I’ve been staying at the Hilton in Pattaya for over five years. Every time I come there the staff the rooms for breakfast everything is top-notch.

Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination.

Love this property.. it’s my home away from home in Pattaya. Great location, close to everything that you want. Staff is friendly, kind and very attentive to your needs whatever it’s. They will go above & beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. Had a couple of minor glitches with noise coming from the next room one night but took care of it right away once reported. Last night for reason, my room smoke detector went off twice for no valid reason. Called in and they dispatched their maintenance team to rectify the issue. Overall this property still my favorite in Pattaya

Location is right to the Central Pattaya luxurious mall, lots of options to eat… drink like a champ is walking distance. The executive club room was an excellent choice. Gorgeous room and view. The pool has the best view ever but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was too cold. It doesn’t get much sun in December. It would probably be great in April when it’s really hot.

Also a shout out to Ploy who looked after us everyday in the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea. The Hilton are very lucky to have these two staff members on their team. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, food, rooftop view and definitely the staff.

Would describe the room as partial ocean view, whihc is not what were expecting to be provided. Room service came in unannounced. No door knock, nothing. This felt more like a 3 star hotel than 5. Location is about the only thing it has going for it. Close to Walking Street and 6th Street which I think are the main attractions sites for folks. 20-30 minutes of walking to most locations.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs.

Night security and night Manager on duty during a situation in which we were attacked by locals, the hotel staff failed to protect us and instead forced us to pay a large sum of money to the locals, threatening to call the police if we refused. It is truly unfortunate that I leave Thailand with such a bitter memory.

Had a great stay at the hilton. Room was clean and bed was soft. My only complaint is the tv. This is a super morden hotel and they that these old flat screens come on hilton. No netflix or you tube app. We all know thailand have no channel options for American. Now to be fair the tv had some type of stream from your phone option. But it barely wored, if it wasnt error out it gave you some weird viewing aspect smh. At pount i juat gave up. I know must people dont sit around inntge hotel. But there are rest times where you wannna just chill and watch some you tube.

First four days were awesome. I went and checked in for some another four days I talked to the front desk. They told me that I was going to the 27th floor that was one of my conditions of booking and when it was time to move, I was put in the 25th floor And I tried to explain to the people, but they had no care or didn’t seem to care so I talked to the manager, and that was even worse never offered me anything not that I wanted anything, but I asked them I came here a couple days ago you assured me you had that room on the 27th floor and now it’s time to move and now I’m going down three floors anyways very unprofessional
