Great Stay in a Well-Located Hotel

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach, local markets, and a variety of restaurants, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration.

I stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spotless and well-appointed. The staff were consistently polite and professional, adding a warm touch to the overall experience.

The gym facilities were more than adequate for a solid workout, and being accessible 24 hours a day was a huge plus for my schedule. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals at competitive prices, even if not the cheapest around.

The only minor drawback was the lift—there were occasional delays due to only one being available. That said, it didn’t detract significantly from an otherwise excellent stay.

Would definitely recommend and consider returning!

Stayed here twice over a 2 week trip, nice and clean - plenty to do. Showers are nice but hot water can be slightly hit and miss at peak times . Mega comfy bed, huge TV safe etc.. there is a single 10meter pool on site - not 10 pools ! Friendly helpful staff

This hotel is ok and had a revamp since I last visited.!! On the plus side the room was nice bed comfortable, and lovely big TV on the wall, on the minus side the shower was awful really hit and miss you got Luke warm water at best and that went on the whole of my 3 week stay, the cleaners still don’t understand the do not disturb sign, it was the same 2 years ago.! And the lift is so slow beyond belief

Excellent hotel. Great sized room. Daily house keeping with two waters. No iron or ironing board. Close to all soi bukhoaw and second road, 711’s massage parlours central mall, other food places, multiple laundries. My new go to place in Pattaya. Internet was also good.

Hotel is in a very convenient position as a sports fan all i need do is cross a narrow soi amd im in hemmingways sports bar. If i was to moan of about anything the bed is a little too hard for me and the one and only lift is very slow. So get a low floor and use the stairs

It was directly opposite some pubs and can be noisy till about 3-4am. The staff were not that friendly and the hotel was going through renovations. Bed was not comfy and most importantly, the hot water was inconsistent during shower. And water pressure was not strong.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in March 2020. Hotel is in middle of busy area, near shopping and night life so noisy at times. Staff is important to me and staff at this hotel does great job at making me feel comfortable. They were quick to address any problem with room or question I had about area. I will stay again in the future.

Don’t get the entry level room it’s a bit dated and the bed was hard. The bathroom needed some work. I upgraded to a queen room which was much better. The front desk staff was great. Due to an emergency I had to leave 7 days before my stay ended. The hotel refunded me despite being a non refundable stay. Great location close to Mike shopping and central festival mall. A 711 downstairs. Laundry everything close by

There were problems with the elevator when I arrived, it was fixed but still had minor issues. various flaws in the bathroom. too little fridge. They also worked with the swimming pool, I was never told when it was finished.

Nice sized junior suite with all modern features.
No complaints.
Staff are excellent with a warm family appeal
The pool was being maintained while I was stayed, but that's just the luck of the draw.
The elevator is slow. A second elevator would be nice.
Oh and a fitness centre.

The hotel is ok, however I booked a junior suit and you don’t get a balcony with this room. The pool is built under other rooms. You get no sun hence no one even uses the pool. The hotel in a good location but their is a lot better hotels for the same price. No issue with staff and rooms where clean.

Stayed 5 nights because I had friends staying and/or working nearby. The value of this hotel is great. Could do with a few repairs and clean-ups of bathrooms etc. before they get out of hand. If they keep up on maintenance the hotel should stay nice. I hope they don't let it get run down. I would stay here again....

Bay Breeze Hotel is situated in an excellent position for all activities central to Pattaya. Retox Sports Bar is opposite and open 24 hours. I found the pool on level 3 set up ideally for a quiet swim after a hectic, yet rewarding foot tour of Pattaya.

I have stayed here five times now. like the Bay Breeze because of its location to everything. Already on Honey Soi 11,good bars, close to the beach and Lk Metro in walking distance. Soi Six is only a Baht bus ride away or motor bike taxi. Same for walking street.

I always enjoy staying at BayBreeze, the staff are always welcoming and remember you, the rooms are clean the aircond works great and the wifi is fast. I like the fact that the hotel is really central to everything, five min walk to Central Shopping centre, only a block away from the beach and you can walk to almost anything else.

Great stay, great place

I’ve stayed here a few times and have always liked it. The maid was wonderful and worked with me in cleaning the room everyday (I slept late and she would wait and clean in the afternoon and not bother me). The hotel is guest friendly and never gave me an issue. The area is great with a good rate money exchange kioske, a 7-11, massages and a great laundry near. The girls not negative is that the bed is a little hard and it takes a few nights to adapt to it.

Good hotel in a very good location with really friendly staff. Only problem was that we booked transfers from and to the airport and on both occiasons the the transfers did not turn up! On the return to the airport the reception pulled on all the stops so we didn't miss our flight. Would stay again

Great Value!

Upon arriving I was taken care of, quick in process and the the good treatment was continued. They had a pool where I could exercise in, it was cold water and made the workout that much more enjoyable. The restaurant offered a great buffet breakfast for 150 baht. We ate daily and would skip lunch and eat later in the evening. We also had items off the menu and they were good at a fare price. I lost my room key due to my knucleheadedness and the staff helped me remedy the problem for a nominal fee. The location is also great close to everything I wanted to do.

In a great location

The hotel is in a great location, close to LK Metro for good night life and close to shopping centres and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The room I stayed in was ok but the bathroom needs updating. Tiles missing, old stained bath and dirty coloured water coming down the walls. The swimming pool only as a couple of hours of sunshine on it in the morning and it's freezing cold ! Hotel staff are polite and friendly.

The location was good close to LK METRO... walking street was within walking distance.

While my air conditioner was not the best condition other people said theirs worked great.

The breakfast was ok... but I like waffles and pancakes and they had nether... basically a egg based breakfast. They did have rice and one Thai dish.

The staff was friendly!!
