The staff were amazing. My room said that it was newly renovated. I beg to differ there was one stripe of new white paint on the ceiling.
No bedside lamps.
On a safety aspect there were no signs showing the depth of the pool and only one set of steps to enter or leave the pool. I noticed a very novice person entering the pool but got the shock of her life when the depth of the water was approx 1.7m.
The steps in the shallow end were completely all that remained of them was 2 holes in the tiles. This is totally unacceptable.

Very wonderful staff on reception, especially Jan, also housekeeping was also excellent, room cleaned everyday, topped up with 2 bottles of water. A very nice swimming pool, which was cleaned every morning. Overall, a very pleasurable experience, good Wi-Fi, friendly and approachable staff, very clean and the location is great. Highly recommend, my go to hotel in Pattaya.

Bars offered good beers. Stayed out late so the Rock Factory (Rock Bar) opposite did not give me any issues… but the place is loud so if you go to bed before 3.30am good luck you are not going to sleep.. hotel is centrally placed so can hit all the night spots.

It has everything but it is loud until 4 am everynight! Its perfect for a two week holiday and you want to make the most of it. Soi buhkao, soi honey, treetown, 15 minute baht bus ride to soi 6. Great central location for being right in the middle of it all.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, the front desk staff had very poor knowledge of English.
Although this wasn't the hotels fault, opposite there was a bar that had heavy rock bands playing until 3am, this made it almost impossible to sleep.
I like this hotel, but I won't return whilst the present situation is there.

People booking this hotel should be made aware of the heavy rock club directly across from it i couldn't get to sleep until 4am every night with the music so loud had to check out 2 weeks early and find another hotel you shouldn't be allowed to sell rooms in this hotel i was lucky i was travelling alone but god help family's staying there it ruined the first half of my holiday and cost me £800 in total with what i lost off you and paying for another hotel absolutely disgusting treatment of your customers wont be using you again and certainly wont recommend you to anybody

The wardrobe door did not slide
this was repaired within 1 hour of my complaint to reception

The Safe in my room did not open
This safe was replaced by a new Safe within 1 hour of myvcomplant to reception

The pillows smelt bad the cleaner
got me better pillows but not new pillows this was alot better than the pillows i had

First night the bath towels was very old had holes i spoke to the cleaner and i received better bath towels for my next two nights

i enjoyed the swimming pool
its a good size

Location is very good everything you need is close and 7 Eleven open 24hours

Its a little expensive for what you get

One night stay - its a little expensive for what you get. The area is good for nightlife if your after this - and it has the noise that goes with this. If your not looking for this than this is not the best hotel.
Also breakfast expensive and not so good. Renovated rooms done basically - but clean and all ok.

Couldn't find my booking for 2 hours. Very frustrating. Room on 6th floor as per website photo. Recently renovated. I liked the USB wall socket for charging. No travel adaptor required. WiFi good in all areas of hotel. Looks a little run down externally but ok. Food good. Pool out of action for 4 days due pump failure and turned green. Pumps fixed and gallons of chlorine dumped in pool to clear water. No warning signs. Overall a good stay and ok standard for budget hotel. Right in middle of nightlife.

This is a budget hotel, not to be compared with top end 5 star facilities. The rooms are adequate, the pool is superior, the restaurant is OK, staff are great. The big plus is location! The property is smack in the middle of soi Bukaho, surrounded by the entertainment district on all sides! I have spent a total of at least 6 weeks there, and will revisit if I don't have more long term digs already arranged. It,s a great budget option! ;)

building works are being carried out to the hotel.

the hotel is undergoing renovation 1 floor at a time so myself and 3 more friends spent 4 nights on one floor then 13 nights in the newly renovated part of the hotel.
the room did look nice after painting but the hotel have decided to remove the stranded type bed bases and replaced them with solid low level base that is about 100 mm above the floor level that i found quite had to stand up from.
over than that the hotel is still very well placed with good staff.

good location

within easy walking distance to supermarkets, vegetable market, gym, bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms very reasonable for the price. Breakfast is buffet style and very good especially the Thai food. The main restaurant closes at 6pm which is too early for my evening eating habbits.

The picture you see of the hotel in the internet is not the same in reality. Firstly, the hotel area is not so big as it looks in the internet picture. Secondly, the place is quite old and the neighborhood is somewhat crowded. Rooms are good and spacious, but the toilet lighting needs improvement. Certain days the street music can be quite loud and is played till the wee hours of the morning. Some room amenities, such as coffee maker, safe and big refrigerator are useful. Breakfast is good but the menu is almost the same everyday, specially the fruits. Big shopping malls, night bazar and the beach Broadway are within easy walking distance. The service at the front desk may need improvement.

It was very disappointing to stay with this hotel,receptionist was rude at the time of checking ,room we have booked
it was totally different she had asked us to pay extra bucks to get better room having paid THB 400 extra per room
she didnt give us actual receipt what we have paid for .
One of my 70 years old uncle stayed with us hotel staff have asked us to pay THB 100 for key to open the door
when he locked keys by mistake inside.
Room service was pathetic no water no soap/shampoo even no intercom was working every time we had to go
to reception for a small small thing.it was a rip off.staff at breakfast premises very rude.
How we spend six days there God knows

This was dumpy place in need of repairs but it did have a decent pool and an average breakfast. I would not reccomend this place and dont plan to stay here again. There is noise at night if you are on the street side but I got used to it. The pool is ok but nobody showered before entering the pool and the naked little kid urinated at the pool, I did not go in again. The breakfast was basic and the cook was terrible , h she put her hands n in the food and ate frm from the serving dish. The shower was terrible and the free soap was small. the price ouside on the sign said 720baht,,, cheap.

DUMP. There's no other word to describe it. Peeling paint everywhere, including the lobby. Broken floor tiles in toilet. Peeling surface of table in room. Dim 40w lighting. Awful. And the funny thing is too, for $10/300 baht more, you can spend a night at a new, clean BUDGET hotel slightly further north. Spend the extra. This place is a slum.

The hotel was ok. It's older and isn't a luxury hotel but has bathrooms in each room and a small bar fridge. It could have been a bit cleaner and its location makes for a loud night but overall it was fine. The pool areas nice and I only wish they had free Internet in rooms not just lobby.

We were made to wait for 4 hours at reception.

We were made to wait 4 hours, hotel did not have our confirmation on rooms. I called up many times Expedia India, still no use. I am highly disappointed from both Expedia and Hotel. This ruined our holiday.

The room was on 8th floor, with AC not working and it was dam hot. we just passed our night. Really bad experience.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. The walls are dirty and the lifts are disgusting. Also breakfast was disgusting so I went round the corner and paid for a decent breakfast at the Derbyshire instead. The room was large and the bed big enough for 3 or 4 people!

Not happy satying in this hotel as following reasons;
1 room is not safe and secured as the slidind window had no latch, stangers can enter the room at any times.
2. Breakfast offers limited selection and never get refilled even asking for.
3. Bathroom has no wet and dry area divider, take a good caution when using it.

Our sleeping destination in Pattaya

We had stayed over for 3 days. But the only time we spent in the hotel was while we were sleeping. :)
The hotel is splendid in its simplicity. The hotel staff were a bit late in response but were very friendly, which pretty much made up for the delay...
The attached pool also added to the fun...especially with all the beautiful ladies around us!
Overall, a nice little experience. Recommended for groups going with their friends. Family? There might be better hotels for family.

Terrible Experience!!

I have been stayed here for 3 days, i.e 9th May'13 to 12th May'13 with family.
Hotel's condition was pathetic. Not at all the way they have showed in their pictures.
We have been given room whose AC was not working, with in half an hour we requested to change the room, we shifted to another one and at the 3 in the morning AC stopped working. Again we shifted into another one.
Hotel's condition was pathetic and terrible though staff is supportive but not price worthy at all.
Terrible experience!
You can get way better hotels at this rates.

Wow, What a Disapointment..

Staff looked friendly but not helpful. Rooms were in very bad state, Moved to a deluxe expecting more but got the same type of room with a room safebox, payed extra for this. Far from the entertainment areas in Pattaya.

Location of this hotel is very good. You can get food, bars, super markets, massage parlours, taxi, internet and all facilities near the hotel and the beach is just 10 min away from the location and can walk. Good for 1 or 2 nights. If you want to stay long time in pattaya, you can walk on the street near hotel and find better hotels at cheaper price and good facilities.

This hotel is a value for money. The reception and other staff are friendly. Reception has safety deposit boxes where you can keep your belongings to prevent them from being stolen.
If you bring over a lady guest to your room, her ID is kept with the reception and when she is leaving the hotel, the reception calls you up to ask you if you are safe and all your belongings are there with you, so I gather that they care about your wellbeing.
I would not recommend this hotel for families due to the neighboorhood, but this hotel is a must stay for single travellers, college students, friends etc.

Good aircon and relatively comfy beds. The staff's helpful (if you treat them with respect) and will try to help you with your recuests. Pool's fine but can be a bit crowded. The good thing is that the ocean's only 10min walk from the hotel.
Sadly a lot of prostituts in this naighborhood so wouldn't recommend for families traveling with children, but then again I wouldn't recommend Pattaya for parents traveling with children...
Overall a good hotel to stay in.

A budget hotel close to well priced restaurants and only a short bus ride from the beaches and the nightlife of Pattaya.

The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a dip in the pool.

The massage place downstairs have a great foot massage.

Having arrived at the hotel I had to pay 1000 baht for the key was tired so paid it the room was basic and better than i expected as i didnt pay a lot for it.
There are no balconies which wasnt a problem tv in the room and air con shower no shower curtain but seemed to drain away well, the maid came in everyday to change the sheets and clean.
The hotel is on the main street in soi bakau and right opposite is a music bar which goes on till 3am so sometimes can be a bit annoying if you want sleep but all in all a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

Room is big and Simple. Pool is nice but too near to the main road if you dont mind. Breakfast is quite decent as well.

The only down side is the noise at night due to nearby music. But if you dont sleep till 2 am in the morning, that's Fine.

Room was as expected for the prize but it was very loud. Music bar across the street plays untill 4am and you can hear
