Room was a one month 1 bdrm condo rental (20,000 Baht) total cost with electricity to be added after our checkout.
Items that were not included are Wi-Fi television, cable, housekeeping, and meals. A washing machine and kitchenettewas provided in suite. Cooking utensils, plates, bowls, were a mishmash of various sorts. No hotel restaurant or shops.
Air conditioning was quite comfortable, balcony and room view from the 19th floor was beautiful with sea and city views. The rooftop Infiniti swimming pool on the 44th floor was incredible and face the ocean.

Good points about the hotel was the very comfortable bed and pillows that guaranteed a peaceful sleep each night.
Breakfast was okay with a wide choice options.
Area is not noisy .
The staff were kind to offer me 30 minutes late checkout till 12.30pm.
The hotel failed on the dodgy safety box in my room.
After inputting the 4 digit code I noticed that the safe opened by just pressing one of the numbers only!
I didn’t report to get it fixed as I was only there for 2 days but considering that nothing was stolen from the safe, it also speaks well about the honest integrity of the staff.

So overall I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff where very friendly and helpful nothing but smiles and great service. Hotel is very clean and well kept and quite and not so far from the nightlife but far enough to get great sleep. Only issue I had was my sheets not being cleaned as much as I wanted them to be. A will be going again in the future.

Down side the pool area only gets the sun around lunch time for around 1 hr 30 mins so dec when we was there the pool area was not an option but overall value for money they have free shuttle to main areas so getting about is easy if your nlt a fan of the sun then this could be ideal

The hotel itself was pretty nice. I paid for 2 nights and when I checked in they only had me for one. No big deal but my room key expired twice during my 2 day stay. The rooms were good for the price though they were definitely dated in comparison to the pictures on the site. The pool is lovely and the is a young gentleman who work in the bar and the restaurant that is wonderful! The food was really great too!

Both Seven Eleven and Family mart just 2 steps outside the hotel as well as a currency exchange stall and restaurants.

We booked a triple room in this hotel. When we arrived we were guven a rather small twin room with a camp bed accross the balcony door. If we needed to get to the balcony or answer the phone we had to climb over the camp bed. One night trying to get to the bathrokm i actually fell over the camp be, fortunitaly i did not hurt myself. I firmly believe if you book a triple room and pay for a triple room you should get one

The services are limited , some parts of the hotel are old and worn. Need some renovation not just the lobby.

Most of the bathroom amenities are cheap , the thing is that the bedroom is quite clean.

It will be better if you are listed as 3 stars , customers won't set high benchmarks.

Warmly greeted on arrival by the front office staff. I arrived early but the staff did their utmost to get a room ready for me within the hour which is much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the pool area. I was on the 7th floor and the room was very quiet. I had stayed at sister hotel centara pattaya a few times and the rooms, service and friendliness of staff were on a par. Only negative I have is that the restaurant is small and so can get very busy, usually quieter after 9:30 am. Buffett breakfast ok with egg station etc The pool is nice, gets the sun most of the day from about 10:30. gym is slightly better than centara pattaya but no sauna/steam room. Food was good from the restaurant / room service. Shared Shutttle runs througout the day/evening from nova area to Central festival area.

Stayed in Pattaya a number of time now and after my first stay,I found this gem of a Hotel,great staff... Metta,Hong and Thai and all the staff always make me feel so very welcome doing all they can to make my visits perfect,now I book and I know I will arrive and be greeted with a warm smile and welcome,the hotel rooms are great and always very clean and luxurious,facilities are amazing and the food at the restaurant and bar is delicious,

To be honest when I stay in Pattaya I only stay at this hotel..a home from home in luxury with amazing friendly staff,perfect...will return again and again

I have stayed at the Nova Hotel and Spa a few times now and always enjoyed my time at the hotel,great staff,great location and good service,only thing is price can be expensive and prices go up and down daily... Would stay again, they were doing some work on one of the room while I was there,I know this needs to be done and understand this,but sometimes the work began too early in the morning and so disturbed guests,

Would stay again,still my favourite hotel,but this is down to great staff,hotel is good,staff are great

Locations little far from action, and surrounding area not the greatest. But the hotel itself was good, staff very helpful and caring. Would stay again but if you want to be away from some of the slums then I would recommend to stay on pattaya hill, very nice around there.

We got to Pattaya on late Saturday and the Centara Nova was located in the center of the hustle and bustle. They room was small but very nice. There is a balcony that over looks the pool. The pool has a bar you can sit at while you soak your lower half. The service provided by the staff is exceptional. The main streets are a short walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle that will drop you off at popular locations. Across the street is a Family Mart were you can purchase all your snacks and party supplies and to the right of the family mart you will find a nice old lady who will hand wash and press your clothes for a fraction of the price the hotel will charge. You can also rent scooters on the same lot as the Family Mart. They have free coffee in the mornings and $200BHT breakfast brunch is definitely worth it the money. If they don't have what you want in the buffet all you have to do is ask the staff and they will do everything they can to satisfy your request. This hotel is highly recommended!

Stayed 23-Dec-2014 for 2-nights in Deluxe room 603
Got a good discount, so made this affordable.

Lift and safe-in-room, electronic keycard
Good selections of coffee/teas in room

Good shower cubicle
No hot water from 20:30pm on 1 day. 3-staff attended the room to investigate, finally had a cold shower at 21:15pm. Hot water resumed at 9:00am the next day, hotel claimed the next day it was hotel-wide (if it was, not sure why it took 45mins and 3-staff to investigate in my room!).

We stayed in Centara-Nova which was 10-mins from the beach
The Centara-Hotel the other, close to the main road, is 5-mins from the beach.

Prior to the booking, Expedia link showed our hotel incorrectly as the other hotel (5mins from beach) which is why I booked it. On arrival I found it was 10-mins walk.

A few good local-type restaurants nearby, including a 24-hour bar with mini-restaurant attached (it was open at 2am).
We ate at one good local restaurant near our hotel which we would have missed out on had we stayed at the other Centara.

Night receptionist rude - shouting across the large lobby when we returned 1st night to our rooms at 3am. We shouted back - problem sorted, no issues on our 2nd night

Difficult to get taxis on checkout to another hotel in Pattaya. Most only want to go to Bangkok. However a small 1-taxi office opposite hotel finally helped us.

Would I stay again. Yes, Maybe even try the closer Centara-Hotel

I booked into this hotel for two separate stays over 10 nights (May 2015) and I regret to say there was nothing good about this hotel whatsoever.

To far from shops and restaurants.

Lack of help at the fron desk beggars belief.

First night I was woken at 4.10 A.M. by insects in the bed plus there were roosters crowing next door. These roosters crow EVERY MORNING from about 4.00 AM. The hotel kindly gave me another room only to be woken before 8.00 AM by people shouting and screaming in the swimming pool.

PB. All the rooms face the pool on one side and all rooms share a common open balcony which is open to any passing road noise. So, roosters crowing at 4.00 AM, noisy pool goers from 8.00 AM and street noise 24/7.

The lack of English speaking people at the front desk drove me crazy. When I did find someone who could speak English they were VERY VERY reluctant to give any advice about the area and places of interest. This lack of help I found very insulting and if they ever come to my country I hope they are treated in the same disgusting manner. The manager was nice but never there when needed.

The lift was also drenched with dirty water from people who use the pool.

Two days before my departure I was given permission to keep my room until 6.00 PM – late check out, for an extra 500 Baht only to be phoned up by a very rude lady on my last day who said I had not booked the room to 6.00 PM and the hotel was fully booked so I had to get out. Location is awkward to get to. Free shuttle doesn't run frequently enough.
Overall stay was enjoyable, food, room and staff were great.
More control over the noise in the pool would be appreciated.
Too much screaming and very loud conversations that made it difficult to rest.
My holiday was to recuperate and it was difficult to do so.
The bar on the mezzanine was never open. So had nowhere to have a quite drink after dinner.

Wet Boy in Pattaya

I came here during the water festival (Socran). One or two days was good fun but it lasted for 7 days !! Could not plan to do anything other than to get soaked in water day and night. Unless you are a seal avoid this week.
Otherwise the town was buzzing with lots to do. I went to the islands twice by ferry and had peaceful days in beautiful clear warm water. Shopping was not expensive and I could get English newspapers on the day they were printed in London. Evenings dining outside was perfect, dinner for 2 and 3/4 beers each for about 7 quid.

The hotel and staff are fine but it is jut getting let down by a few small things that don't make it value for money. Things like the sliding door's handle had broken off, toilet roll holder hanging out of the wall, mould in the shower, ants all over the deck ect. As a hotel and spa, I assumed it would be a relaxing place to rest, however there are roosters behind the hotel that make a lot of noise very early every morning, followed by the banging and and electric saw firing up from the construction site right next door, there is also highly repetitive music placed in the pool area that can be heard in every room, even with the doors closed. On the up side, the breakfast was good and there is a store right across the road but to honest, I was expecting more for the price I payed.

Stayed here in the second week of Jan 2015 with my family for four nights. Everything about the hotel was pleasing including the food. The hotel is located in a quiet street and away from all the noise and is ideal for families. With its clean rooms and competitive pricing i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is called a boutique but is more like a motel. Stayed at Centera properties throughout Asia and this one doesn't deserve to be affiliated. Bedding was soiled bathroom mouldy and in bad condition. Pillows were very old. Not a comfortable stay. Staff were not helpful and didn't seem to care to answer any questions. Breakfast was bad quality and spa was also overpriced. Will not be a back

Everything about Centara Nova spa & boutique hotel from our check in at reception to check out was quite amazing. In particular, we liked the golf wagon drop to nearby places since the hotel is located a little bit away from the beach road. Rooms were very posh looking, hygienic & clean. The balcony with the pool view was amazing. Complimentary breakfast along the pool side was delicious with a variety of cuisines. The hotel's travel desk offers local sight seeing services from Coral island trip to adventure games at actual cost (without any extra commission). Receptionists were always ready to help us with local transport & sight seeing activities. Room service personnel were always available to help us when we left our key cards inside the room. We regret that we couldn't visit the CENVAREE spa due to our tight itenary. Otherwise, our stay at Centara Nova was simply superb!

Nice hotel friendly staff

The staff were exceptionally friendly, they were the best part of the hotel..
The rooms were great always very clean..
We werent very happy with the small pool and lack of sun over pool..
I must say though that it was ok to use other centaras pool down the road..
We should have looked at boutique so our fault really..
If only after clean modern room then worth the stay..
We liked the location 10minute walk to central festival..

Terrible Location

Nice, brand new and little hotel in a terrible location. Quite a walk away from any transportation, let alone shops or bars. A shuttle bus takes you towards civilisation (in Pattaya?) every 15 min, but even that drops you a distance from everything.
A rooster in a local community kept us awake nightly, which you would not expect in Central Pattaya.

Nice hotel friendly staff clean comfortable . 15 min walk to main road then 10 more to beach or use hotel buggy to main road .

Could be better with a better hospitality !

Hotel is clean but not easy to find without a car. Few older staffs understood some English are friendly where some young staffs don't are not so helpful and not so friendly. Hotel room is big enough for a couple and hotel renovation very nice !
