The room was clean and big, the hotel looks very extravagant, but everything is so expensive. Everybody has to pay over $60 for WiFi regardless you need it or not, on top of the price of the room. I was afraid to touch anything, not even a tissue because I was afraid I would be charged. Needless to say I didn’t have breakfast there. The toilet room had no garbage can. Why? It was hard to find front desk or our room or the parking garage without going through the labyrinth of gambling stations with blasting music, smoke and confusing directions signs. I would never go back there again.

Breakfast at Giada’s was not good, room was in a different tower and smaller than the one I reserved. Bathrooms are beautiful with large tubs. Pool is great! Buffet was enjoyable.

Meh experience overall. Checkin was slow, one of the main pools was closed for half of our stay making it nearly impossible to secure a spot for our kids to enjoy the pool, and we received no housekeeping on two straight days — requiring us to make a special request for towels and other supply replenishments. Caesars is still a great location, but value prop isn’t what it once was.

Istayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas with my sister-in-law to celebrate her 45th birthday and to see the Jennifer Lopez show, which was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our trip.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but our room in the Julius tower was smaller than expected. It had the basics and felt cozy, but the mattress dipped to one side, making it uncomfortable—we kept sliding into the same spot during the night.

We also had issues with the sink. From the start, it made a gurgling noise, and by the second day it began backing up and developed an unpleasant smell. We called for maintenance late at night, but couldn’t get a clear timeframe. By morning, the issue remained until a staff member discovered the drain had been closed and opened it, though the draining still sounded rough, like there may have been a clog.

On a positive note, housekeeping was very kind and did a great job refreshing the room—it felt like new after the first night.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being close to the show, but improvements to room comfort and maintenance would make a big difference.

Staff friendly and helpful from rgistration staff to the valets. The hotel is huge, so we got lost going from registration desk to the tower where our room was located, but every staff member that we asked for directions was super helpful. Staying there was a very nice experience. We especially enjoyed the celebrity food court.

It’s too big a property. The staff had to be asked 3 times for housekeeping. The place is ridiculous to charge for coffee and everything. Even water is chargeable . Did not appreciate nickel and dimming . Disappointing. Won’t recommend.

When we arrived to the property we were greated in Valet. The staff was amazing. During our check-in, we were stunned that we were picked for using expedia. We were greeted by the Manager she made us like VIP's. When we got back to our room after exploring the property, she had a fruit platter and wine sent to our room. We were so appreciative.

Stayed at the Palace tower, room is spacious but old. Could hear people coughing on the room next door. Bathtub drain was not working well and didn’t get fixed during the stay. No amenities like water in the room. Bathroom amenities were as basic as they get too - body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bed was ok. Room service is essentially take away from the fast food and casual restaurants. Staff during check in were great, but housekeeping wasn’t. The room was barely cleaned. Apart from making the bed they left all the trash that wasn’t in the bin around the room, clothes not folded, tables not cleaned, etc.

Can’t comment on the pools or casino.

Vegas has become such a rip. Outlandish \"resort fees\" to cover things they try to charge you for anyway, no coffee maker in room, charging for slightly early check-ins or slightly late check-outs, $10 Starbucks drinks, finding previous guests' food in your cabinets, no minifridge space, $15 fee if connecting more than 2 devices to Internet, outlandish parking if needed, not to mention the high base rate in the first place... no wonder people aren't coming to Vegas as much anymore - it's 2x to 3x the price it used to be

I was not impressed. I paid a lot of money for a suite it was dingy. The carpets were terribly stained. It smelled of metal and cigarette smoke. I have been told for years about this place and I finally get to stay there and it was so disappointing when I told the front desk about it, all they could say was oh I’m so sorry. We’ll tell housekeeping like I just paid over $3000 to come and see a show at the Colosseum and stay at Ceasar’s and all you can tell me is oh I’m sorry I’ll tell housekeeping

The refrigerator was full, leaving no space for anyone to use it to keep anything cold. All items were at a charge, so ice was necessary to keep things cold. The ice maker on the floor had been broken for 5 days, and I had to search other floors for ice. I also upgraded my room and paid an additional $498.00, but there was no ice or refrigerator, which was disappointing. Lastly, I was charged extra fees for exceeding the two allocated WiFi connections for my wife and me. I connected my phone to my laptop, but it was charged to move the WiFi connection from my cellular device to the laptop. This required daily calls to the internet service desk to change from cell to laptop. I had to call every day I needed to use it. By the way, the cellular service was terrible for anything other than calls. A better system would be to allow users to change devices, keeping it to only two connections per room.

The room was clean and felt newly renovated. The entire property smelled fresh, which was impressive given how much smoking there was. The staff were amazing and very friendly, making the stay even better. The location is also a big plus. I would definitely stay here again. If you are planning to visit the Bacchanal Buffet, staying here is especially convenient and saves you an extra trip.

The room left a lot to be desired for the description… the “corner suite” was awkwardly laid out. There was no good angle to watch tv while on the bed, and the carpet and furniture was dated. The view was mostly off the roof of the casino/shops. We love Caesars in general and will just choose a different tower selection next time we come. Staff wasn’t as friendly this time around, but they weren’t rude either.

Paid for larger suite, which had zero basic amenities that every other hotel includes. For the price they should include amenities, not nickel and dime. Suite had a nice soaking tub and shower, but soaking tub had a very noisy old water heater in the closet that was scary in the middle of the night. Resort fee with no amenities: sad. I’ll be staying elsewhere next time.

I already checked in online but had waited for more than half an hour in the queue to get the key. Very rude check in staff, she had no knowledge of parking and grumpy attitude for no reason. I was the one supposed to be unhappy because of the waiting even though I already checked in online. The checked out staff has no acknowledge of parking again and took my room key away, so I had to come back from car park to the reception again to ask for how to get out the car park without using credit card and room key because I already paid the car park fee in advance. Waiting time! The room is not worth it for the price (bathroom is very good) because the light by the beds were not working and they left rubbish outside of my room for full night!!!

My only complaint is that the bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, specifically the showers. Also, the rooms lack a lot of counter space, it's a huge room so add another desk or table.
