I found hair on the night stand, appeared to have something spilt down the side of the night stand, and fake eyelash on the floor. Overall nice hotel, but room wasn’t clean.

We stayed for 4 nights and only had housekeeping show up one night. Even after I called them. The front desk clerk who check us out was outstanding! Realizing Caesar’s Palace is a luxury hotel I was truly surprised by the very high price of the food cour was $60 for a pizza! You expect Peter Lugers Steak House to be costly. But the food court.

Everything was great except for one bad experience which left a really bad taste.
I really don't understand how a person like Angelo can work in the hospitality industry with an attitude like that.
Angelo was one of the bar tenders at Snackus Maximus, a bar on the other end of the Neptune Pool. All we wanted was a cup of ice - he responded very rudly that if we wanted water, there was a separate place to get that (which wasn't the request at all). While I appreciate that some people take advantage which is why we offered to tip him. I said that we had water. He then responded: \"There is no ice here\".
The bar on the other side, however, gave us ice and appreciated the tip with grace and a smile.
Service is key here and the request wasn't outlandish or impossible to achieve. After all, it is a bar, where ice is readily available. It doesn't cost much to be civil - going forward, wheverver I go back to Caesar's Palace, I'll make sure that I avoid Angelo at all cost.
It is really unfortunate that a short interaction like that causes a lingering reaction like this.

Check in was a nightmare, over an hour, got there 530 and didn’t get into room until 7. Tried online check in and after finishing process turns out they had closed the kiosks to get the keys so total waste of time. Rest of stay was great though, awesome room, great restaurants and the show Absinthe was 10/10. They just need to be able to handle check ins for the size of the resort.

Had issues with getting double charged for the early check-in fee and then didn’t even get notified properly, so we didn’t get into our room until normal check-in. Yes I know that’s what’s guaranteed, but when you pay extra, you expect extra. The front desk staff was not helpful at all in trying to navigate that process either. Beautiful property. Excellent location. So so staff (I expected more with the rates we paid).

The palace is grand. Its gorgeous from outside. The room was spacious. But few things were disappointing. For example no lotion provide, body soap kept running out and they would not refill, had to ask everyday, bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Cleaning stuff could use some better crew. otherwise its truly lives up to its name. Its a gorgeous establishment. The gym was awesome

Room was nothing special. We had two rooms. The TV remote in one room was dead and since it was very late when I came back and wanted to watch tv, I was unable to watch because I wanted to change and relax without being disturbed by maintenance. Slightly annoyed. The second room A/C barely worked. The room stayed hot the entire time. We didn't call maintenance because with our tight schedule we didn't want to be bothered or have them entering our room while we were out, making this a little more than slightly annoying.
When we checked in, (room wasn't ready yet) we were told we could come back to get keys and bypass the main check in line just to pick up keys. We stood in \"key pickup\" line for 30 minutes and didn't move. One member of our party then went to the main check in line which was about 20 deep at that time. HE GOT TO THE DESK BEFORE WE DID!! That was SUPER ANNOYING!! Wasted time, and the staff didn't even seem to care. The reason the \"key pickup\" line didn't move was because they had the desk attendants serving \"premiere rewards\" members (who had a separate line from \"key pick up \" line) ahead of \"key pickup\" line guests. Every time one of those members was just about finished with the desk, another joined that line so they got waited on next AHEAD OF EVERYONE IN THE KEY PICK UP LINE!!!!!! SUPER, SUPER ANNOYING!! Not good business!! Our time there was short and precious, but we wasted so much time waiting to pick up our keys.

Aceptable hotel, el personal no te hace sentir para nada especial, nos hospedamos 5 noches por lo que solicitamos una mejor habitación, nos dijeron que la asignada era buena en la parte remodelada, pero deja mucho que desear. Ponen un minibar completamente lleno, no puedes meter ni un dulce, ponen unas aguas de litro que bloquean parte de la pantalla del televisor pero no se pueden quitar porque se activa el sensor y te las cobran. La ducha no tiene una rejilla normal en el sifón, sino una doble baldosa, pero es un peligro para los dedos de los pies. La bombilla de la ducha se fundió el segundo día por una gotera del piso superior y no lo arreglaron. No tienen conserje que ayude al huésped con actividades, en el mostrador nos dijeron que fuéramos al Bellagio que allá sí nos podían colaborar, con esa respuesta pensaremos en hospedarnos mejor allá.

Booked four rooms at Caesars Palace for a bachelor party and left disappointed. The rooms felt dated and were not as clean as expected. I also woke up to a large cockroach crawling on the wall in my room. While the hotel eventually moved me to another room and provided a food credit, it took escalating the issue to a manager to get a meaningful response. Throughout the stay, there was a constant feeling of being nickel-and-dimed with various fees and upcharges. For the price and reputation of Caesars Palace, I expected a much higher

We were on the 60th floor of the Colosseum Tower and everything smelled like smoke like there was a fireplace going at all times.

Our safe malfunctioned when we tried to get money to go out at night. Called down to customer service and she sounded like I had just ruined her nap and her whole day. Apparently the \"locksmith\" went home at 11pm, about 15min before we called, so we couldnt get into the safe which had passports and cash. I was told to call back the next day but asked if they could just schedule somone to come up. She had to ask someone about that but finally agreed. The next day at 8am, the scheduled time, no one showed up. We called down at roughly 820 and they finally asked someone to come up to put in the reset code to get it open (30 seconds this took, and why doesn't a night maintenance supervisor have this code). This was also my check out day so it was getting a bit worrisome if I was going to make check out or my flights fiven my ID was in the same. But luckily it all worked out.

Quick food locations are limited. Some places ONLY take card, even starbucks. Being that I am not from the US and always like to do everything in cash this was a pain in the butt. So, not to mention the conversion, and extra fees when using a credit card. Our $31 USD starbucks order turned into a $56 starbucks order.... Not to impressed.

Monte Cristo cigar lounge is a great place to hang. Staff was awesome. Same with the lounge next to the Colosseum tower elevators.

I booked two rooms with two queen beds for my birthday trip. I called prior to a few times asking about getting connecting rooms or adjoining rooms - I was told on the phone that they cant process that for me because I was booked to have two beds so that is the room they have to give me. We landed and got to the hotel around 1am and they told us that it was first come first serve and gave us two rooms with one king bed in each and gave us cots. They told us to come downstairs the next day at checkout time and see if we can get different rooms. I told them I was not wasting a day to \"try\" to get what I booked originally and gave $100 credit to use on food/drinks between 6 guests. Eventually, after a lot of back and forth they told me they would put us in the connecting room of one of our rooms and they would cover the cost of that($45 USD per night per room). The next day they told me they dont know what I am talking about and cannot do that - I even told them names of the staff and they said cant help you. Instead they said they would upgrade the rooms but we would be on opposite ends of the hotel. Finally I was able to get them to secure us 1 room with two beds and we kept one of the original rooms with the cot; I could not check in yet though so I spent more than half of the day without a room. They refunded me 3 nights of a resort fee - which in total is not even half of what they said they would cover cost wise. Also, drains, lights, fridge did not work either!

I did not like when my husband and I were in my room and a staff member knocked and then opened door without me even getting to door. I was almost to door. She was just going to walk in. It was not housekeeping but I guess a mini bar staff person. We did not even touch or open mini bar. I told her NO you don't get to come in. I immediately called front desk and complained because I didn't like that anyone can knock and just walk in anytime. I had my purse in room and my wallet open and my credit cards in wallet too. What's to stop any staff from taking things. Not happy at all about that.

This is a great classic hotel. The Octavius rooms are spacious and comfortable. A couple of drinks at the pool is going to cost you $100, though. I don’t expect we’ll be back — it’s a very nickel and dime to death sort of place. I’m happy to pay top dollar for an excellent hotel, but the little comforts are full of predatory pricing in a way I haven’t seen yet in my 15 years of going to Vegas.

Beautiful property. I have stayed many times at different properties in Vegas. Besides gambling there are alot of restaurants and shops in Caesars to walk around. The only down side is the amount of walking from the garage to the lobby/room. However to be expected in Vegas. I had to toss my heels after a bit for my sneakers.

The bed was like a volcano. Crater in the middle. Dirty bathroom. Trash floating in the pool, not just one cup but many cups and cans, plastic food bowls. Bachanal buffet was not worth it. Cold lumpia and no seasoning. Only Brian at the front desk was good. Never again

Don't touch the mini-bar! You will be charged 20 dollar restocking fee for moving an item and putting it right back! No other fridge is in the room. Bring a cloth cooler and save some coin on drinks.

My friends and I really enjoyed Caesars! We had an issue with the air conditioner and the manager called me and sent someone up right away, the only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a fridge and they told us we would have to pay additional to rent one…. But other than that our stay was great and we will definitely stay there again.
