The hotel staff were friendly, room was clean, and in a great location. I wasn’t too keen on the toilet being adjacent to the shower as obviously the toilet would become wet during a shower (even when lid is down), and then girlfriend had to dry and reapply location to her feet if she had to go pee before we left for the day. But it’s the design, so could live with that.

My only issues were that the tv Di not have hdmi, so I couldn’t plug my fire stick in, also that when I returned for a beer from the refrigerator, they were all frozen, so couldn’t be drank.

Knowing what I know now, I’d still recommendation it based on the location and cleanliness of the room.

I booked a standard room thinking it was what I have ordered the last two years. It wasn’t I was place in their standard room the only thing good about the room was the view. The room was small toilet inside the shower, no closet to hang up clothes. It was the worse place to stay at 50+ US dollars a night. I asked the person at the front desk if I can upgrade and she said they were full. I talked to George when he came to work and he upgraded me to a much better room which I was very happy with even if it was more money. I most likely will not ever stay there again. So we went down the street and rented a room for nine days at a lower price and same quality of the place I was updated.

The room was small and the bathroom was Asian style (toilet in the shower room). But it was comfortable. But what made the trip awesome was the location (literally on the beach) and the view from the floor to ceiling windows. Close enough to nightlife without being too noisy and plenty of stuff to do nearby. The pool was really nice and so was the rooftop bar. Definitely had a really great stay here.

As I had credit through my booking app the room was excellent as it only cost me £22 for 3 nights I got £88 saving , it even had sea view from room and rooftop pool has great views of Pattaya beach front , excellent location , 3 minutes walk to beach about 10 to walking street , would definitely stay again

Don't believe the poor reviews!

I was hesitant to book this hotel based on some poor reviews but the location was perfect so I booked anyway and I'm glad I did. It was at a central location on the beach with many shops and bars to left and right. I upgraded the room to deluxe beach view and it was awesome! There was a balcony, it was super clean, it was a pretty big room, the staff was friendly, the wi-fi was good and the air conditioning worked too good. You need the key in it to work but to my surprise, the cleaning lady placed an extra key in it for me (she got a nice tip). It had a safe, rooftop (or higher up) pool was nice and the rooftop bar was also great. I would highly recommend but make sure to do the upgrade for very little extra.

Great location, but, the room is too small and the shower is in the same compartment with the toilet. Reminds me of the Tong Fong in Hong Kong. Great location with a sea view though, but I only got half a sea view (blocked by building).

Ive read many reviews on this property.
I had issues with my aircon and fridge immediately.
The staff were very friendly and effecient dealing with my issues.
My issues resolved within minutes .
Yes the bathroom is small.
The room itself is very comfortable with a beautiful view.
The cleaning service is very good.
The hotel and my room were kept spotless by the lady on my floor.
Location is very good. Away from the busy bars but close enough to get anywhere quickly.
Thankyou to the staff of serenotel for a pleasurable vacation.
Special thanks to the cleaning lady of my floor A504.
I will stay again.

I got a standard room, a bed, a sink lees then feet, and a bathroom 1.5 feet a way where you put head down in bed.
I stated, pictures are deceiving, they charged me 9000 baht upgrade, with water view, and windows was so dirty and water view was not enjoyable at all. I have all the pictures to prove. .

This place was clean enough, and had an amazing view. Huge downside was the air conditioner barley worked, and would only run if you were in the room. If you went out for an hour yoy would need to remove thw keycard from the sensor, and then you would return to a boiling hot room. We ended up switching hotels for our second night amd losing our money. It just wasn't worth being overheated. Another downside was when we arrived the lobby was FULL of toxic smoke, like a fire....

The one positive thing about this hotel is its close proximity to beach road, and the shopping mall. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The customer service, cleanliness, and condition of this hotel is unsatisfactory. And to add insult to injury, there is no gym and the breakfast isn't complimentary. I honestly expected more from this hotel and was left highly disappointed.

Only real issue with this hotel is unfortunately the balconies face the west... so in the afternoons there is no shelter from the sun if you are having a relaxing afternoon at your room. Food was on par in price to the nicer cafes in the area if not quite of the same quality (for the same price you can get a better breakfast at Jasmin’s Cafe on Pattaya Klang if you don’t mind a 750m morning walk). Room was good and clean if a bit small for the price (I was expecting more given some of the other places I have stayed in Pattaya that were cheaper) and the location is great, away from the noisiest night life areas but close enough to walk to Soi7/8 or Soi13-1/4 if they take your fancy, close to Central Festival shopping centre and markets, across the road from the beach, plenty of restaurants on beach road to choose from.

Location from there is good everything is near.. just that standard room size is like a jail. Smallest bathroom ever

Very tiny bathroom, what you'd expect on a ship. Bathroom not comfortable at all. Room was clean, balcony was useless, you have you can't see anything besides a building next to you. Only a handful of tv channels were in english, and no DVD player. Had Arabs staying above me and were yelling and screaming off the balcony, I made a complaint and nothing. I went to the front desk and physically threatened to handle it myself, then someone went up to contact them. I ended my stay earlier and moved into the sister hotel across the street, the beep blue or aqua blue hotel. It's brand new and was a beautiful hotel. I will stay here again!

Pros - clean , near beach , friendly staff
Cons - hotel room too small , no space even for your luggage to open up on the floor , toilet without a movable shower head which is so inconvenient when you bath and don't want your hair to get wet . Only a big rain type shower head attach on top. And toilet really too small , when u bath , all place will get wet even the toilet bowl . Imagine how small .

For right around $50usd a night I'd say it's maybe $10 a night over valued. Small rooms (20-23sqm) but that's fine for me. My main complains very bad wifi, and the room with all the lights off and curtains shut is VERY bright due to the door and window they use for bathrooms. Sink is also located outside of the bathroom IN the room. Kinda odd

Smallest room it could possibly be. I thought I wouldn't mind this but when you start cutting down on washroom space for example it sacrifices certain aspects of the experience. Hot water in shower was hot but not hot enough. Staff was great and room was clean. I had a little box with an ocean view but no balcony. Overall middle of the road.

Great place to stay in Pattaya Beach

Great location, beach across the street and 20 mins from Walking Street. Or rooftop pool is good to relax and keep cool (though terrace is on the small side). Great views from the restaurant lounge. Excellent staff too...I had issues with hotels.com app, which double-booked me, but front desk worked out satisfactory arrangement so I didn't lose one night payment. Rooms are on the small side but very nice. I recommend upgrade to a Seaview room or Superior room if you want a view (standard room didn't cut it for me). I will definitely rebook Serenotel the next time I visit Pattaya.

Boutique hotel at beach road

Nice hotel at Soi 10 and beach road. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. The staff were all super friendly. This area has a lot of construction going on so after 8 am expect to hear a lot of power tools etc. I only have two minor complaints. The room has no other furniture to sit on other than the bed and an old beat up desk chair. Balcony furniture is comfy. And the toilet has very little room around it. It was a little awkward to use. For a taller guy your knees are going to be up against a wall when seated.

Card reader issue.

Hotel entrance on one way Soi 10 alley not on Pattaya beach road. Stayed two nights. First day card reader won't open door. Have to reprogram card twice and at night time card reader shuts off and on air conditioner. Have to change card reader. Second day no running water for 2 hrs due to water pump problem. Breakfast American Breakfast not buffet as suggested by Expedia.

We booked the regular room with an ocean view. After reading reviews I knew that the room was going to be small, but I didn't quite understand how small. The pictures are very deceiving and make it look A LOT bigger than it actually is. We upgraded to the larger room with a patio and were very happy with it. Although the layout of the bathroom was weird and there isn't much room to sit on the toilet. The room was clean and the housekeepers were very friendly always chatting with us in the halls. The pool is small, but nice. And there are loungers to sit on. There is construction all around the hotel so it wasn't very relaxing at the pool. The restaurant breakfast was okay, you could only pick one of three options. Even though the French toast/pancakes were cheaper options on the menu they wouldn't let you choose them. So if you are a vegetarian do not pay for the breakfast. No fruit. Good location to walk to the mall and walking street. Wifi didn't work in our rooms just at the pool and lobby.

Hotel has 2 towers, 1 behind other, In pics it shows all rooms with seaview whereas story is different,they gave me room in back tower which has no view just walls of other buildings, when i told them that i booked ur hotel because of seaview they said pay us more 500baht we upgrade ur room, air conditioning was not working properly i told them its not doing cooling they said pay 500baht we give u another room, Actual there intention is to rip off more money by all sources, and they don't care about hospitality at all,I spend Au$50 pernight for stay, which is 1250 baht, where as you can get very good sea facing room in 1000baht. They put you in situations to rip off more money .....had a worst experience

Good choice near beach road and walking street

Modern hotel very close to beach and a short walk to Walking street or Central Festival mall, many restaurants and bars nearby. The standard rooms are ok for single or couple, but worth upgrading to the larger room with balcony if you'll be there to do more than just sleep. Otherwise the rooms and hotel are new, clean and staff speaks English well enough for most tourists. Great location and price compared to most other hotels near the beach which tend to be old, moldy and overpriced.

Foreign staffs are very kind and friendly, helpful. Specially Philippina lady and Cambodian guy at reception area they are very helpful and friendly. However it's sad to say that I couldn't find any famous Thai hospitality and Thai smile from local staffs in this hotel.

New hotel, well fitted out in a very modern way. Comfy bed, good a/c, good TV, good Wifi throughout, good shower, black out curtains. Standard room would be too small for more than a couple but OK for solo. Small pool with limited seating/loungers on the roof. really good location being pretty central and far enough away from Walking Street for noise not to be a problem. Breakfast quite limited to 3 choices but well cooked and acceptable. Friendly helpful staff and a great value price.
A current downside is the construction sites on two sides but perhaps I was lucky as they did not cause me any disturbance even though my room was facing one site.

Great hotel and bear the beach

This hotel is very near the beach, staff at the hotel is very friendly and speak good English. I had the executive sweet and the view from the room is good. The room was not really huge for and executive sweet, buy the view from the balcony is very nice. Guy the breakfast with the room and I would say I would probably skip that on my next visit as it is the same everyday.
All in all a good hotel

Great location and price

Our stay here for 3 nights was great. It was right across from the beach and pretty much in the heart of Pattaya. The walking strip was only a 10 min walk but there are so many shops along the way you don't realise it. This hotel was clean, new and modern. The only downfall was that the bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic and when sharing with someone it's extremely hard especially with the glass wall and seeing your silhouette when naked! Also the issuing of one entry swipe card was frustrating when you are sharing and sometimes one person wants to stay in and the other wants to go out and trying to decide who gets the swipe card... Very annusual for such a modern and new hotel! but overall was a pleasant stay and staff are really friendly.
