Staying on ground floor windows would not lock was told would have to wait till next day for a engineer.
Only because they could see i wasn't happy it was sorted out on same day

Really Disappointing.

I found this hotel to be extremely run down.
You could see daylight between the walls & door frames allowing lizards & mosquito’s in 24/7, I left after my stay with serious mosquito bites all over.
The doors to the rooms were very unsecured, I didn’t have a safety deposit box & the walls were so thin I could hear the phone alarms going off in the room next door.

Great central Pattaya beach hotel for the price

Paid £30 per room per night for bed and breakfast. The hotel is at the mid point of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is just off the main road. Our room was a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately did not have a balcony. No problem though it had a table and chairs in front of large windows with a great ocean view. There are rooms with balconies around the pool if you want to book those. There are lots of bars and restaurants around in the vicinity. Our favourite was the sportsman’s bar. Great food and staff. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. If you are western and didn’t like Thai food, then there was toast, ham, sausage salad, fruits etc and you can asked them to make fried or scrambled eggs. There was also plenty of juice and coffee. Overall and please bear this in mind. For the price paid the hotel was great value for money. If you are expecting 5 star facilities etc then book the Hilton. But if you want a cheap holiday I would absolutely recommend and go back to this hotel.

There was no hot water in the room. In fact the pool was hotter and there was other peoples hair in the bathroom area. It was a very comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast were good and location excellent. Staff were polite and courteous.

Great location. Location location.
Good staff. Dated, but spacious rooms. Redevelopment of Mike Shopping Mall next door can pose a noise hazard at times, during the day. Breakfast not special. Great pool. Not a luxury resort, but entirely adequate, and good value. I stay in Pattaya often. Usually stay here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is old and needs to be bull dozed, but was in a good location. next time id take the cheapest room as I toold a beach view room. Na could hardly see anything, not worth that extra cash. But was ok for the weekend

My 2nd time to Pattaya. Wanted something close to main area and got it. Whole hotel is a bit old but it does the trick. Great pool/bar area, and staff all very accomodating. The 12/10 for this place is its breakfast, untold choice. This place ideal for singles couples and families. Great value for money.. WILL BE BACK!. Tip: Families should stay in \"pool view\" as the kids could come & go all day

Older hotel in excellent location

Good points: the hotel staff willingly moved me from the very noisy pool view room I had booked to an ocean view room in the other building complex. Rooms alongside the pool are metres from a one-way street used by motorbikes from 0600 - 0200 daily. Very little sleep is possible. My second room was on the 4th floor and much quieter. Staff are very pleasant. Location is fantastic. It is within walking distance of all required shops. Pool is quiet and very clean. The cleanest pool I have seen in a Pattaya hotel so far. The hotel is spread out over a large garden area. The sounds of birds are present most of the day.
Negative points: the noise from the adjoining Soi 11 is something to be experienced. Dreadful. The pool view rooms must be at least 50 years old. Bathrooms have been renovated but nothing else. Creaking old furniture. Hard beds. Poor seals on the door frames. I was expecting to be eaten alive by mosquitoes. The buffet breakfast is very Asian and some mornings I just had toast and eggs. I had a few problems connecting to the Wifi.

Good hotel in perfect location

Hotel location in right place in the middle of Pattaya Beach road. 5 min till Walking Street and Shopping center. Good pool, very quiet at night. No security at night and have a chance to swimming.
But A/C working very bad, Hot.
Room is about 3 star but nice personal and very good breakfast ( not continental).
Recommended for single!!!

STAY WAS COMFORTABLE EXCEPT MANAGEMENT MUST IMPROVE THE SERVICE THEY OFFER LIKE PRIVATE CAR SERVICE. I PAID THEM 50% MORE THAN TAXI RATE IN ADVANCE TO TAKE ME AND MY WIFE TO THE AIRPORT. NEXT DAY A COMPACT CAR SHOWED UP WITH A FRONT SEAT OCCUPIED BY LADY AND HER BABY. DUE TO MY TIGHT SCHEDULE I COULD NOT MAKE AN OTHER ARRANGEMENT. ALSO I COULD NOT MOVE THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT FORWARD TO MAKE EXTRA ROOM FOR MY LONG LEGS.

Very convenient position.

Staff were excellent & very helpful. Good breakfast. Clean rooms with everything working. Only negative was that the WiFi connection rather intermittent. Unfortunately in this day & age we rely too much on our computers & smart phones. We will probably come again next year.

Nice pool, good location. Bad, old rooms.

pool and location is just about the only thing good about this hotel. I wanted to try it because I used to see how nice the grounds are near the open outdoor pool but the rooms are just old and dank. I'm talking rooms from the 1960-70s. It's not the worst place to stay but for the price, there are many better places. The only thing that makes up for the bad rooms is the pool which is a nice place to hang out.

Walked in the room and full of Mosquitos .. Got bit to death during the night .. Got a taxi from the hotel staff to Bangkok when I arrive in Bangkok the taxi guy says the hotel only pay him 900 baht out of the 1400 I payed now he need more money for toll lol what a joke

Overall, completely satisfied with our choice to stay at the Nautical Inn. The owner and staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast (included) was decent and while, I would say, the swimming pool is the main attraction here, being located along Pattaya Beach Rd. gave us wonderful access to everything.
4 people, 2 rooms, 2 nights for $258... very reasonable.

Staying at a room on ground level and doors that had large gaps ment there will be some unwanted visitors like FAT cockroaches and small lizards, the hotel does need a lot of loving to be a good hotel again. The pool area is good and the hotel is very well situated close to the beach.

Gammelt og meget slidt hotelværelse. Renligheden ikke særlig god, alt over øjne-højde var aldrig blevet rengjort, samt gardinerne havde aldrig været vasket. Desuden var der sprækker under de to døre, så vi havde ofte besøg af kakerlakker. Pris: 10.472 for 26 nætter, for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten. Værelset lå perfekt lige ud til poolen, og personalet var super flinke.

嫌がらせのモーニングコール

ロケーションは文句なし。しかし、建物、部屋、全て古すぎます。モーニングコールを深夜２時半に頼みましたが、
午前１；４５分と２時１５分そして、２時３５分の３回かけられてしましい、少しでも寝たかったので大変嫌な思いをしました。ホテル設備の写真は可なり大昔に取られたのでしょうね。写真には日付、年が必要ですね。

A nice stay at Nautical Inn

This is an older hotel in a great location. The rooms are older but nice. Clean, roomy and with all the basics. The staff is very friendly. Check-in and Check-out was very fast and convenient. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The only complaint I have this time was the slow internet. Usually it is robust and fairly fast.

The pool area is not big but nice and in good order. They also have a bar close to the pool which is convenient. However, the big plus with this hotel is the closeness to the beach. Only a few steps (and across the street) away is the Pattaya beach. After constructions the beach is better than in many years. The sand is ok and water quality is improving every year. It is so nice to sit and relax in a sunbed and have a cold one.

I will return to this hotel. It is not fancy. It is a bit old but good service, nice breakfast and great location. In sum, good value hotel.

Positiv ist die zentrale Lage zur Walkstreet, ein recht gutes Frühstückbüffet und der Service.

部屋に泥棒が入っていた！遭遇した。防犯カメラをスタッフがチェックすると中に入る姿が有った様だが、荷物や現金とうは、取られてなったがカードのスイミングが心配である
泥棒は、フロントの男性の友人であった
警察に電話したらしいがフロントの男性は家に帰った。警察も来ないホテルぐるみの窃盗なのか怪しい

ホテル自体はくたびれた感じがありますが、家族連れやカップル、一人旅どのシチュエーションにも合っていると思います。プールは広いし、ビーチも近いし、朝食も大変満足が行くものでした。
アメニティが少ないですが、私の場合はいつも持参しますので、気にはならないです。作りが古いので、壁は薄いです。ドアの鍵は今どき珍しいノブのタイブなので、外出時はフロントに預けた方が良いです。芝生や緑も多くとても癒されます。次も利用したいと思います。
