The website adverted that there was a fitness centre/gym but when I asked about it they said that it was under renovation. I didn't really believe them because I didn't see any signs of renovations or any any signs pointing me to a gym. I wouldn't have stayed there if I knew that there wasn't a gym. Also, I killed a few bugs in my room... I'm pretty sure that they were cockroaches.

The breakfast was pretty standard fare, although the chicken with noodles was pretty good.

The selection of tv stations was good.

The bed was comfortable.

excellent, hotel strategic location in the middle of Walking Street and the other commercial area you don't need a car or even a scooter because you can go everywhere on foot and the staff is adorable, cleaning is done daily and the room is good a good and clean room and the breakfast is plentiful.

The manager was very rude. Reserved two beds and gave me one bed so had to carry my luggage back downstairs across the pool area into second elevator two times until got the appropriate room. Manager very rude about this. Also no hot water, safe doesn’t work and asked three times for someone to open safe and never came to fix. Also many cockroaches in room. When you turn on light you see them scatter. The only good thing about this place was a young man named Ta. He was friendly when you arrive always had a smile and was helpful, he should get promoted to manager because the actual manager is horrible. Dirty hotel don’t leave valuables in your room many guests complained of valuables being stolen. Would never stay here again

I will not set my foot at this hotel, even if my life depended on it. One of the worst hotels in Thailand !!!
Nothing works, room-to- reception phone don’t work so for every little thing you have to walk to reception area. AC unit blowing right in your face so you are going to get sick, it’s a guarantee!. WiFi, when it works, is enough to search on google but that’s it. YouTube or streaming media is only available at the lobby area. The workers at the hotel even know that. The mattress is so hard, firm and old, it is like sleeping on the floor. Hot water, if you are lucky enough to have it continuously, trickle like a small little brook and not like a shower. Faucet is broken in the shower, stupid heavy glass door to your room. I think this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Thailand. Nice pool but that’s it. Stay away from this hotel unless you like to spend your time in this beautiful country being sick every day. I gave it 2 stars for the pool otherwise it gets 0 stars from me

Would return to my room most of the time to see and exterminate a cockroach or two. Small mainly and able scarper under skirting boards but room probably needs cockroach bombing. Shower pressure not the best but hotel okay overall and friendly. Roaches not what you or lady friend want to see when you come to your room. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.

Location was good. The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The room was adequate. Continuously had to ask for maid service, though. You get what you pay for. I would definitely do more research before heading back to Pattaya. This was a last-minute booking, and I ended up leaving 2 days early just to get a nicer hotel. It was what it was. Cheap!!

The reception staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly—definitely not the welcome you expect when checking in. The room itself was a letdown: it smelled musty and old, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning broke and had to be repaired during my stay. The hotel charges ridiculous prices for basic extras, which made the experience feel like a complete rip-off. The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility and location. Avoid if you value your comfort and customer service.

Great staff as with most hotels but was made to wait for the room and when we got the room, air conditioning and the safe did not work. they changed our room and it seemed much better until we found that the door does not lock. just push and the locked door will open. On the good side, location is very nice next to the mall for shopping and short walk to the beach. Ok buffet in the morning.

As with most places, the staff was great and did their best. The problem is the place is old and needs work. The first room they put us in after having to wait until check in time was bad since the air conditioning did not work as well as the room safe. The moved us and we found later that the door does not lock as it can just be pushed open even though the lock was set.

The hotel was good, nice location and near shoppingcenter and 1 minute to the beach.
Breakfast was fine, some omelets ala minute and a few local Thai dishes.
The cleaning of the room was not the best, the changed towels and empty the trash every day but can’t say they did more than that.

Internet is no good on/off several of times
Booked 3 rooms 2 non smoking and 1 smoke was told at check out to pay a fine due to been smoking on the balcony and was not allowed! Tried to explain to receptionist that we booked for smoking and even asked on check in if it was allowed but she was very rude and just keep repeating that we should book right room if you book a special room and you get your room upon arrival aren’t you expect to get what you order how can l know as a guest!!? And why they let you know AFTER 4 nights not directly…
Didn’t put new towels when the clean or paper for toilet also no refil on coffee and tea.
Safebox was looked upon arrival told reception but nothing happened for 4 days!
Pool was disgusting proper dirty said some filter didn’t work water looked like a hazard, no towels and after rain madrassas were full with water guess the guy sitting in the pool bar that was empty had one job that he did good…sleeping… stayed this hotel before and was very satisfied, this time it was the total opposite, don’t need to bother having me as a guest ever again.

Bad wifi, disconnect from the Internet several times each hour. No good for digital nomad, VPN or VDI SSL connections will not work good. Also the hotel has problem with roaches, you see roaches on all floors. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

comfortable and convenient

Being up soi 9 this hotel was much quieter than you usually find in a soi in Pattaya, for which I was very grateful. while the check in crew were obviously tired and grumpy after a stressful day, by morning they were happy and cheerful again. The room was a nice size and comfortable, with the pool right outside. I did not eat here so can not address the food. I would be happy to return here and stay again.

This is my second home when Im in Pattaya . Stayed her many times , and will still use this Hotel . Located in soi 9 a small quite soi . 3 min walk to the beach , 1 min walk to Central Mall . Just round the corner many bars if you like that and many resturant .

Great hotel.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the beach and on a quiet street. 7/11 next door to the hotel and a short walk to the beach and bars. The hotel is showing signs of age. The pool was really nice. We had a pool side room. Air con was pretty good. The safe we eventually got working. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Shower head needs replacing the only let down for me was the breakfast which didn’t really cater for European travellers. Coffee and fruit was nice.
The staff were really helpful and pleasant and I would stay again.

One night stay was alright. They held luggages for us after checked out too since we don’t flight out til later. But we are unable to eat in their lobby with outside street food. Black mold in shower, slow drain in shower. Requested king bed, got two twins push together. Charged for extra pillows. Towel rack fell off the wall in bathroom. TV remote didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. Picture on wall crooked. Tolet ran all the time.

It was very poor, things were broken in my room. The reason why I moved the first day into a three day stay is because there were bugs everywhere in the bathroom on the bed they were tiny. I’m grateful they weren’t bedbugs, but still I don’t know what they were, but they were everywhere.

Was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it. Much better around here for the same price. Beds very hard too and 90% of the staff are male which is not good when they come to clean and open the door when your wife’s still in bed

The receptionist was terrible. She tried to admonish me because I presented a driver's license instead of a passport as identification. The fact that I had prepaid my stay and she had no authority to refund my payment is the only reason she eventually accepted my identification.

Shopping centre was next door for meals as the meals at Baron Beach were awful.
Breakfast was buffet and not heated properly making me sick. Rooms were attended each door but attention to cleaning was poor. Sheets were not changed. dirty glasses not cleaned or changed.

I would never book this hotel again. It showed as a huge discount - but that is misleading as you would never pay the original price. The problems were:

- the shower holder was incorrectly fitted and spayed water across the shower, so I had to hold it in one hand to shower
- the shower flooded the bathroom
- I booked a double but got 2 twin beds pushed together, complete with gap to fall into
- the TV reception was so bad it was unwatchable
- the smoke alarm was taped over.....so a safety issue
