had a wonderful experience at Aster Hotel. The residents and staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, professional, and excellent service.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was fast and reliable, making the stay even more convenient. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.The food was absolutely amazingdelicious, fresh, and of excellent quality.
Overall, my stay at Aster Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

This hotel is out standing, Every member of staff i came in contact with acted like Ambassadors for the Hotel. Theyre all so professional and trained to the highest standard. Im back in Pattaya in December and i will be booking this hotel again. The room is 5 star standard! The breakfasts 5 star standard. Loads of small restaurants and street foid very close by and two 7 Eleven shops, you couldnt ask for more. We orderd room service my partner had a Thai dish and she said it was so good. I ordered Burger and chips and i was impressed' it was as good as id get back home. Were looking forward to going back in December

I had a wonderful stay at Aster Hotel and would highly recommend it.
The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly throughout my visit.
A special shout-out to Momo at reception who was absolutely lovely and made the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food to start the day.
Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic team. I'll definitely be back!

Bed mattresses were comfortable, rooms were a nice size and cleaned adequately daily up to 5 Pm. There was a restaurant on property with room service. It was off the main road but for the price and things I mentioned earlier it was still well worth it.

Rooms are clean and staff are always happy to help.
The gym is a little small but got most things you might need for a quick workout, pool is night to relax in,

A few days in Pattaya

I stayed here a few days due to a friend staying at the hotel already... The hotel is off the main road enough to be quite and there was no construction around which was nice, the rooms are large with a clothes washer which is nice... The best part are the beds are very comfortable which is rare in most hotels in Asia... Overall the staff were nice and the hotel is clean... I had no problems and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

The property is same as listed. The swimming pool is smaller than expected. Receptionists are friendly. The hotel manager is helpful. Free shuttle to central is very convenient. The room is very clean since the housekeeping stuff Warranya is hygienic and tidy person. My room is like freshly new room every time I came back from the beach. Thanks. I will visit again.

Hotel stay was good with the exception of the front desk clerk raising his voice and yelling at me at check in. No way this should happen, but I was on vacation and did not allow that to spoil my stay. I enjoyed the small pool and the little gym. The room attendant who cleaned my room was so nice and engaging. Overall, I enjoyed my stray and despite the rude clerk I would still recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing. Friendly staff, good food, the hallway had essential oils so it left a pleasant smell. Nice pool and facilities, our room was a great size and the bonus we had a washer in our bedroom so we were able to keep our clothes clean and fresh.
We checked in before the time and the receptionist gave us a room right away.
We felt very safe in the hotel, it was quiet, clean rooms.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Has a washing machine, not very close to the beach, you will need a baht bus and they stop just in front of the hotel, the view is nice, big room.

The only thing I did not like was a useless closed door in the room, which was also connected to our neighbors. Would consider to stay again, perhaps without the doggy door.

BREAK FAST WAS GOOD FOR NON VEGETARIANS. FOR VEGETARIANS, ONLY FRUITS, BAKERY ITEMS & TEA COFFEE WERE THE OPTIONS.
THE TIMING WAS TILL 10 AM ONLY SO EVEN IF YOU ARE EATING YOUR BREAK FAST....STAFF WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU, THEY WILL SHUT DOWN EVERY THING. THEY WILL REMOVE THE FOOD, DISHES, GLASSES, CUPS AND EVEN WATER. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU WATER ONCE THEY WIND UP EVERYTHING.

I booked a Deluxe Room at At Mind Premier Suites for the night of 20th March 19 & paid in full using Expedia.co.th.

when I reached the hotel to check-in, the front desk staff couldn't find my confirmed booking even after the confirmation IT...etc were produced. a copy of my passport photo page was requested & I was asked to return in little while. I once again reported to the front desk after approx. 2 hours only to be told that the hotel was full & no booking was found. I was asked to contact Expedia to resolve the matter.

since I had no place stay to stay, I booked Centara Nova Hotel which is approx. 100 meters away & paid for it in full.

I have just received a mail from Expedia confirming that the hotel claims that I never arrived at the hotel & my booking was treated as a no show which is very strange.

as much as it is good value, I was really hassled & turned down by the hotel staff who took no interest to resolve the matter.

personally, I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with Expedia & nor do I have the confidence of At Mind Premier Suites staff as they didn't seem to be bothered. very poor service from the two ladies who are frequently on duty during the day time.

I will return to Pattaya end of April & will bring this up with the management of At Mind Group.

The staff where not welcoming, the parking security guard kept asking our room number everytime we parked when they should just keep a record of guests cars number plates.They did not have pots and pans in the room for cooking and I had to ask for them, no knife so found it hard to eat meat, air conditioning was week and did not make the room cold enough, leaking from the toilet system on to the bathroom floor, and finally noise from the making of a building across the road,location not great also, I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

One of the best value in Pattaya

This was my 5th time stayed with this hotel. Hotel staffs at Front Desk and Housekeeping were always friendly and helpful. Room was always clean and comfortable. Some other reasons for me to keep choosing At Mind Premier Suite are…
1) the room is equipped with washing machine.
2) hotel is very close to Central Pattaya Road, Pattaya Beach, Big C, food market, Central Festival etc.
3) 7-11 and Family Mart is close by.
4) reasonable price.

Even though, I found the water temperature was not stable when I took shower. It was nice and warm, and became cold or hot rapidly. Another couple of suggestions…
1) when choosing the room is getting the room on higher floors. There is another hotel, which is occupied by Indians, right next to it. They made noise on the street, shouted at balcony all night long.
2) it will be great to have 2 key cards per room. I know it’s a way on energy saving. But when traveling as couple or staying with friends, it’s really inconvenient.
3) it will also be great if hotel can provide a rack to hang wet clothes

I think this is one of the best options to stay in Pattaya. I’ll come and stay again for sure.

Stayed 9 nights in superior room. Everything very good but some limitations with size of balcony and breakfast which was adequate but offered white bread only. So I bought my own and toasted it. No toaster or rice cooker available. Found it to be good value for money and can recommend it.

We had 6 nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. Handy to have a kitchenette and washing machine. The room had a balcony but opposite another building with smokers using, the room could do with privacy curtains to allow light during the day. The cable TV had limited appeal for English guests. The pool is not very large and has limited sunlight, 6 people using is a crowd. The restaurant is very good value and service excellent. They have a golf buggy shuttle to Central Marina a local shopping centre, 1 way only. Reception staff have limited personality and do just about only what is required. I left some clothing behind my mistake and housekeeping made no attempt to pass on to me despite the fact I was there for 4 hours after checkout.

The pool was on the small skinny side, not many guests around.
There seems to be a lot of Chinese tourists here and the menu caters to them.
It is a bit out of the way for nightlife and there isn't anything nearby.

A nice hotel and a contrast to our previous hotel which was much busier. The hotel is really serviced apartments but this is fine and it is clean, quiet and the breakfast is good. Location is fine apart from the 5 minutes walk along narrow and dark streets to get anywhere.

On Soi 12, near Central Rd., so an OK location, a bit quieter. Newer construction and design. Sort of like a business hotel, but no business center. Staff was friendly, more the guys than the gals said hello. English was spoken, but only by few on a functioning level. That said, there was always someone who could speak good English. Sometimes it would take a few minutes to find that certain someone.

Good now, but qualified maintenance may not be their strong suit. May show in the future, as it's starting to show now. Restaurant was just OK. Food was unimaginative, better for lunch. Not expensive.

Overall a good value. In a newer hotel, has a pool and small health center. Lobby is nice, people are generally friendly. Easy living for all in $350/week.
