The property itself is ok its in a nice area with things around it but the room was in poor condition and could use a few updates. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent and the toilet was in an odd position. For what you pay you could probably get better in the area. Side note the rooms are also rental properties so its a mix of guest and resisdents.

The staff at Honey's have the best customer service! They make sure you have towels for the pool, if you need anything for your room or anything else you need to make your stay comfortable. The condo units are right scross from the beach and beside the mall with amazing food choices from $3-$10 u.s. wlakins st is a 2min drive or 15 min walk, tonnes of retaurants on the way. There are many condo rental companies on the main floor, but you wont them to be as accommodating as Honey's. I will always book here since its quiet and safe..

There were many things I didn’t like about this property. The first was there was a long flight of stairs to get to the main floor and no one to help with the bags. The elevators were slow. Our air conditioner broke after half an hour of use. The lights didn’t work. Our room was not very clean. The pictures we saw on the Internet did not reflect what the room look like. It was difficult to find our room. Limited dining in the hotel. The furniture was uncomfortable. The table and chairs on the balcony were wrought iron and very uncomfortable. On a positive note I would like to compliment the condominium manager, AJ. He offered to show us another room and really made a point of trying to help us. This was my first stay at a condominium and perhaps some of the fact that I wasn’t happy was due to the fact that I am not really a good fit for condominium living.

Overall good experience

Overall a good experience, great view of Pattaya beach and very accessible to Central Pattaya. Clean room. Great staff who are friendly and were patient to my questions when check-in.

Special kudos to the security team who helped to fix a short circuit due to faulty cable extension at midnight.

My main worry was the visibly aging lift cars and I hope that the building management ensures a regular maintenance inspection if not possible to upgrade the lifts.

The property is situated in close proximity to the beach, which can be reached within a walk of 1-2 minutes by entering through the back door. It was easy to find food and to go shopping. What I did not like was the extra bed mattress, as it was too thin until I could feel the bed frame poking my chest. I wish they could have or provide better quality than just doing a sake of money.

We have stayed here many times, and have enjoyed our stays.property is in a prime location opposite the beach, and next to mall Bhat bus run in either directions on opposite sides of property. This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features.
Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties issues.

Condo was ok and nicely presented there were some small issues but you would have to be really picky to bother about them. reception was efficient and quick but we were only given a single key when we asked we were told there was not another, went back the following day and asked to have another key and one mysteriously appeared. the pool and the building are really nice and what a perfect location for central Pattaya

CONS: few cockroaches but they sprayed and ok, walls a bit thin, could hear conversation in next room. Some condo maintenance nearby, very loud but they stopped it, so very good.
SUM: I would stay here with Honey's group again

The room is in a need of a renovation. Especially the bathroom. Both the shower head and faucet are hindered by calcium buildup. The towels provided (every other day) were old and worn. The mattress was also hard.

The reception ladies were lovely and were a big help for all of our questions. Housekeepers were okay but missed our room on a couple occasions with out much reason(?) . AC works well, Great View, good location, etc

You get a good view of the ocean the location is spit on as right next central festival mall and opposite bizarre market which is an excellent market with a varierty of cheap items that you can negotiate with the sellers. Alot of restaurants around. Has a laundry area and shops downstairs which closes late and is handy.

The best thing I can say is the view was amazing and the staff was really nice.. but the property had broken sinks and tv among other issues.. so if you are willing to overlook issues to have an amazing view go for it.. SIDE NOTE the Google maps has it at wrong address so make sure you verify where you are going... lost for 2hours and was only 2mins away!!

Unfortunately room and bathroom looks dated. The sofa set looks dirty so i never sat on it.

Overall its a satisfactory stay for me. In my opinion there are places that are better value for money. So its not likely i will repeat my stay at VT6.

The furniture was very old and shabby. The hot water only worked sometimes. there where only one drinking glass and one coffee mug. The wifi router kept restarting making the internet intolerable. We stsayed there for 2 weeks and asked to get the internet fixed. someone came 4 days before we left and said they needed to replace the router. They never did return. We had heavy luggage and had to either walk up a number of stairs or a ramp to gain access to the building. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

We have changed to another room after we complained to the front desk for the dirty towel and bad room condition. During our stay for the 2nd room for 3 nights, they has not changed our towel and the daily cleaning only be done on the 2nd day evening while we back to our room around 18:00.

Have stayed here a few times and generally always a good experience. Perhaps it works for me because I generally have lower expectations and have become somewhat immune to how things work in Pattaya. Booked the room and one of the things included was a welcoming drink. Informed at check in we were not entitled to one since we were only staying one night. No since arguing since these welcome drinks generally consist of no more then 2 tablespoons of watered-down fruit juice in a plastic cup. Also, was not given an electronic key card for the pool or the gate. Apparently you need to ask for this and leave a deposit. Like I said I've stayed here before and if you are looking for a low priced room with an ocean view, semi comfortable bed, good parking , close to beach and shops it's a good place to lay your head for a night or 2.

Best hotel staff and service in Pattaya. Great location and value for money. I've stayed in all types of hotels in Pattaya from 5 star to low cost and Honey's offers the best value for money, best location and best service relative to price. Perfect location next to Central Festival and with direct access to Beach Road and 2nd Road with bhat bus and taxi motorbikes right outside. Great views and clean rooms with kitchen, good bath, balcony and all required amenities. Within the complex there are shops, massage, gym, and good large pool. Honey also has a good coffee shop with good coffee, good food and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is the highlight and all are welcoming and very helpful and provide great service. In my opinion there is no better hotel or condo in Pattaya at the price point that offers everything that Honey's does. Great for short or long stays.

This is a huge, and I mean huge condo complex. The units are old and not updated recently. The laminate flooring in the unit I stayed in was coming up. Very hard bed. It did have a nice view but I would not stay there again.

If Location is everything this place is perfect. Plenty of local stores and restaurants in the building and surrounding . I had a studio with ocean view . Located on the 15th floor the view was great of both city and sea. The condo is a bit more dated then the pictures . Only things I could see that would be a plus are more convenient electrical wall plugs in the kitchen and a fan for the balcony. Honeys cafe is a nice cozy place for food and coffee. From 5-7pm there is a happy hour where drinks are reduced in price and there are two small balconies you can sit and relax. A great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach, stores, markets, bars and restaurants while on a budget. I drove and while navigating the chaotic streets are a challenge the covered car park was great. Plenty of security personnel and people very friendly and many spoke some English.

stay was good . room was excellent with a beautiful kitchenette and required paraphernalia for cooking . ambience was excellent. Tv had a lot of english channels too. had a nice sea view too. after the initial hiccups in the first 2 days cleaning settled down to the required timings . no concierge or bell boys for luggage. overall a very nice and quiet place to stay

Have been going to pattaya for 15 years and have always stayed in hotels, but this was the best stay ever condo was massive compared to hotels we arrived at 11am and they had our room ready for 12.30 even though check in wasent untill 2pm very friendly staff,cleaning staff were fantastic never came to around 5pm good for us as we were always out and about, security and car park staff really friendly,best ever

Great location. What isn't available in the building can be found next door at the mall. plenty of bars and shopping within a short walk, and easy access to both beach road and pattayasaisong road means easy access to baht buses in both directions.
Drama free check-in and check-out, and drama free access to your apartment for you and your guests.

Great option when staying in Pattaya. Most comfortable stay in the last 3 months traveling Asia. It is a Condo with AC that will freeze you solid if you let it. Large Balcony, full Kitchen, daily houskeeping. Don't pass this up.

Not very happy at first ,not very clean . Just two pans to do the cooking . You could see in to the flat through to cracks in the door.They did start to Clean every day and it made a difference.. The room could do with some T L C to bring it up to date .It is a great place to stay as it is in the centre of everything.. A little care could make it a great flat.
