Ive been to this property at least 6 different times an it has only improved each time. The connect massage spa is wonderful, there's even a small dance / music club on the other end attached. There is not a breakfast in house but plenty within a few steps away. As well as being 5mins from the beach. Definitely worth the stay!! FYI it is near the night scene but as long as your patio door is close you will have your peace.

Always a great stay!

I always come back to this hotel. It's a great place, well kept and constantly improved. The rooms are spacious and clean, with huge bed, flat screen, soaking tub and refrigerator. There is a nice swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. The WiFi is excellent and does not require browser login. The location is in the middle of literally everything. You can walk to the beach, the shops, the restaurants and the clubs, or take the bat bus if you need to go a little farther away.

While the room was quite large and very nice it was on the side of the hotel facing the bars that would blast music until 3 AM. The toilets are been replaced with low flow toilets that are such a bad design it is quite difficult to get any ...solid waste.... flushed down

Always very clean and staff courteous .

It it weren't for the noise and the toilet the room / stay would have been 5 star

If you are looking for modern interiors this is not the property for you. It’s run down but tolerable. Areca lodge was sold out so this was second best option for me. Overall I would stay again but upgrade the room.

This is a fabulous older style hotel in the middle of everything, it has big rooms and aircond and TV, as well as good kitchen and fridge. You cant get a better location, easy walk to all, and great value for money, my only slight problem was thinking superior was higher than deluxe, superior does not have a separate shower, but does have a large spa bath with shower.

WARNING: the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel that seems like hasn’t been done in at least 25 years. This is not a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Everything is worn out and falling apart, and realistically a 2 star at best. The walls are supposed to be white but are grey with dirt marks all over them, the ends of the planks on the laminate wood floor are peeling up and have large gaps between them which can hurt your bare feet, the rooms have a heavy stench of must and cigarette smoke, the finish on every piece of wood furniture has heavy worn out marks, the tv is small with a very fuzzy picture on every channel making the tv unwatchable, my room had a jacuzzi that was also the shower with no shower curtain so the bathroom floor and the toilet got soaked every shower and you cannot use the toilet for hours without your feet getting wet, the provided soap and shampoo were terrible so plan on buying your own, the upholstery on the furniture was stained and worn out which I avoided to touch. The hotel os located in a central area, but next to a bar which has very loud and bad live music every night until 3AM. Trust me you will not be able to sleep. Being on the 5th floor did‘t help. I travel often and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non refundable room and management refused to give me a refund after I expressed how disappointed I was with the room. Not a good hotel for families or couples. Guys with guests will be charged a 500 baht joiner fee.

This hotel was a great find. The one bedroom suite is outstanding. Tons of room, kitchenette with microwave, water kettle and fridge. Great shower, water pressure, wifi and even has a changing room with a vanity. The staff was outstanding.

Cost value was amazing and the location is perfect. Great restaurants are "everywhere" within a 1 min to 5 min walk. We could easily live here comfortably for a long stay.

About the only negative is the noise at night from the karaoke bar across the street and a few of the other bars across the street blasting their music. The hotel can't really do anything about this I would guess. It is what it is. Earplugs are a must if you sleep lightly and shut the noise out. The noise ends about 2am and does not start up again until around 8. So during the day it is super quiet. I suppose I could have requested a quieter room, but I am not sure that is really possible.

I would definitely stay here again.

I book a few nights at this hotel every trip and it never lets me down. As always, room and service were impeccable. A welcome addition is the complimentary orange juice and toast in the morning. These little things can make a big difference in your stay and show that management cares.
A slight disappointment was the removal of the water jets from the studio soaking bathtub, especially since showering remains a bit tricky without a curtain and with the fancy showerhead. Anyway, this won't stop me from coming back.

This is a grand old hotel this the emphasis on old. The hot water was just warm. Lucky Pattaya was very hot although, I missed a warm shower in the morning. The shower is in a spa bath that you had to climb into which is nearly a metre high. Unsure how the elderly can get in or out of the bath tub for a shower. The toilet blocked a lot and often slow to flush. It can get a bit noisy with the bars across the road but it was bearable.

My wife and I stayed at the LKResidence for 14 nights in May 2023 and found the Room, Staff and location to be excellent. It is well located for shopping at Mikes Mall or The Grand Fiesta Shopping Complex. All staff where excellent and extremely helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. Overall great value for money, will be staying again later this year. We have had about 40 trips to Pattaya and found LK Residence to be in the top range of accommodation. Sean

The Hotel is in goodneed of repair. Outside walls rooms and swimming pool .could not use swimming pool all ten days we were there it was not clean and reported it a number of time. Very disappointing.Stay there many a time no problem but would find it hard to go back. Staff as always very friendly and helpful Problems down to senior management

Unfortunately this lovely hotel is getting old and could still be good but they do not maintain it. Broken towel rails, electric explosion in my friends room. Hot water only sometimes, shower hose gets stuck. Pool water jets not working. It bothered all of us staying there that the slack maintenance caused us problems that were readily evident, but what about the air conditioning tower? Who knows if thats been maintained or not and can cause disease if not. Clearly they either don't want to spend money on maintenance which is unfortunate because it wouldn't take much to get it up to scratch.

She's an aged beauty but still my first choice...

I always stay at this hotel when I take my holiday vacation in Pattaya. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am doing ok and safe. Super friendly. I always tell others I know about this hidden gem. She's an aged beauty, but that just adds to her character and comfort to me. I always choose the 1 bedroom suite when I'm there... Great value for the money spent per night. My only regret is that they don't have a gym located inside of the hotel and I have to walk 1.5 blocks away to the sister hotel to get my daily workout and no room service, but neither of those missing conveniences is enough to keep me from always choosing this hotel for my stay in Pattaya. She's walking distance from EVERYTHING...and yet far enough away not to get consumed by heavy tourism traffic.

The room was spacious and very well furnished with a luxurious bathroom and huge, comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty special informal-yet-stylish feel, partly because it's an oldish building that is very well maintained and decorated, with ample space everywhere. And partly because the staff are charming, efficient and discreet. It has a nice pool and a great little sauna and steam room. It's a very convenient and quiet oasis in the middle of Pattaya, with LK Metro, Second Road, Central Festival and the beach all within a comfortable stroll of a few minutes. Ample opportunities all around for eating, drinking, relaxing and of course visiting the abundance of museums and art galleries that make Pattaya what it is.

Another wonderful stay. One of my favorite hotels in pattaya. What do they say ... location, location, location. Few minute walk from so many things you truly are in the heart of the city. The rooms are large and well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful and the housekeeping is outstanding. You can’t hear the construction next door so don’t worry about that. The lack of a restaurant might be a draw back for some, but since I don’t wake in time for breakfast anyway it’s not big deal. Anyway there are tons of restaurants with 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend.

I booked LK not knowing anything about the property. I just went off reviews on Expedia. That was a mistake! Durning my check in process, the Lady at the front desk had a interesting conversation with me. She throughly discussed the policy of guests in the room. I could take any girl 20years or older as a guest to my room. as many guests as I wanted just not at the same time. No-one under 20. If I wanted more than one guest at a time, 500Baht fine per guest. For someone who just wanted a room to sleep in. Not a room to take guests in and out, I was sort of shocked. After looking at the room and releasing I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there . I asked for a refund but was told no. So I booked another hotel down the street that was family friendly and didn't mind sleeping in the sheets. I would not recommend this hotel.
