Rude staff and especially a receptionist her name is Ann. If you request a towels on your checking morning to take a shower , she tells you “no towels for you, you are checking out”.

The staff is so rude , no one speaks English and they talk to people with a nasty tune. The water came out from the Faust with dirt. The reception staff are so careless about what you tell them and talk loud when you argue with them. The last day to leave we asked for towels to take a shower before you leave, the lady ,Ann, in the reception told my wife “ no towel for you , you are checking out today”. They only put two towels per day in the room. I t ended up we have to pay 100 Baht to get the towels and take a shower. Most probably the reception lady Ann put it in her pocket.
The breakfast is all pork , not even cheese , so if you don’t eat pork then no breakfast for you. Aunts on the table when you sit and eat or drink your coffee. It’s horrible

This hotel was a nice option for staying at the beach in Pattaya. It is right across the street from it and there are lounges available at the beach as well as local food stands for a snack.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as shopping options in the immediate area, so you don’t have to go far from the hotel to eat or get essentials.
The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds, lots of closet space and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom is clean and has a large area for your toiletries. It’s well lit and the plumbing works great.
The staff is friendly and helpful, so you can specify your needs to them and they’ll help as needed. The value is good for this hotel in its premium location. I would stay at The Baboona Beachfront again nd recommend it.

I got the beach view room, it was fantastic, just what you’d imagine of a Pattaya vacation, with a grand view of the Pattaya beach arc. The room is a bit old but it still makes you feel warm and amazed by the atmosphere of the beach. Staff ladies were also very warm and cute.

Bathroom needs some work, there is not enough water pressure for the main shower head to work. Most staff were okay, but check-in staff weren't very welcoming, night time doorman was excellent.

There aren’t really much amenities at the hotel. There was no pool and the gym consisted of a small combo home machine and a treadmill and elliptical. No free weights. The breakfast was basic continental. The room was nice but needed some upgrades. It’s sufficient unless you like staying at the hotel and enjoy their amenities

The rooms are nice the staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The maids are great and helpful. We asked for a different room that we New to be empty and they refused to move us. The other room was empty for 8 out of our 10 day stay. It was upsetting.

Nice Room but Disappointing Restaurant
Nice rooms but I found the beds a bit hard so for the first 2 days I had a stiff back in the morning. When I checked in, there was confusion as I was by myself and they gave me a room with 2 single beds. I complained that I asked for a double bed. The next day they combined the 2 twin beds. The breakfast was disappointing; not only because of the food selection but because of the logistics. Most of the seating is outside and from the restaurant inside there is a narrow corridor to get to the door to the outside seating. That is also where they have the self serve food, coffee and juice stations so you are constantly trying to avoid bumping into staff and other guests. I hope they can reorganize it better. I will try a different place next time as there are so many choices in this area.

When I arrived about 9pm. I asked the lady behind the reception for wifi for booking this hotel via internet. She said that wifi is only for clients even that I have informed her that I need wifi to book in this hotel and she definitely didnt want to give wifi. When I asked that I wanted to talk with the manager and she said: manager is never in hotel and no left the mobile phone in hotel.
It would be highly appreciate in the future if the manager to take a controle about the staff through record of conversation with the clients, than you will hear how your staff polite and helpful to clients. your mobile phone in the room for any complain.

great hotel in a good location. the only bad thing was they wouldn't accept a credit card as a deposit. wanted a 1000 baht. but that's only a minor inconvenience.

Great location but take care of your cash
Overall the hotel is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic. Amenities are OK. WiFi in the room is unreliable. Breakfast is OK. But the biggest letdown is the safety of your cash in the room. Cash from the wallet of my roommate was stolen by the cleaning staff while we we waiting a few feet away in the balcony for the staff to complete their work. On complaining to the front desk we were curtly told to approach police secure in the belief that tourists normally would not waste their time with police when the outcome is uncertain. So keep your cash/ valuables always on your person. I have read in one of the earlier feed backs that even the safe in the room is no guarantee for safety of your cash.

Great hotel for the price. Have been going for many years and the hotel keeps getting better. The ONLY negative is that the wifi is weak and inconsistent. If they fix that, the place will be perfect. If you're not wifi dependent, go for it!

We stayed there for 4 nights and we had a deluxe double room on the top level with beautiful beach view. However, i found the room floor to be very dusty even with daily house keeping. I feel like the cleaner didn't bother to sweep or mob the floor. Some hotel staff were not very friendly at all, and were not very keen on helping us with our simple requests. Room service was alright but everything was in very small portion. Their breakfast selection of was acceptable. Would prefer to stay in a different hotel next time.
