J inspired, just a little off of the main path is a nice hotel. The room seems to be a bit larger and they all Overlook the pool shared with the J Hotel. All of the staff was okay and helpful if needed, although they didn't all seem happy or attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the microwave, small refrigerator, and kitchen sink. The bed itself is so so, it could probably use two more pillows to make it a little bit more comfortable. Overall not a bad place to stay and very close walking distance to the large terminal 21 Mall

poor quality breakfast and reception staff (except reception manager who was fabulous) are unfriendly and treat guests like thieves !! need a receptionist to unlock the lift to go down to the car park what a joke !!

Location of the hotel is near to Terminal 21 and also Tesco Lotus which is an advantage if you plan to take some brief walk to visit those malls. There aren't street food / hawker around the hotel, hence, for meals, you would need to visit those malls and their surrounding areas. There is a 7-11 nearby around 50m from the hotel which is a plus for you to get your snacks and other stuffs. Hotel isn't that friendly for small children as there are no baby seats available at dining area. Reception staffs and some breakfast staffs could be trained and improved further as I find some of them lack of welcoming and smiles. It doesn't reflect Thailand as a land of smile. Overall, most staffs are helpful and happy to greet you except for some with very obvious \"black faces'. Maybe they were having a bad day.

One negative thing to note was the breakfast time closed exactly at 10am. They would off the air conditioning and turn off the music and pull up all the window blinds making you extremely uncomfortable to even stay for another 10 minutes to finish up your coffee/tea. This is the only hotel I stayed among 50 over hotels that I have visited all these years to have such practice. This is a very bad and rude practice I would say. You can get your staffs to clear the buffet area and allow the guests to finish up whatever food or drinks they still have in comfortable way. A grace period of 15-20 minutes would be good as most guests would leave by then.

The stay at J Hotel Pattaya was good - we picked the Suite due to our 2 young children - there was plenty of space for everyone. We ordered room service and we expected a typical hotel food, but the quality was excellent. The staff was helpful, and the swimming pool was nice.

I throughly enjoyed my 7 day stay. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the overall appearance of the facility and found the staff to be courteous, helpful and professional. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the hotel is located a little off the beaten path, which was great for sleeping, enjoying a peaceful and tranquil moments or just relaxing; it was just a short walking distance to city center shopping, dining and nightlife. The beach and Walking Street are a longer walk or short taxi ride away. No complaints from this visitor!!!

A Good hotel at a good price

J Inspired is a nice hotel on North Pattaya Road (about a 10 min Song-toa ride to Central Festival Mall on Beach Rd). It is on it's own Soi, and shares its courtyard/pools with Hotel J. Overall, it is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the water pressure was good in the shower, and you get your own private balcony. Room service was more expensive than Thai street food (obviously), but less expensive than other hotels. The pools are both saltwater and nice...lounge chairs and covered love loungers a-plenty at pool side. The rooms are a bit on the sparse side and have a 'hard' feel to them (concrete, sharp edges), but that is part of the design. The bed is also on the harder side (by North American standards). Wifi was solid. Staff was friendly an helpful! The hotel is a bit far from the \"action\" but the hotel provides a shuttle song-toa 3 times a day to CentralFestival Mall. Make sure you arrange your way back to the hotel before you've had too many Singhas and you can't negotiate your way back (hotel not on main night song-toa route). 7-11 about 100m from hotel, and large Tesco-Lotus Mall/Department store about a 5-10min walk up N. Pattaya Rd. We would stay here again.

Honestly I expected more from this hotel considering the other reviews but this was my experience: check-in time is 2pm and I arrived 3:30pm, standing at front desk waiting to check-in I was ignored, after helping a large group that arrived after me the front desk staff told me to wait an additional 20 minutes because my room was not available yet, all arriving guests receive a welcome drink but they neglected to give me one, when I told them they forgot my welcome drink they apologized but still didn't respond by giving me a welcome drink, instead the lied to me and told me I was waiting the extra time for an upgraded room, when I was taken to the room it was a standard room with two twin beds pushed together to make a so called double bed, in addition to this lack of hospitality, the wifi was weak, the digital cable was spotty, and the hallways were noisy echoing every voice and door that closed... Honestly, I was not impressed with the experience J Inspired Hotel offered :-(

Great city hotel within walking distance to beach

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous when we arrived. The check-in process was quick. Hotel lobby was very clean, very large with many seating areas with modern designs language. We love the fact that the main lobby and the pool deck is interconnected. Our room was spacious and most importantly very clean. Our bathroom had a bathtub and a stand in shower. We loved the salt water pools and the wooden pool deck. The pool area is well integrated to their other swimming pool facility. There are total of 2 swimming pools within the facility. We loved the sereneness of the plaza space. It is well ventilated and very open but still provide privacy. There are areas with shades within the pool decks and many with direct sun light for those who like sunbathing.
Breakfast buffet was very delicious with many options from American breakfast with freshly made omelet to Thai food. There were cereal, milk, fresh fruits and freshly brew coffee. We traveled with an 18-month old baby and we were able to feed the baby with their breakfast offerings. Our baby had a blast eating. Lastly, we thought the hotel was well planned with accessibility in mind. Our baby required the use of stroller and we were happy that the hotel facility has proper ramps that made it easy for us to move within the hotel. We never had to carry the stroller up the steps during our stay. Lastly, they offer scheduled shuttle service to Central Festival Pattaya.

Hotel for large Chinese groups only. Extremely loud during the day, pools are overcrowded and not very clean. Breakfast is almost completely optimised for Chinese people.

Walls are extremely thin, you can almost everything that your neighbours do.

In the room you have a green blinking light on the ceiling that is quite bright and makes it hard to fall asleep.

Beds are the worst so far that we have experienced in Pattaya.

I would not recommend the hotel for European guests or people that want to relax in a good hotel. It’s definitely far away from being a 4 star hotel. Maximum it’s a below average 2 star hotel.

Positive: seven eleven, terminal 21, beach are at a okay distance

Dårlig beliggenhed, for langt fra alt, ingen turer eller hjælp til ture fra hotellet, personalet var søde og høflige men ikke super til engelsk, morgenmaden var en alr sammenlignings, af ris og nuddelretter, og en lille smule brød yoghurt og æg.
Sengene var sten hårde.
Trænings lokalet var sørgeligt, intet at vælge mellem, alt for små lette lysægte, en for gammel slit multimaskine der ikke er blevet vedligeholdt og et par tavlige cykler og løbebånd.

섬유유연제 냄새가 너무 강해 머리가 아플정도..하우 지나니 그나마 적응한건지..좀 괜찮아지네요. 수영장 공사로 한곳은 사용불가.. 공지하지 않아 아쉽네요. 위치는 좀 아쉽지만 조용하게 자기는 좋은듯.. 저연령 아동 동반으로는 괜찮은 숙소. 조식이 좀 단순하고 종류가 다양하지 않음

fint stort værelse, med stort badeværelse. Sengene var meget hårde og ikke særlig behagelige. Morgenmaden var ok, men der manglede ost og pålæg samt andre europæiske retter. Der var kun sort kaffe, billig æble- og appelsinjuice, der forventer vi flere valgmuligheder på et 4 stjernet hotel. Solstole ved swimmingpool var slidte, stigen i poolen var i stykker, så man skulle kravle op af siden af swimmingpoolen.
Personalet var venlige, men havde svært ved at tale og forstå engelsk.
Hotellet ligger ca. 10 minutters gang fra terminal 21, hvor Pattaya strand og by starter.
Ok hotel til prisen, men trænger efter hånden til en renovering.

海岸やパタヤ中心部からは、少し外れた場所にあるがショッピングセンター（ターミナル21）や大型スーパーが徒歩圏にあり、ほぼ隣接地にはセブンイレブンもあって便利。
海が遠望できることを期待して、シティビューにした。5階の部屋をあてがわれたので期待したが、ほんのすこーし海が見える程度にとどまり、プールビューの方が楽しいと思う。

ロビー前のプールは印象的で、素敵だった！

不錯，仍有進步空間。

酒店房間大，給人乾淨衛生的感覺。
酒店職員大多都很有禮貌，值得一讚。
酒店空間感足夠，又有泳池和健身室，設施不錯。
不過，房間的鑰匙是一個很大的膠牌連鎖匙，不太方便。
此外，晚上10點後升降機便停用， 10點後回到酒店，便要爬樓梯才可回到房間，我住的可是6樓啊，累！
酒店有提供篤篤往返芭堤雅海灘，方便住客，很好！可惜每天只有四單去程三返步程，又能加密班次就更好了。
最後就是餐廳很大，可惜早餐不太好吃。

很滿意這家，乾淨舒適，游泳池算大，早餐款式不算很多但都是好吃而且高質的，路口就有7-11很方便，就是去Terminal21要走15-20分鐘，太陽大時走這段路其實也蠻難熬的，飯店走不到10分鐘就有一家Lotus超市，雖然不及BigC那麼大但對於買不夠想補購的旅客來說是很好的選擇！

某d職員面口雖然係爭d, 但大致上係唔錯的。
執房既職員都執得好好，係唔記得比厠紙啫，哈哈
早餐都係果d啦，選擇唔多，不過不失
咁岩我地果2晚，用唔到wifi同睇唔到電視，因為佢話比雷劈中左個天線。
附近好近就有便利店，好放便
如果有機會既話，都會想簡番依間既
