Very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large and beds firm but very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and helpful, however the property could perhaps invest in more sun loungers by the pool and the sun deck near the pool needs an overhaul.

I wasn't even at the steps to the hotel, and the staff came over to me and took my suitcase!! A great start! I met the front desk staff, and they checked me in super fast! And, when I turned around, the bell hop guy had already taken my suitcase up to my room!! I changed into my swimming trunks and got to the pool! A perfect pool! It's 1.5 meters deep. Perfect temperature. Lots of lounging chairs are available. It's just a gorgeous, clean hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!! If you need to feel like a special guest, come to Hotel J. Pattaya!!

I am on my last day here at Hotel J Pattaya. I can tell you that the hotel is wonderful. I was here from Feb 4 to 18. The staff are incredible! SO FRIENDLY and helpful! The place is constantly being cleaned by someone. The rooms are fantastic. The place seems empty of people.
Most times, the pool has nobody swimming in it. There's a separate kids' pool. It looks great! A gentle slide. Water guns mounted on the pool deck. Lots of floatie toys for the kids..life jackets too! Hardly anyone around.
If you come here for some nightlife (at the hotel, I mean), there's none. The bar is closed. It's pretty quiet here at night.
To get to downtown is only a mile walk (1.6 km). Twenty minute walk. That will take you right by the amazing Terminal 21 mall, which is just a half mile away! And just a quick walk up from the hotel is a 7-Eleven store to get snacks and liquor. There is no store in the hotel.

They advertised that there was a gym facility and upon arrival they informed us that the gym is closed for refurbishment. Staff English was very poor and communicating and asking for anything was a mission.

The room is good, very spacious. Pools are okay, but I slid in one of the pools, the stairs are too slippery... It has no handrail. Staff seems to be unattentive. Food is okay.

Fabulousity of J hotel

It was a pleasant stay for us all though there was a hiccup at first . But with the effeciency of the staffs esp mr Mang /Mong ( front office at the evening shift when we checked in ) ,the problem was solved immediately . We were also was given a full information about the hotel other services ; shuttle bus to the beach , etc. Most of all , we Love the cleanliness of the hotel esp our room . I will surely recommend this hotel to others and make sure myself to book my stay here again in future.

Tesco Lotus is just 5 mins walk away. Close to most amenities but a 25 mins walk to Pattaya Beach, which is perfectly fine for us. The Bangkok-Pattaya bus terminal is 15 minutes walk or couple of minutes by car. Book at the reception for a nominal cost of 100 baht one-way from hotel to bus terminal. Buffet breakfast spread is good enough, nothing to complain. Hotel is very thoughtful to provide a clothes hanger at balcony for guests.

Good hotel to stay, nice and clean, room size is ok with small balcony face to the pool, it’s exactly what you see in the pictures, prices are cheap may be the location is not a walking distance to the heart of Pattaya , but overall are very convenient , we rent a car at Bangkok airport ,so it doesn’t bother us.if you choose a budget hotel , defintely this is a good pick.

The Aroma Cafe got one old ladies no \"manners\" when talking to me, looks like she is the superior at there. Hotel management should gave more training for those upper level workers on the \"manners\"! Those junior staff is good in smiling.

Nice hotel. Would stay here again.

The hotel was nice. They have a swimming pool. It's a bit of a walk to get anywhere from the hotel.

Their breakfast was not nice though... sorry, but the food was tasteless, the coffee was like brown water, and the staff left all of the steamer dishes with the tops open so all the food was cold.

Not great at all. Was misled by pictures that the room was good. Condition of room was bad as walls was cracking and the hotel only maintain cleanliness in the lobby because every time I will see like 4 or 5 people cleaning the lobby. Either the doors of the floor and the lobby looks great. But once upstairs to the room it's a different place. Bad is the word.

Location is a bit far from town

I stayed at the J Hotel Pattaya last Nov 4 to 6, what can I say....the hotel is ok I'm happy with that, cleanliness and condition is great, but the location is quite far from town and beach road, the information giving on their website is very wrong soi suggest they take it down and give more accurate information and not to mislead customers. The service is quite fair, there is this one lady at the reception who is not very helpful at all instead she is just frustating us more. The day that we checked in, I told her already about my complain about the location and that the website information is misleading she just looked at me not sure if she understand what i just said.

unexpected surprise

Unexpected surprise when arrived this hotel after crossing the narrow little road by the connecting van from the Bkk airport bus company. Hotel was new, clean & comfortable. Price was very good. Esp. my friend & I loved their buffet breakfast, it really make up our day :) It's easy to connect to everywhere in Pattaya.

Over all I have to say it is not a good choice. I have a lot of problems with Internet. It cannot be connected often. It is in the north of Pattaya. Not so convenient for visiting the beach. Another thing someone needs to fix the hot water.

The location was great. Not too busy but convenient to go around the town. The breakfast (at the time of my stay) was wonderful; a wide variety of choices and delicious. My only complaint seems to be the TV in the room which was very blurry due to bad bad bad signal.

Nice to stay at the Hotel J.

Hotel J is located right on Pattaya Neua Road, a main thoroughfare which will take you from the highway (Sukhumvit) right down to Pattaya Beach Road. It's also located within walking distance from a Tesco Lotus supermarket which has many dining options as well including KFC, a Pizza Company, and MK suki restaurant among others. The hotel itself is still pleasing and the upkeep has been good since their opening. The beds are a bit firm, but this is common in Thai hotels. The water pressure is great and the hot water is plentiful - a rarity in Thai hotels that they get the water hot enough for those of us from cold climates. The breakfast buffet is really good if you get it included in your room rate - they have some nice non-breakfast items too like stir-fried vegetables, roasted meats, fish, and chicken as well for those of us who detest eggs and bacon. I encountered a problem at 3:30am with a drunk party in the room next door - one call to the reception and the hotel security was there in a flash to take care of the problem. Overall, it's the only place I stay these days in Pattaya as the price to value ratio is great and the location is superb with plenty of parking as well.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff and hotel quality are very good. It has a very nice design to it, very different. Everyone is so helpful and the restaurant downstairs is great and very affordable.
The surrounding area doesn't have much, but near busy roads to grab a quick cab or baht bus to get you anywhere. the morning breakfast is ok... could be alittle better, but still good. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels in the area, and this is by far one of the best :) will definitely go again.

Excellent Find for a Hotel in Pattaya

I had a great stay at the Hotel J in Pattaya. This new hotel is inexpensive, clean, modern and very comfortable and I would stay there again. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the location is a little out of the way from the beach and the main drag through downtown but both can be easily reached by taxi, renting a motorbike or just hiking it. It took me around 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center at Walking Street but that's okay to me. There are still plenty of bars and good restaurants near the hotel. Also, the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor bar. The breakfast was inclusive of the rate and was okay and typical for Southeast Asia hotels. I didn't try the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner so I can't comment on that.

Hotel J is my new favorite place to stay

I found Hotel J listed on the Expedia recommended hotels section and booked it as my usual place (Ibis) was full. What a great turn of events! This is a brand new hotel with fantastic rooms well worth the rates. The standard room I had came with a deluxe bathroom with shower and tub with shutters opening into the bedroom so you can watch TV from the tub. Hot water was very hot (unusual for Thai hotels) but the aircon was only so/so - may have just been a bad unit in this room. Other nice feature was a balcony - Ibis charges extra for that too but came standard at the J. Pool looked great but didn't have time to use it - wifi is free (WOW! another rarity in Thai hotels) and there's a PC in the lobby if you didn't bring your notebook. Plenty of parking too both outside and underground below the hotel. Overall I give it an A+ and will be using the J for all subsequent drives down to the Chonburi/Pattaya area.

バスでパタヤに行ったのてすが、着いたパスターミナルからも歩いていく事ができ(15分くらい)ターミナル21までも(10分くらい)歩いていけて便利で静かな場所だったので、ゆっくり寛ぐ事ができました。部屋もグレードアップしてもらい快適に過ごす事が出来ました。値段以上でコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。

酒店外觀正常，環境舒適，但房間部分設施老化（如水龍頭或露台枱櫈）

泳池設於地下個層，一大一小，大既有滑水梯俾小朋友玩，周邊有幾部跑步機單車機

酒店行出黎5分鐘有間7仔，可當臨時補給，酒店早餐200銖，算抵食。其他最近多野食既地方應該係Terminal 21

至於去海灘個邊，就行得有小小遠，但俾20銖坐車又可輕鬆解決

這已經是第三次入住hotel J了，第一、二次覺得相當新穎舒服，經過疫情後，飯店桌椅躺都無修繕，退色相當老舊，但早餐還是豐盛好吃！

簡單的小酒店推介

酒店從大街旁的小路進入，不難找，而且離T21 很近算方便，房間整潔，床褥軟硬適中，加了港幣$30-1天有2位早餐，很抵食，以這個價錢入住，也算不錯。

普通以下で大丈夫な人向け

ホテルJ系列で3つ違うホテル有り。(--> Hotel J Pattaya, Hotel J Residence, J Inspired Hotel )
名前はほとんど同じで、建物もすぐ隣りなので混乱する人も多いのではと思われる。
しかし深夜の受付に居る窓口の人間はそのような新規外来者の背景に気配りできない不親切な対応をするのでそこでまず気分を害する可能性有り。(昼間の受付はそうでは無いことを願う)
旧館なのか、部屋は広いものの、室内デザインや設備は古い。

여자친구와 1박으로 다녀왔어요. 주변은 솔직히 많이 안돌아 다녀서 잘 모르겠지만 가성비 하나는 좋네요. 당연히 초 고급 호텔은 아니지만 가격보다는 더 좋은 호텔입니다. 방콕에서 왔는데 이 호텔 근처에 버스터미널이 있어서 이동시 좋았어요.

사장님은 친절하세요 근데시설쪽에선 샤워실에 물이잘안빠지고 샤워기머리부분이 고장났더라고요 그거빼곤 불편한거없었구요
밤에 수영장이예쁩니다 위치도 뭐하느냐에 따라 다르겠지만 썽태우타기엔 않좋은위치구요 헬스랜드 마사지샵과 터미널은가까워서 저는 괜찮았어요~

This hotel is only few years old. Room’s are big enough and the staff is very nice and speaks English. There are quite a lot of Chinese using the hotel. Overall I think it is a very good hotel for the value. Breakfast was really good.

로비부터 환한 분위기에 넓어 편안했고
객실은 깨끗하고 넓었으며 침대가 편했습니다.\
욕실도 2개여서 가족이 나눠서 씻을 수 있었지만 샤워 헤드가 고정되어 있어 약간 불편했습니다.
조식도 맛있었고요.

패키지 관광객이 많다는 얘길 듣기는 했는데 한 번도 마주친 적이 없었고 호텔은 조용했습니다.
재방문 의사 있습니다.

ราคานี้ โรงแรมอื่นน่าจะดีกว่า

ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ห้องที่พักเจอแอร์มีเสียงดัง อ่างล้างหน้ารั่ว เครื่องอาบน้ำไม่มีให้ เจอเสียงดังจากรุ๊ปทัวส์ทั้งจีนและเกาหลี ตลอดทั้งคืนถึงเช้า คิดจะไปพักผ่อนกลับไม่ได้นอนทั้งคืน รร.ควรปรับปรุงมากๆ ทั้งเรื่องห้องและจัดการกรุ๊ปทัวส์ให้เป็นระเบียบกว่านี้

그냥 딱 돈값만하는~

남자들끼리 간 여행인데 더블베드를 주셔서 좀 그랬다는 ㅜ ㅜ
다음날 트원베드로 교체를 해준다고 하더니 다음날 물어보니 방이 없다는 이야기만.
이용방 3개중 에어컨이 상태가 안좋아 1개라도 바꿔달라고 했음에도 방이 없다는 대답만 ㅜ ㅜ

6층이였는데 수압이 후덜덜 뭔가 대책이 필요할듯합니다.
한국 중국 패키지 관광객이 많아 아침 조식때 많이 붑비네요~

이외 터미널21 쇼핑몰이 걸어서 10분이내~
