'd left neatly folded, so he must have unfolded it to find incriminating evidence. The photograph was a 1cm light blood stain (an accidental drip from a clumsy shaving accident), for this they charged me 280 Baht. I travel the whole world staying in hotels, and this is a first for me. For that reason alone, despite the staff being lovely, I will not be using this brand again.

Hotel is close to beach, can walk to beach in 5 minutes, easily accessible tuktuk or taxi. Many food places nearby, and very safe. Rooms are spacious and big . Extremely clean, fresh towels every day , no insects or bugs . Super clean place. Reception and concierge, and security guys very helpful. This should be 5 star hotel.

Give only one room card, but not offer the second one if you make deposit!
I said, we don't drink, they offered free beer coupon!
I said, we don't smoke, they said you can smoke on balcony.
In the evening i asked where is nearest pharmacy, they said closed now, it's already 10.
I walked out and found 3 right around the corner!!
...

The glass shelf unit in the room not well cleaned and mirrors too and so the night table...
The safe had worn out instructions to use...
All morning the phone in the hallway ringing disturbing our rest..
When coming back to the hotel the guard at the door could not greet us properly,coz he had a cigarette in his hand...

Goof hotel with friendly staff, but in need of an upgrade as getting a bit tired now. Amenities a little lacking - the gym is not great, the sauna is broken and basics like hand soap and a mini bar are no longer present. Internet is generally unreliable and you have to frequently log in as you move around the hotel, which I find quite irritating.

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was cold. Bed felt nice. The hotel provided bathroom essentials like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. 2 sets of towels were provided everyday. 2 free bottles of water as well. I liked the breakfast buffet in the morning, very reasonable at 350 baht. The hotel staff were nice and helpful people. Thanks for your hospitality.

Overall great location in Pattaya. A little loud with the nearby bars playing live rock music past midnight. I admit the music was great. If there was an improvement to be made, I suggest installing sound proof rooms. I definitely can hear my neighbors, especially at night. I am sure they can hear me too.

Last but not least, yes, outside guests are allowed.

I am definitely coming back.

This is might be my 4th stay here, as always it was pleasant, I felt safe and secure and they were very attentive to anything I needed, walking distance to beach, yet quiet as it’s location is kind of away from the loud bars. The security staff was very alert and made me feel safe at all times.

Book this if you want to experience Bad Service

The hotel staff is requesting many documents for me to proof my booking with Hotels.com which is very annoying. They do not satisfied with the proof of my ID and the confirmation code from hotels.com that showed my name and others details.

After went in to the room, the air-cond shut down after 2 minutes, and the maintenance took some times to arrived and perform the checking. After a while the technician told us we have to switch room and we are not allowed to switch on air-conxld.

My wife is pregnant, and the outdoor temperature is 38 degree Celsius, it is very hot inside the room.

I waited 10 minutes and there is no one to send us the key card for the new room, end up I need to go down to front desk to get the room key by myself.

I am very dissatisfied with their service, as 29 Aug 2020 still consider very low peak season after Covid-19 outbreak, and the staff do not perform efficiently to attend to customer problem.

I told the front desk staff to get the hotel management person to contact me, and there is no one contact me to explain and apologize for the incident.

Do not stay this hotel is there is still others hotels available at Pattaya.

Highly NOT recommended.

It was a very good hotel. The only thing that I dont like, was that there was a window between room and toilet, and that the curtain was in the room side, and not in the toilet side. It was a friendly and service minded staf, special the trainee in the poolbar, the guys at the front door and the waitres at the morning resturent.

Intimate hotel is within walkable distance to 7-11.

Certain things that you must know.

1. They will give only one keycard. You probably can request for additional.

2. There's a balcony for my room but no clothesline or anything to use to hang my wet stuff so you probably want to bring something.

3. Asked the reception about going to Pattaya Floating Market using the cheapest transportation, I mentioned baht bus because I want to learn and experience it. Reception was helpful telling me that I need to change baht bus and proceeding to Wat Chai Mongkron. But bellboy suggested taxi. It's a huge difference between 30baht and 500baht (grab). Bellboy recommended a taxi for 400. And when I was leaving to go to the bus station to go Bangkok, bellboy recommended a driver outside the hotel. And the driver quoted 1300baht. His best price was 1200 (600/person). The bus cost 119baht/person. You imagine his 600/person \"best price\"?

4. The sink that we had drained water slowly. Released the stopper but the mechanism is spoilt and does not release the stopper entirely. You get residue of your tooth brushing foam left on the sink because of that.

A nice stay again.

Had a nice stay at the Intimate Hotel. Good service and overall the hotel is in nice condition. Some noise can be heard at night but due to its location, I think it’s unavoidable. I wish the hotel was built better noise proof windows.

The pool area is very nice. Good for relaxing during the day.

Awful place! I was looking for a hotel just to sleep and this one is not even for that. It has nothing to do with the posted pictures. It is old and in terrible shape. Furniture is stained, in general looks dirty, the towels are tearing apart, etc. I would NEVER stay there again.

The good: The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very friendly and always helpful. Check in was quick as well. The room was generally ok, a little dated but the bed was big and comfy.

The not so good: The toilet shower area needs some serious cleaning up as it has mold and the glass is cloudy. Housekeeping appears to be overworked as it can take up to 4+ hrs for your room to be cleaned. I left before 10am and it was only cleaned after 2pm (when i made my second call to recep)
