The location is the central Pattaya. Very close to the beach, many restaurants, bars, massage parlors, modern shopping mall including supermarket and many kinds of cantina. Especially, the restaurant in front of this hotel was one of the best. Good taste, most reasonable price with live music. Swimming pool on the roof is very good for relaxing, too.

I felt threatened before ever arriving here. The day before I was due to arrive I received an email saying they would cancel my booking as I hadn't paid, this was despite the fact that the arrangement through Hotels.com stipulated that I would pay on arrival. When I did arrive the next day I was immediately asked for full payment and a cash security deposit, no welcome! The room was fine, it's location was very good, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The breakfast and pool too were quite good, but the overall first impressions left a sour taste for my 2 night stay.

Have stayed many times. Its fine. Not great not bad. Simple room. Im out late but its a noisy street.

For the price and location we were OK with it.

Good location for getting to wherever by baht bus. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. 711 and family mart 30 seconds away

Loved my stay here. It was my first time visiting Pattaya and the staff made me feel right at home. Wanted to stay an extra night and had no problem booking an extra night. Great hotel for the price good area easy walking distance to most of the action. Lots of shopping near by will be back already booked for my next visit in April.

The pictures on the Expedia are total catfishing. The pictures appeared to be remodeled or newer hotel with modern amenities however, in actuality, the hotel is outdated. The room we stayed in was cheaply remodeled, with old torn towels and linen, a sink that didn't drain, and a toilet that barely flushed. The view from the window was burnt and abandoned building, like in those apocalypse novels. The only pro was the employees who were somewhat friendly and new what they were doing.

Greatest hotel for the money

This is great place to go for singles or couples going on vacation. It was the hottest water in the country. The check up on you if you have guests coming to your room. The rooms were cleaned daily and they bend over backwards to accommodate you. Only bad marks I will give them is average on Wi-Fi at best, and the bed was more firmer then I like. Also I was kinda of loud til the restaurant and clubs downstairs turn off the 80’s and 90’s music. But if I wanted all those things I would’ve stayed home. 9 out 10 overall…..

Breakfast buffet is good but soon runs out of favourite Thai choices. One of the best buffet choices I've seen. I will be staying here again once this bloody virus has gone away.

All good except the housekeeping people are VERY noisy. Also they show up at weird hours to clean room. Music in local area goes till 3 in morning so it's nice to sleep in - fat chance with how loud housekeeping are and everything echoes in corridors. It's great that breakfast goes till 12noon. Good breakfast too.

The owner of the hotel didn’t show up during our stay so we were forced to allow our visas to expire, even though we made it clear upon check in that we needed to do so. They didn’t itemize my purchases from my room’s mini bar, nor did they allow me to consume said purchases on the rooftop pool (instead they force you to buy the same items at the pool at a higher price.)

Ive been to pattaya more than 20 times ober the last 10 yrs amd tried various hotels. This is one of the best at its range.
Friendly staffs and prompt service except not able to extend my stay despite low season. Had to leave by 5pm tho.
Toilet ceiling was leaking and shower glass will be much preferred to a filmsy piece of plastic screen.
Aircon was cold and love it when able to smoke indoor!
Breakfast a big wow for me, simple but good enuf spread for local tasty food. All 3 mornings menu were slightly different which is good.
