Staff were 5star! In a 3star hotel ! rooms need an upgrade looking very tired only two power sockets breakfast was catering for all the Indians by the hundreds limited menu had to lived in fried eggs for three weeks being in North Pattaya not that close to the night life

I stayed here for about 10 days altogether so I requested a quieter room away from the pools and they got me a top floor unit on a different side of the hotel. Services were great. It’s also my favorite location in Pattaya on north end of town. Always went out for breakfast. Nice little hike to Beach Road.

We had an excellent stay. The staffs were all very helpful, friendly, clean facility and our room was agood size for a family of 3. The front desk changed our room from 2 twin beds to a 1 queen & 1 twin without charging us. Their breakfast buffet were great, so many options between asian and western cuisine. The location is great, safe to walk even at night. I wish we could've stayed longer and definitely will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience in Pattaya.

Perfect location. Walking distance in minutes to: Walking Street/Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. Hot shower water 💦 very much appreciated. Near the attractions but far enough not to hear the party life raucous. Truly recommended.

I love staying at Ibis must stay hotel.

Our stay was outstanding stay at the Ibis I would stay again here. Odie was our first interaction as he offered us a balcony room but because my husband was disabled we required a room with a walk in shower odie accommodated our request so quickly. The breakfast was delicious and always had some kind of vegan friendly food which was so good. Location location this hotel is right next to terminal 21 and other shopping and activity area.

My only disappointment was, when I booked my room for 6 days, and the room information said that there is a balcony. But I was given a room without a balcony, and the windows could not be opened either.
The only way to change the air in the room was to keep the air conditioning on all the time. This was the first time I stayed in a room where window can not be opened and it was not a good feeling at all. Other than that, location was good, it was quiet, and the breakfast was better than my expectation.

위치랑 가성비가 좋아요~. 다른데 머무르다가 새벽비행기 타려고 하루 머물렀는데 가격 저렴하고 낮에 바다 수영장 놀고 씻고 가기 좋았어요.
위치는 최상이고 이비스 답게 관리 잘되어있어요. 대신 이비스 답게 콤팩트한 방 구성입니다. 대신 다른 나라 이비스보다는 조금 더 넓어요. 시설은 조금 오래되서 저렴한 것 같았는데 없는 거없이 잘되어 있고 투숙객도 꽤많아요!
