I initially selected this hotel due to the pictures of the room and proximity to many places. HOWEVER, upon arrival, I was very disappointed. I had booked for 10 days...I ended up leaving after 1 night and they would not refund me any portion at all. The hotel needs serious renovation. Everything is outdated. The bathroom had dirty grouts, torn wood sections, minimal towels, small television. In the future, I will be sure to book elsewhere!

Apts nearby that looked run down. Great location, the beach is around the corner and across the street. I didnt know they were going to need 1000 bhat deposit in cash. No microwave in room. Had to request them to fix the AC twice. It needed a new part. Suffered the first night because it was super late. Staff is very nice. It does get super loud. Oh and my outlet didnt work but when they fixed the AC it worked again. The living room has google tv and youtube but the bedroom doesn't which is a bummer.

This was by far the nastiest hotel experience I personally have EVER had. The place is disgusting, everything's broken, it smells like mold, the front desk trys their best to scam the customers at every turn.
Extra 100 baht if you ask for an extra towel.
1000 baht fee for losing your room key card.
(The disposable plastic ones)
Shower was a joke, the balcony railing is completely rusted through.
This place is straight out of the twilight zone series. It should be demolished and rebuilt.

Dirty old mouldy hotel

This hotel has misrepresented itself with photos that show a beautiful modern clean hotel....this is Not the reality. Buitlding Facade is falling off, carpets stained, walls marked and damaged, mould in the rooms and bathrooms, missing wardrobe doors, yellowing sheets, old tatered towels, stained old furniture, thick dust in places the list goes on and on. Unfortunately we had to stay here for 6 days! It was not pleasant at all.

I’m never one to complain, if there is a good point to make I would, but on this occasion, I’m sorry to say I don’t have anything positive to say at all , staff on reception were really rude , and no help with anything at all , the rooms were very dusty plus the back of our balcony was a building site and construction going on all day . I will say one thing the rooms were a really good size . We didn’t have any hot water at all , I mentioned it at reception and she said leave it to run 5 minutes, we tried different times of the day and nothing made a difference, she said that is how it is !

Fantastic!

I've stayed here a few times before, but this was the best yet. This time I stayed in a corner suite (with sea view) and I was delighted with it. A great view out to sea over the rooftops and two big rooms to relax in. Staff as friendly as ever and many good dips in the swimming pool. Terrific!

We paid above average for this hotel because it was classed as a 4 star. This is a low 3 star hotel which in no way lives up to its pictures.

On the fourth floor the carpet was very dirty and the fittings of the hallway were damaged and marked everywhere. It felt like entering a badly kept teenage dorm at the end of a semester.

The room itself was very old school - nasty dark furniture and in need of a refit. A dead cockroach was easily visible which looked like it had been there for a while. Although we could see the sea from the window the view also included some very ugly, scarred buildings. It didn’t feel completely safe at night.

The bath was filthy. Balcony furniture terrible. The main door didn’t close properly on its own.

However, when you get your bearings, the location isn’t too bad. You’re very near the beach and you can walk to most places. The staff were ok.

My main gripe is that this is more of a high 2 star/low 3 star and we paid way over the odds for this.

The whole place either needs to accept what it is and price accordingly or have a complete refit.

Love the view & very friendly and helpful staff

A great time! This is the second time I've stayed here and I chose it both because it has a balcony with an excellent view to the sea but also because it's in a great location for easy access to the beach and many bars/restuarants. As with my first holiday, the service was good with the staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a small issue with the key safe and door lock on arrival was very promptly sorted for me. The only thing that's not great is the shower (poor pressure). It worked well enough though and I was really happy overall. Thank you for a terrific stay!

The front staff are absolutely rude with very limited customer service. On day of check out, the lady at the front desk calls my room at 12:02 (2 minutes after check out) and was yelling \"you miss check out time, what time you check out\" and rudely hung up the phone on me. The gym equipment is very old and rusted, I almost injured myself using the iron smith machine. So their gym is useless, they only advertise it online as an extra facility to gain customers. It worked on me but i regretted it. I ended up signing up to coco fitness for a 5 day pass. The room was filthy, under the bed is full of dust and garbage. The cleaners only clean where you can see. The carpets on the floor of the hallway have stains and mold. I felt like I stayed in a hostel.

It’s supposedly a 4 star hotel, but it’s far from that. It def shows wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Even for the price, I expected a little bit nicer quality. The location is great and walkable to just about everything. There’s outside noise throughout the night, but that’s because you’re next to Soi 6 and should be expected. Good value for the price. Room was clean. Close to beach. Breakfast was ok but food is not kept hot. Defective room safe not a big deal. Bathroom sink sprayed water when at higher setting. For some unknown reason various room lights would automatically turn on during the night or early morning.
I would stay here again if I was wanting to save a bit of money. Overall a decent budget hotel with a nice king size bed and balcony and near the beach.

To start with, the hotel staff were fantastic! We could not ask for a nicer welcome. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. When we entered our room, there were puddles of water all over the floor which were quickly cleaned up but came back later. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room and it was never quite comfortable temperature wise. When taking a shower, the hot water never worked and due to the design of the shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded with each use. The towels were old and in bad condition. We called maintenance to inquire about the hot water, he came up and said let it run for 10 minutes but it never warmed up. We decided to cut our losses and book the remainder of our stay at another facility.

And have one bar to let cloth dry outside. Location is really good, near to shops, food, and the beach. Will be back, I hope the room conditions would better next time.

Facilities & staff subpar, but location good

Facilities are old, but had a bandaid renovation. Certain little things updated, but clearly not everything. Has an uneven feel as a result. Light switches updated so they could be remotely controlled. Still some stains (mold?) on countertops, etc. Cabinets very old and creaky. A \"queen\" bed was just two doubles pushed together. Hated the split in the middle.

Staff has an attitude. Not very friendly, which is odd in Thailand, Pattaya in particular. They were particularly rude to my Thai companion. I can't remember an instance that was positive, even with my dealings with them.

Most of the other patrons were Indian, and the morning buffet caters to them. BTW the morning breakfast buffet is horrible. Quality of the food is very low. Don't waste your money.

All the money on renovations was spent on the hallways, and lobby, it seems. Has a modern look. That doesn't translate to the rooms, unfortunately.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The reviews about cockroaches was accurate. The walls have stains and chips, bathrooms are dirty and rooms are dated. There is a reason the price for this hotel is low compared to its prime location which is the only good thing next to cleaners and a few of the staff that were friendly. The gym is a joke, the pool has no chemicals to kill germs as I got an eye infection after swimming in it once and I had messaged them well in advance about early check-in, got no reply and when I arrived they charged my double the room cost for 9 hours stay until I could check into my booked room. Never again.

My first time with my GF staying in this hotel at Pattaya as we are celebrating their Sonkran festival (Water festival). We had a happy time playing around and been pour a lots of water (ice-water) from them as for their thai culture is a blessing festivals.
We booked a room with balcony facing the beach with beautiful beach view. Room is great and the bed is very comfortable. Lots of eating places around, especially restaurant and pubs with beautiful thai girls dancing and cheering around, feels great. Will be back to stay again.
Booked a package tour to Koh Lan island for snorkelling, but the tour is very disappoint, 1 and half hours wasted in the morning for others people to gather at the beach taking a speed boat to parasailing transfer plate form and wasted another half hour to take us to Koh Lan (Coral island). When reaching there is almost 11 plus, took a short swim playing around, snorkelling was a very bad experience with this tour as they charge us for 500 baths per pax for snorkelling, they only gave us 30 mins for snorkelling and their safety vest is in very bad condition. I believe there is other tour agent package is far more better than this, will not book this tour agent again.

Problem solve within 15mins. Happy with that. Seaview room on 6/f, actually the beach front shopping mall block half of view. Only partly seaview can see.

Room AC swing was not working and it was same for my friend room as well. The cool air directly hit your face all night. There is no lift. The reception person call a taxi for airport and ask us to give the driver 600 Bath; however, the real fare should be less than half of that price, even the taxi driver return 500 from 1000 note as he thought it too much!

The hotel was probably pretty good when it opened. But it now is tired, scruffy, and unloved. Staff were pretty unhelpful, and were functional at best. The rooms were scruffy, not well cleaned and generally of a poor level all round. It served our purpose, but it really wasn't good. Wifi was rubbish too.

The location is good, but the hotel doesn't make you feel welcome. Small things like staff being to the point and curt, without a smile, 2 coffee sachets per day, bathroom door not having a lock, water from the shower flowing in whole of bathroom due to small partition, low lighting, patchy wifi, etc. make it avoidable for the next time. Pity that all these things are not really issues but apathy to details.

Very disappointed an obviously neglected hotel in poor condition. Empty by all accounts. I was greeted with a list of rules and told my deposit could be cash 1,000 baht only. so many rules, never experienced this before, bar was nothing more than a shelf and counter in the lobby charging 3 times the price for a drink that you can get immediately outside on soi 5 or 6. Restaurant I didn't see anyone in there at all during my stay. Room was basic, could not get safe to function. Balcony edges were covered in bird droppings.

Hotel Selection - next time I'll be more selective

This was my second stay, the first being my first visit to Pattaya 4 years ago. Well things have changed since then, for the worse. Position is great as that hasn't changed, but Starbucks and McDonald's have found there way to the front of the hotel, blocking what I remember being a beach view (I recall being able to see sand - not anymore from the seventh floor were I stayed). Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Room felt well used and in need of a refresher. Shower took forever to get hot, if at all. No power plug in bathroom so couldn't use electric shaver. Pigeons seemed to have made the hotel home, droppings could be seen everywhere from my balcony (time to do some culling I think). Staff are friendly and pleasant, no problems with them, cleaning lady was always accommodating. Maybe this is karma as my first visit to this hotel, I got upgraded from single to a suite which had 2 separate living areas. Maybe I was just spoilt from my first visit and was expecting too much. Anyway, overall I was fairly satisfied but would look elsewhere for my accommodation needs next time.

The front staff need to be re-trained immediately. Not only were they rude, but argumentative. 1 of the women there began yelling at me in Thai. So, I just laughed.

The male staff members were all very polite and attentive. It was the female staff members, who seemed to be PMSing.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 3x before, and continue returning ONLY because it is 1/2 block from the beach. Otherwise, there are so many nicer hotels along Pattaya Beach Road.

This hotel was on sale due to the death of the Thai King. The hotel is close to the sea but with an obstructed view as there is another newer building in the way. The rooms are large with comfortable king beds.

Awesome Hotel. very close to the Beach. nice view from the sea view room. Good Breakfast. Polite & Helping Staff. All the facilities at the hotel are good and as good as new. Good for Couples, Group of Friends. The only thing we did not like of the hotel was they charged us extra for the damage of towel, which was ACTUALLY not damaged by us. Rude staff , whenever asking for directions they had no idea where anything was . Room looks better online. Bathroom was gross

Dirty hotel with rude staff

I wouldn't stay here again, overall the hotel felt dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty furniture, old broken furniture. Staff members were rude when we asked for some help. Forget this place
