Unit clean but lacked attention to detail. 1 roll of loo paper for 2 people. Tissue box empty. Globes blown. Very dated with rusting washer & dryer. No cafe, restaurant or convenience store within walking disance. The lift and parking were appreciated. The view is spectacular. The shower is strong and hot and the bed comfortable. If you are fully self-contained and intend to be outdoors most of the time this will suit. But at $250 a night it's an expensive way to store your luggage.

Large living areas for all the kids gear. Very friendly and inviting. Our kids loved every minute in the pool, exploring on the beach and surrounding rocks for fish and small crabs. Walking trails are great. The Bowen Parkrun was lovely alongside the beaches.
We were grateful to be in a pet friendly unit though our Collie could easily clear the fence. More for small dogs.

The property was over priced for what was on offer. The bathroom floor became very slippery when wet, the external sliding doors were extremely hard to operate, the toilet leaked, the shower rose was past its 'use by' date, the bed was very good, cleanliness was very good, items in the unit were all good. The block-out curtain had holes in it. The outside patio light didn't work, the parking space for our unit was always occupied by others and we were unable to park on-site.

Could stay at the resort and never leave with great snorkeling around the rocks at the end of the beach and lovely clean beach to walk and relax on as well as swim. Worth the walk up to the path behind the resort for amazing views over the bay from Mother Beddock lookout.

Rose Bay Resort is absolute beachside and perfect for a quiet couple’s break. Our stylish well appointed suite had a lovely view of Rose Bay’s granite boulders and swaying palms which seemed like our own private little idyllic tropical cove. You simply step out of your lounge, onto your private terrace, over a little sward and your on the white sandy beach.

Wow what a lovely spot gorgeous outlook and access to a beautiful beach .The staff very friendly and helpful and tried to fix any problems we had .Reception is limited hours only.The rooms are not serviced daily but can be for an extra charge. Our 3 nights spent at Rose Bay Resort was very relaxing and peaceful with the only noise coming from the ocean waves breaking on the sandy beach right in front of the apartments. I think we'll echo what most other people say in that we wish we'd been able to stay longer. This place was the perfect little getaway and felt quite secluded while still being close to amenities. Our room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable and the view from our room and little patio was incredible. If only I could wake up to that every morning!
