This hotel is very outdated. Most of the Air conditioners either don’t work well or drip a significant amount of water creating a puddle on the floor and wetting everything around it. Many light bulbs were out. The furniture either wobbles or falls apart. If anything breaks, they charge the guests for repair costs. Staff is not friendly at all.

Only issue I had was that I had to pay for an additional towel. I didn’t understand the big deal about having an extra towel given the fact I was staying for 20 nights
I was left with the impression that it was a low class establishment
I travel a lot and usually management would not allow you to be disappointed on something so petty
I paid for three extra towels and they made sure I only received only two clean towels per day not one over
Again to me this seems very low class and petty
New hotel I will make sure of the towel policy

Once again, my stay at Nova Park was great! Clean, friendly, comfortable, good location, etc.
The only negative is the LOUD music from either a club or a private residence at night. Very annoying. Other than that, I highly recommend this establishment.

Aircon is broken, does not cool and leaks a big puddle on the bedroom floor. There is mold everywhere. Bathroom sink had a leaky pipe and caused puddle in bathroom. Reception is rude and unhelpful. Did not get the room I payed for. Refused to change my room. Don’t waste your money

Overall it’s a good place to stay, It’s quite an old place so will be a bit dated in some areas, Cleaners were great who came in and cleaned everyday and gave fresh towels, Only 2 complaints is the shower is not consistent with hot water and majority of the time is cold/warm, only other is there is a club at the back or the side of the hotel that plays really heavy bass music past 4am everyday which can become quite annoying and can awake even deep sleepers

Hello there, It’s really too far from every thing. you take a taxi to everywhere, staff are very friendly as usual. The Thai people are very friendly and very well coming but most of the time just pretend overall experience leaving there. I was not happy each time. Get to take a taxi to go somewhere, so it’s far away from walking from everywhere from walking street all the beach look at some better property. It’s really high price it’s not worth of money. We stay in the family room Thank you so much for reading. I am waiting for reply.

The room was just okay, looked old, no hot water for the shower. Had to change rooms half way through my stay because the toilet stopped working. People in rooms near mine were noisy all day because they let their children scream and run up and down the halls and slamming doors.

The staff were very good and cannot fault but the room now is very dated and probably over priced. The room i had had the wall paper peeling in the corner of the room.
If i was staying more than the four nights i would have asked to be moved.

Good hotel. Staff are fantastic, room good no issues. Cleaned daily and friendly people. Pool area good, bit of a sun trap on days. Good area, quiet but restaurants around the area. Around 10 minutes walk to main area. All in all very satisfied, would stay again. 👍👍👍

It's great value for money with the free upgrade to a bedroom suite. The location is the only minor downside, it's a bit out of the way. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to areas where you can catch the baht bus.

This is a nice hotel. Away from the hustle-and-bustle of the southern area locations in Pattaya. The suite room was good. The staff was not nearly as friendly and helpful as other locations I have stayed at in the city. The pool is nice. HOWEVER...there is a disco close to the hotel and at 1:00am...the music starts and it continues until 5am in the morning EVERY NIGHT! The constant BOOM, BOOM of the music was very annoying and I may not return to this location because of it.

My 2nd time here, during my last stay the music wasn't that loud. All the way till almost 3am. Other than this, will be better to remove some gym equipments if not in working condition. Is a danger for anyone to use and get injure while work-out. Will be good to replace with new set. The room is always spacious, the only bad about it was the shower set and heater. The holder is loose, the pipe can break anytime. Water sometimes hot, sometimes just turn cold.
Have to give credit to your friendly reception and room maid. They did well.

Have stayed here several times now. Everywhere clean and tidy and been constantly upgraded with minimal disruption to guests. The staff are amazing and helpful and things get done when asked. Some things a little tired through wear and tear but are been looked at. Pool area is an all day suntrap and peaceful. Great for families or singles. Room service is from the Jameson pub on the complex and excellent the Sunday roast meat platter is a must. Am hoping to go again near Xmas or early next year. Superb budget hotel.

An ok experience rooms are big I stayed in a suite. No balcony was an issue but the room was a smoking room. The cleaning of the room was also random rather than routine each day. There was no kettle in room. However for the money spent was ok two important factors bed was comfortable and the shower was big with plenty of pressure and hot water.

Overall, a satisfying stay once again, at this hotel. The 2BRM Apartment is very roomy and the added bonus of a large balcony was welcoming. The aircons in the lounge as well as both the bedrooms were not working which was disappointing. But we were shifted to another room the next day and all was well. It might pay for the reception staff to be a more welcoming. Guess the language barrier may cause anxiety??? All in all, I’d definitely visit here again. Great value for $$$

Secure hotel with attractive swimming pool

My 7 night stay was comfortable with no adverse experiences. The hotel's best facility is the large swimming pool and shaded loungers. The room fittings are in reasonable condition and the housekeeping standard is high.
Two negative points: first there is no café nor breakfast provision, although their sister hotel, 5 minutes walk, provides an international buffet breakfast, Second, the gym is poorly maintained and is not manned by staff.

Dated but kept in OK condition. Beautiful pool.

It's a little old, but priced accordingly. Many rooms don't have balconies, but they do have large windows. Rooms are kept in good condition, even the smallest rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a kitchen.

Pros:
Fastest Internet I've ever had in Thailand, Steady 80 Mbit. WiFi access point in room, not corridor, so it was perfect. Didn't slow or disconnect in 2 weeks. Amazing.
Pool is perfect, Sun on one side, shade on the other, pool beds on each side, 1.5M deep and very large. Surrounded by Palms, open from 8AM to 10PM. Perfect.
Friendly and helpful staff with reasonable English.
Kitchen electric Hot Plates worked great. Microwave and Kettle were fine too. Big cold Fridge.
Samsung Flat Screen LCD 38\" TV with HDMI port was good.

Cons:
Had to ask for room cleaning multiple times on a couple of occasions. No fun going out for a few hours, asking for housekeeping to be done, then returning to find it's not done yet. Happened twice in 15 days, mostly they were prompt and efficient.
Booked non-smoking room, entered to find ashtray on table and traces of cigarette odour from previous occupants.
\"King size\" bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together with a double bed base. Not king in length, if you're above 6'2 it's a problem. Impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed due to split between 2 mattresses.

Overall I was very happy with the value for money.

Things could have been a lot better at this hotel if they would have tried to make a little more comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold in the room and they would not give me a top sheet for the bed. They said if they took the comforter away it would give you a top sheet or charge me for the top sheet. I was very disappointed. The management was not there and the people said they had to follow procedures. I will not recommend this hotel at all you will be uncomfortable.

Stayed here several times in the past. I stay in one bedroom suite. Great price for what you get. Spacious, clean and quiet. I wouldn't recommend place for Pattaya novice, however. It is a bit hard to find and getting around is not easy unless you rent motorbike or like to walk.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, I was allocated a quiet room which was clean and serviced every day. The hotel was good value for money and located in a quieter neighbourhood than most of the hotels in Pattaya. About a 15 minute walk to Central Festivals Mall on Beach Road so it handy enough to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya nightlife if that's what your after.

For a start I thought the lady at the front desk was a bit unprofessional as I pointed out to her that by accident when I booked the room I put down that there would be 2 adults, after I realised I had made the booking our 10 year old son was not on the booking, what I was trying to request was a room with 2 single beds as my wife and I are divorced.
She very quickly pointed out that it was a double bed only, I wasn't feeling that well on that day so I left it at that.
So maybe I won't stay there again, also lots of noise every night from a local nightclub.
