The rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday. Air conditioning worked brilliant. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The staff extremely friendly. You are only 5 minute walk from all the action.

Excellent location. Good branding and decebt pizza place. No options for breakfast in the hotel. The main issue is that the rooms are absolutely tiny like being in a jail cell with a sink by the bed. Had my room upgraded to a higher floor and experience was better. Despite the low price would not recommend.

100 meters from the beach. 10/10 recommended.

I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is 100 meters from the beach, has a good swimming pool, and a gym. They also have amazing wood-fired pizza at the front. 10/10, I would come back and stay again. Also, the staff are friendly. :)

No WIFI and Ants

I stayed for 5 night this time and previous years I stated at this hotel when I'm in Pattaya. Good location, nice pool, short walk to restaurants, bar, beach and massage parlors. The staff was excellent, the room needs a paint job and was small. The free WIFI in the room didn't work and had go to the lobby to check emails and go on internet. The assist front office manager knows the problem and it will takes 2 months to fix. I discovered many ants around the sink and I had to change room after 2 nights.

The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The hotel location was perfect for me. What prevented a 5 star rating from me was that the internet went down in my room and throughout other locations in the hotel 2 days in row for long periods of time, which caused a major inconvenience for me. Besides that the hotel was great and I will be back again.

I stayed a total of three weeks at this hotel. After 12 days the M room which was okay, was no longer available. This room was claustrophobic and I actually had anxiety and uncomfortable stress from being in such a small room. You had to shimmy your feet to even move along the bed. It’s so small that thee was no where to put your bags or hang clothes.

The staff were helpful and courteous.

It was pre-paid room with no minbar so why they ask another TH1000 deposit? Also shower unit had a door that didn't allow you any space to shut it unless you was very skinny you simply cannot shut the bathroom door. Also light in bathroom was far too weak.

It was unconfortable to stay with us . The shower was really bad . The water suddenly turn to cold then sometimes it too hot . They had poor amenity. They dont have a toothbrush and haircomb. That is why we have to buy our own toohbrush and toothpase. The cleanliness was soo bad . Specially on the bead head were the phone is place . Its full of dust when i was using the phone to call in the front. Its really dirty . Although the place is very convenient. Hoping the hotel management give the attention for the room cleanliness.

I stayed 5 nights, the hotel was walking distance to the new Terminal 21 shopping mall. The staff was friendly and professional but there were 2 of them need more training as they had trouble answer some basic questions and nice swimming pool. The power pressure in the shower needs to be increased and the room was small.

Check in staff were really unhappy about something. Maybe they are working to long hours. Whatever it was they were not happy to see us (or anyone else, for that matter). They went through the check-in process without a single smile and only spoke enough to give essential information. Room was the size of a shoebox and at B1250 was pretty overpriced by Pattaya standards. There was no closet, no desk/table, toilet and shower were really cramped. I would not stay there again.

Modern looking design, freindly service. Rooms though in need of refurbishment, damaged paintwork in bedroom and bathroom. Impossible to turn the shower on without getting drenched due to wide spread shower head in enclosed space. Competitive price though for similar styled property

Wonderful place to stay except that their is false advertisement about their gym and about their LCD TV which is a company controlled device and I couldn’t entertain my guest, also the gym was terribly mean to me and ask me to pay more money to use the sauna and steam room and even the shower, I was very displeased and I expect 50% of my money back, and please specify to your guest about the limitations of your services so that they do not get miss guided or miss lead...

Pretty great place, pretty great price, the gym is fantastic but the services are not included and also not specified, no sauna and no steam room, so after I work out and I got sore I can’t relax my muscles, unless I’m willing to spend 9$ more each time I use them. Second was the LCD tv which isn’t really accessible for USB movies the control is locked out meaning it’s restricted LCD TV access not specified in my reservation...

Worst experience I've had a hotel in years of travelling to Thailand. Paper thin walls means you hear everything and constant door slamming throughout the night. Housekeeping is hit and miss and don't bother putting your \"Do not disturb\" notice on the door as they just phone you repeatedly. Small amount 30baht in coins stolen by maid. This happened twice as set the trap myself second time to be sure. On a positive it's a great location but not very British friendly. Beware of the 3000 baht deposit you have to pay on arrival. Only accept baht or dollars. No GBP!

The good news is that the room was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were soft, and the hotel was in a good location, near beach road. The bad news was the noise, not necessarily from outside, but from inside. Rude and inconsiderate guests kept slamming their doors going to and from their rooms. I do not blame the hotel staff for this. I did complain my first night there, but there was little they could do. I had to buy ear plugs from a pharmacy in order to get a good night's sleep.

Located at soi 13, Walkable from beach road , Room was good enough for 2 people provided us with 2 single beds.

Neat and clean rooms is what you expect always from a one star hotels.

Wifi speed is good, Have free gym.
