Nice new hotel well located in Pattaya with comfortable beds and rooms, with no noise from outside.
Breakfast was overall quite good, except for the pastry section which could be slightly better quality.
Only other negative I would mention is that the gym, could have a few more pieces of equipment and/or heavier dumbbells, some kettle bells or medicin balls to make up for the smaller range of machines.

All areas were great. Aside from the gym area. Very little equipment and very small. Would stay again despite the gym . Location was perfect.

Staff was excellent! Amenities were fine. Fitness is OK, but having pull up bar would be nice. Minibar kind of expensive, we stayed earlier in marriott 5 stars new hotel, minibar was twice cheaper. Breakfast wass OK, but at marriott was much better with more choices for the same price. Location is good. The only thing is a room, smelled bad due to toilet sink, staff gave us a air purifier, but if toilet sink stink, nothing helps. Might be only our room, who knows, haven't check other rooms.

This was the most fabulous hotel. I have never stayed anywhere that was so impressive in every respect. The detail - like the man whose role is to flag traffic at the pedestrian crossing to enable safe crossing, or the porter that discretely removed his shoes before coming in to my room or the door men who rush to open door then salute it’s all just amazing. The internal design detail, beautiful rooms, the innovative layout, eating points, service at breakfast, quality of the food. the willingness of the staff, attentiveness. I could go on!

Lovely little gem, nestled just behind the beach road. Newly opened, few minor teething issues customer service wise, however well addressed by experienced leadership. This place will get better as it blends staff culture with local culture, i would highly recommended, bit of class in Pattaya.

For the property I would have rated it a 5 - nice rooms, blue/white coastal design. This dropped down to 1 because of the quality and service - it was a cascade. Most apparently: I ate with a friend at the Den Japanese restaurant on the first floor. The food (Yakitori) arrived cold and when we asked to heat it up, the chef literally blowtorched it (i.e. charred on the outside cold on the inside.) Also, very long waiting time for food even though not crowded.
They gave us 30% off the bill since the food was so bad. I didn't finish the meal because usually when it's that bad at service, there's also sketchy in the kitchen. This was good judgement because within an hour I literally vomitted all the food up on the street. Must've been bad pork or fish (from the sushi). Ruined my last night in Pattaya. I'd rather be out partying but instead I'm stuck in bed with a sore stomach writing this stupid review.

I was very satisfied with the excellent facilities and service. The only disappointment was the breakfast, the hot dishes were cold and not very tasty. For example, rice, porridge, curry, rice, miso soup, etc. I would like to come back next time to eat hot dishes.

Rummet var superfint med en riktigt bekväm säng och en underbar takdusch som gjorde att man nästan såg fram emot att duscha efter en dag i solen. När vi upptäckte att något i rummet var trasigt löste hotellet det snabbt och smidigt genom att uppgradera oss, vilket vi verkligen uppskattade.
Poolområdet var fint och trevligt, men vi önskar att det fanns fler solstolar – det blev några dagar på konstgräset istället för solbädden.
Frukosten var stor och hade mycket att välja på… men jag måste erkänna (med ett leende) att jag saknade pannkakor. En frukost utan pannkakor är ändå lite som en semester utan sol – det funkar, men något litet fattas. 😉
