Great stay in a perfect location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. After arriving from a long trip on a hot day, the cool air conditioning in the room felt wonderful. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view of the town.

We ordered supper to the room and received excellent service. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious, with a great selection of food. The hotel’s location is also excellent — within walking distance of many attractions.

The only small improvement I would suggest is adding individual bedside lamps with phone charging ports. Overall, it was a great stay and we would gladly return.

This is definitely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was comfortable but that’s about it. Could use some updates and also the room service was pretty much non existent. I tried to order 3 times and each time, they called back and told me the items I wanted were unavailable even though they were on the menu.

The breakfast was underwhelming. There was a black spot in the hallway ceiling which looked concerning. The TV has limited options.
The room was very spacious. Room service was decent. Workers and people were incredibly friendly. Location was close to a laundromat, 7/11, big c mall, and the beach. Very good price point but I think I got lucky with that. Would stay again if I got the same deal.

Room was really big but, few things I picked up on. No charging plugs next to either side of the bed and only 2 plugs in the room, one for the kettle located in the coffee area and another plug at the writing table.

The tap in the sink are quite old and stiff to use and had to use a lot of energy to turn it on and off.

Breakfast was a big miss and only used it once in our 5 day stay. Not much choices to choose from and flies were having their breakfast as well on the open food.

Location is good as it’s not that far from the beach or shopping centre. There is the hotel van that takes you to the beach but only leaves at a certain time in the day.

Upon arrival, staff checked us into the wrong room and had to go down to explain which they resolved. Next day going for breakfast, we had the lady who ticks off the rooms for breakfast chasing us around with a bill and asking us to pay for breakfast even though we had already paid for the entire stay.

No apology on her end.

Well designed hotel !

Excellent four night stay, the rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable.
English speaking channels are available on the tv.
The WiFi could have been better, there was a poor signal on the eighth floor .
I had a Thai SIM card so I didn’t bother me too much .

The hotel staff were very helpful always .

It was a pleasure stay of a three days visit in Pattaya. The hotel was fantastic, newly decorated, the room was clean, spacious and tidy. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I will come back to this hotel for my next visit.

I was staying in room 1502. As a single traveller, I prefer the lift lobby on 15/F could have brighter lighting to make the place nicer and better in safety.

High hopes but let down

I had high hopes for this stay from all the reviews I've read and come away disappointed. I purposely booked this location hoping for some peace at night, just to find that you can hear bass thumping from the local club in the middle of the night. The buffet breakfast selection at what they charge is limited. My room, although spacious, looks unfinished. And whoever chose the equipment for their workout room clearly has no concept of intended use. The gym itself is a converted meeting room, complete with presentation stage. The equipment is only for show, low gauge steel that would flex upon use, and knobs on elliptical that bang on your knee. Then again, I may be the only person to have ever used the gym.

Best hotel soap ever

A bit mixed but overall not bad. The exterior of the hotel and public areas weren't really to my taste but that's subjective of course. It had a strange feel to it, I got the distinct impression we were almost the only people there. The room itself was pretty good, spacious, well if minimally appointed, large balcony, unappealing view but Pattaya isn't the most appealing city at the best of times. Huge comfy bed, lots of space everywhere which is unheard of. Large pleasant bathroom, large walk in shower, large sink and mirror, tastefully decorated throughout. No bath. Average amenities but best hotel soap ever (it actually lathers). Reasonably priced mini bar for a change, 7/11 adjacent (isn't there always?). Simple décor but tasteful and pretty up to date. Flawless wifi (maybe because it was so quiet). The pool was pleasant but no bar or food and no towel service, we had to look for staff to get towels. Maintenance overlooked in some areas like typical wear and tear and shower grouting but all but the best 5*s do this too. The highlight was clearly the room we got but I'm very aware that you can either get a good or a poor room regardless of what you pay. If you aren't happy with your room be sure to ask for another one on another floor. Parking free and easy (we live locally). Front desk staff very helpful and actioned a request of mine straight away. You can walk easily to pattaya 2 road or soi 6 if that's your thing or the beach in 10-15 minutes via the above. A little bit of a distance from the beach with limited sea views.
Room size is very comfortable and also has a balcony. Breakfast was good. Complimentary drop off at the bus stop was a nice gesture.

Ok hotel. It's rated 5 star how ever ther is no 24 hour room service and the mini bar is completely empty.
Our sliding doors would not lock they fixed them upon request. A little out of the way from the action of Second road and Beach Road. All in all it's ok.

For a new hotel I was bitterly disappointed, toilet didn't flush as didn't the rest of the people on the same floor, showers went cold after 2am, douche kit leaked over bathroom floor, telephone on the wrong side of the room..... charging ports nowhere near the bed which was a massive inconvenience.....pool was ok but no shade over.....you can't call the gym an actual gym as it had 2 running machines and one multi gym and that was it.
If your looking for a brand new looking hotel with large portions, comfy huge bed which is close to local shopping then this is spot on, for me though I would book somewhere else.... deffinately not a 5 star hotel.... staff where brilliant and tried their best with everything.

Hotellet i sig självt var väldigt vackert och rummen var enorma. Dock kändes hotellet äldre än det var.

Med några små förändringar, så som andra pålägg än sylt till brödet och kanske mer än en sorts juice , hade man haft en bättre känsla

Vissa siter klassade hotellet som ett femstjärnigt hotell vilket var orättvist mot hotellet då priset på rum ej var femstjärnigt.

Sammanfattningsvis ett bra hotell med bra läge. Men en kreativ ledning skulle kunna göra det till ett utmärkt hotell.

Hotel reception can't find my booking, althougth i show my booking record, at the end they find the booking with other name because data enter mistake.
After i go up the room, there is not my room type in my booking, i need to ask reception again, this time they says room type name and picture are not match in hotels.com by marketing team foul.
The wifi is not work, i need to ask reception again.
The shower head is break but i dont want to go reception again, it's so hard to report the items one by one.
There are too much mistakes within my stay period.

This is Hotels.com / Expedia bad quality work by far.
The Hotel I like a TEMU version of a 5 star hotel and they present it as such top of the line. If they made a quality test it wouldn’t get over 3 stars in western quality.
Cheap solutions, procrastination of service and no willingness to service their customers.
This isn’t the hotels fault - it’s the Hotels/expedia responsibility not to oversell a product.

夕方5時くらいから朝7時くらいまで、ホテルの近くにある娯楽施設から大きな音で音楽がなっている。
ホテル自体は普通のホテル。五つ星だけどあまり期待はしないこと。（値段相応）
立地は不便だが、それはわかっていたので問題はない。

音だけはなんともならないのでキツかったです。

シービューの部屋にしたけど、あまり見えないのでシービューにこだわる必要なし。

自分が泊まった部屋の反対側に位置する部屋なら音は静かかも？

La chambre est très grande mais la salle de bain un peu vieille. Les serviettes sont vieux et gris. Beaucoup de sois pour le petit déjeuner mais le goût est moyen et un peu piquant.
Le centre commercial , la plage et le spectacle (15 mn à pied). Et un super massage à côté.

Convivialité 0. décoration aléatoire, pas de conciergerie (pour les activités). Hotel de passage, n'est pas Désagréable mais ne vaut clairement pas ses 5 étoiles sur le site.

コンセントの数が少なく、枕元と洗面所にはコンセントが欲しいと思います。
携帯の充電、ドライヤーの利用が少し不便だと感じました。
ホテルの敷地入り口にセブンイレブンがあり、目の前にショッピングモールもあるので、買い物には困らなそうです。
繁華街からは少し離れていますが、ホテルの周りはビアホールが多く、少し騒がしいかったです。

Hotellet är långt ifrån ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Kan ge bara 3 stjärnor och det är snällt bedömt. Vid ankomst blev jag inte erbjuden välkomst drink fastän den ingick i priset. Tråkig lobby med bara en liten Cafe. Poolen är liten och ingen sol flrrän sent eftermidag. Mycket populärt hotel bland ensamma killar från indian och bangladesh. Frukosten var mest indiska grytor. Ofta saknades tomat. Tyvärr badade jag aldrigvi poolen under mina 10 dagar vistelse då jag såg en kund både hosta och spotta i basängen. Rummet var stort men mycket tråkigt. Mycket billiga inventarier. Listan kan bli lång.

Jeg ville ikke satt dette hotellet som en 5 stjerners, hotellet er billig men ikke for å være 5 stjerner, dette er en 3 stjerners hotell.
Mangler mye vedlikehold og renhold, samtidig virker den forlatt og ser ut som ledelsen har valgt å leie den ut til større grupper for en billig penge. Det er synd for den har mye potensialet!

Vi var her under corona perioden. Det luktet kloakk på begge rom, hørte mye musikk fra gata og til frokost var vi 10 personer, i cafeen og ikke i spisesalen. Hotellet er etter min mening kjønnsløst, Finn ett annet hotell.
