Nasty attitude from the front desk, from check in to check out, the little girl threaten to not refund my deposit cause I lost the receipt, absurd, check out is very strict and they will charge you extra if you pass 12, majority of hotels let you check out by one as a courtesy, room is nasty, no hair dryer, shampoo and soap is very little, mosquitoes and cockroaches are you guests for the night, AC is very loud and hotel is not guest friendly, they will charge extra , owner is a moron for being greedy and will lose a lot of customers.

Staff was rude and really dont care about anything except the tip jar at the front desk. Staff is always on the phone. Accused us of stealing a small towel at check out( which we never got). Staff never said hello or anything unless they had a problem and then they sure let you know it and not in a nice way. Dont even think about bringing a guest to your room there is a 500 baht charge. Be prepared to sign a page long of additional rules and charges at check in. Bad experience all around. You have been warned!

Room was spacious, clean, however there was a smelly odor which came from the pipes in the bathroom. The pool was really nice and they have a bar service offering alcohol at good prices. You are required to give staff credit card number upon checkin in case of damage to the property. This i did not agree with but had to comply. I think this is a bad first impression as 1 it makes you think they dont trust you, and 2 i was not informed of this beforehand and 3 we may be scammed. Surrounding areas have close food places which was convenient, a 711 and burger places etc. However, the motel is let down by the smelly sewer pipes down long driveway. So everytime u go back to the motel or leave the motel you will have to endure the smells
