The staff was phenomenal. There was an incident at the pool with men taking photos of myself and my friend while we were at the pool and the staff immediately took action. It was wonderful to have them take this so seriously instead of dismissing it. 10/10 - would return to this hotel!

Hotel is a bit dated, can improve their breakfast spread. No positivity from most of the staff and recive a answer of NO for any request. At check in were given lecture of various instructions of do's and don'ts and charges for any thing damaged or missing in the room rather than making us feel welcome

Fond and Fun experience

Rooms were clean and decent and the manager was firm and polite. No nonsense allowed inside the hotel. A very decent Indian breakfast well conceived. The south facing rooms will expose you to the bars and parties in Pattaya all night long :)

Nice hotel but too many tour groups

Reception/front desk staff very nice and friendly (especially the girl with glasses!) but rest of the staff not so friendly. No smiles or hello from anyone. Lobby was amazing, rooms could do with updating. Too many tour groups. Full of Indians and Russians, (I am British indian and even I found them rude and too many). But was still a nice stay at a good price.

The hotel staff here is the most terrible I've ever seen. They didn't smile and sat around and made fun of the hotel guests.

The breakfast was marginal in quantity and quality, as was the staff.

It was good staying at golden beach hotel.
It's located at very good location. You can have fun near by till 3 4 am in the morning.
You can find Everything near by from clothing to food .You can have fun in the swimming pool as well.
Mostly Indians are residing here.
Overall experience was good.

Hotel is big, rooms are okay. Only reception staff speaks English. Rooms are not for smokers. Not a hotel for relaxation. Guards are friendly. Location is best thing about this hotel.

Quite good for a few days stay

Accessible to public transport. Centrally located. Very near Pattaya Beach. Rooms with terrace but not good view. Near souvenir shops and Thai Massage. Most hotel guests are Indians. Strong water pressure. Slow checkout and very unaccomodating staff.

Good location

Hotel is situated well, easy access to all pattaya has to offer. Rooms really need updated as they are old and damaged which gives an unclean feel.
Hotel staff are fantastic except the reception staff who are rude, ignorant and have no people skills at all.
Look elsewhere for your trip folks, you can do better.

Ok facilities for the price you pay

Just 2 min walking distance away from Central Festival, very convenient. Staff members of the hotel are in general friendly and helpful. Point for improvement is staff awareness on security - I left my room key in the room and asked the front desk staff to open the door for me, they are very helpful in this regard but they did not ask for my name or request for any identity before they send someone to open the door, all I did was to give them the room number. Appreciate that they are very helpful, but it will be quite scary if I am someone with bad intent...
Would really like the hotel management to pay more attention to this as this is a good hotel to stay.

Value for your money

For some strange reason the girl in the reception told that only one room was ready for check in that too at 2pm, we agreed and insisted that in that case give us a extended check out, it was flalty refused... when objected then to our suprise the other 3 room keys were also offered immediately. Key system is pretty outdated and we have to leave the keys with the reception every time we go out, otherwise there is a huge penalty if you loose the keys
having said that the rooms and the views are good for the money you pay. Breakfast is just ok.

The hotel is on 2nd road, just opposite the Central Fesitval mall. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. This was my second stay at this hotel and I like it because everything is easily accessible from here and it is also very quiet. The rooms are nice and well-appointed and clean. The pool is very nice too. Everything is nice about this hotel except for the breakfast. It's included in the price but the options are quite bad. They have OJ and coffee and tea, but the menu doesn't make sense at all. They have some Indian items for breakfast and they are not good and the combination is weird. They have other western and Thai and Chinese items as well but the entire menu is just too weird and I just had to make do with whatever they had because I was hungry and didn't want to go any where else. Not that the breakfast was disgusting but it was just weird.

Value for money. Located near to shopping mall & Night Bazaar make it easy if shopping. Apart from it, I do enjoy the pool. The only things that need improvement will be the breakfast.

Horrible experience

The staff was very rude and spoke little English (not exactly what you expect at a hotel). Ammenities listed are deceiving- internet sure if you want to sit in the lobby and pay to use a computer in an open forum. The shower did not drain- had to turn the water on, get wet, turn the water off, soap up, and then turn the water back on to rinse off. There was sand/dirt all over the floor. Of all the places I've travel in the world and all the places I have stayed this by far is the worst experience I have ever had.

2층을 이용했는데 2층 이용자는 엘레베이터 탈 일이 없습니다 비상계단이 따로있어요
제가 숙작했던 방은 샤워부스 배수가 잘안되서 조금 불편했습니다

良かったです

快適でした。特に良かったのはプールとシャワーの湯量、バルコニーでタバコを喫えたこと。値段も安かったので文句ないです。
強いて難点をあげるなら、貴重品ボックスが部屋にないこと、エレベーターがかなりボロいことぐらいでしょうか。

開業35年以上のホテルなので設備は古いです。部屋の鍵はカードキーではありません。昔ながらの金属製の鍵で外出時はフロントに預け、帰ってきたらフロントで受け取ります。
セーフティボックスが部屋には無いので、貴重品はフロントに預けるスタイルです。
部屋にコンセントが無く、電気スタンド等を抜いて使用しました。洗面所にも無いので電気シェーバーやドライヤーは使えません。
チェックイン時に部屋は掃除されて整っているように感じましたが、繁忙期だったせいか毎日の部屋の掃除はタオル交換とゴミ箱のゴミを捨てる程度でした。連泊すると埃や髪の毛等が気になります。風呂の排水も悪くなるので自分で処理しました。
11階300以上の客室でエレベーターが２ツなので、かなり待ちます。満員で乗れないこともあります。
客層はインド人が多数で、毎日大型バスが発着しています。
朝食のビュッフェの品数は多くありませんが、ひと通りの料理は揃っています。
従業員は宿泊客用の料理をお喋りしながら素手でつまみ食いをしたり、客室前の廊下で地べたに座りジュースを飲みながら数人でお喋りをしている光景を度々見かけました。

Wi-fi 接收不良洗手間設備毛巾比較舊電視機有些收得不好選擇電視台不多房內都比較清潔住附近比較方便去商場酒店住客印度人比較多所以酒店早餐特別安排分兩邊一邊是給印度人另一邊是中美式早餐早餐都可以如果酒店有機場接送服務就比較好。

I motsatts till beskrivning så fanns ingen ”flat screen” tv, endast en gammal burktv. Inga internationella kanaler som utlovats förutom RT samt diverse indiska. Sängarna var stenhårda, städningen uselt dålig, frukosten helt inriktad på indier. För västerlänningar fanns kaffe och rostat bröd samt ägg.

整體住都可以合格，下次可再來度假，希望可改善得更好。

洗手間和电視机比較舊，感覺房間整體都可以，房間和大堂Wi-Fi接收好，員工服務好，早餐生果食物有蟻，其他都沒問題一般的中和西早餐都可以，外出去商場方便。

Отель отличный по расположению. Но номера уже старенькие. Уборка немного хромает, больше грязь размазывают. Но полотенца чистые и воду дают, а больше в принципе и не надо. Так как в номере особо не находишься.
