My only complaint is the A/C blows downward into your face while sleeping and is somewhat too strong even on the low mode! Vents need to be redirected! They only provide one room key so if your partner leaves the room they must leave the key behind for all lights and AC to work...therefore knocking on the return is the only way in!! It's a good place overall for the price!

I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast buffet, especially the colder foods - watermelon, salad bar were good. Egg/omelette station was key. Don’t sleep on their hot soup, too. Decent congee.

Super kind and attentive. Pool is across the way, as part of the Sabai Sabana, but I guess under same ownership.

They have an agreement with a different hotel across the road which allows Sabai Inn guests to use their facilities hence the photos are deceiving as they are ofTHAT hotel and not the Sabai Inn although the pohotos of inside the hotel are accurate.Sabai Inn is very clean and in good condition but having to use a swimming pool and restaurant of a different hotel is Not convenient at all.

The only complaint is that in order to get the room cooled with the A/C is to leave the room key in the power source which means when you leave the room the key comes out and the room heats up again

Front desk staff not accommodating, would not supply two keys. My wife was sick and needed to lay down and I was meeting friends. So I had to call her and wake her up to access our room. The key ring was welded together so could not remove key to leave the aircon on or battery for drone/camera/ power banks charging if you go out for short time. Very rude and stingy staff and hotel. Breakfast and pool were across the road. The place is fraudulently advertised as it does not have pool or breakfast facilities in the hotel.

The hotel was good enough but it is nothing like advertised!!! Pictures are of the hotel across the road. Supposed to be a 4* but id say its a 3*at best. A shame because the other hotels connected to it are really nice. Just felt a bit deceptive.

I have stayed there previously and i will stay there again when and every time I visit pattaya.
It serves all my needs ans staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance and taxi bikes are 2 minutes away. Whilst being in a good location the road soi2 is very quite. If the beach is also an important part of your vacation it is only 3 minute walk away.
